BBQ Pork, Soy Chicken, and BBQ Duck: The first plate contains char siu, soy sauce chicken, and roast duck. They ask you how fatty or lean you want the char siu to be. We ask for a mix, and this doesn't disappoint. The meat is thick, rich, and tender with perfectly glazed, sticky, and charred edges. The roast duck is great, so plump and meaty. BBQ Pork, Soy Chicken, and Roast Pork: The next plate has soy chicken, roast pork, and also char siu (you can never have enough). The skin on the roast pork is really crispy and packs a pleasing punch. The soy sauce chicken is a crowd pleaser.
