I suppose you always want to turn away those guys who just stop by and offer to sell you something and usually I am a hard "No Thanks," but Cody and Shaun stopped by because of some obvious damage to my roof. From their first interaction through completion and follow up post installation, they and their entire team were respectful, knowledgeable, patient and frankly couldn't really have asked for a better team. They worked quickly to contact my insurance company, showed in person on time every time from adjuster's visit, through color and product selection, to installation day. Sergio and his installation crew removed and installed our new roof in one day. They were professional and thorough. The clean up was so good I could hardly tell they had been there all day ripping our shingles off and installing a whole new roof. The company and its employees were all excellent to work with and would highly recommend if you are in need of a new roof. Most importantly, my roof looks stellar and ready for the next few decades!

Jorge has always been very prompt, through, concise and prompt with ANY inquiries we had before, and after the job was completed. The work completed by the crew, as you can see in the photographs, was first rate as well and admirable. I could not more explicably convey our Complete Satisfaction and Incredibly High Impression of Four Peaks Roofing, LLC! From start to end, specifically when it comes to Jorge, the Project Manager, every aspect of this project was FIRST RATE. One resounding reason I chose Four Peaks Roofing, was due to their positive reviews AND they have ZERO complaints filed with the BBB, THAT was the defining factor for me. They did quite impressive work in repairing and sealing the parapet 'cap' in addition to sealing our flat foam roof. I waited until we had the heaviest of Monsoon rains, to assure all was as High Quality, Complete, secure and waterproof as it had appeared. We had about a 40 minute 1.3" deluge of Monsoon rainfall last night, and all was as we had expected. You certainly could not find a better, reasonably cost roofing company. I would and will Highly Recommend this company for ANY roofing needs.

I hired Four Peaks Roofing in February to replace my roof. I worked with Jason in the office and…read moreBrent, my project manager. We specifically agreed to install the highest-quality underlayment, and I signed the work order reflecting that agreement. The crew began work on a Monday. On Tuesday evening, after they had left, I noticed the underlayment installed on my roof was not the product I had purchased. I checked the packaging, confirmed it was the wrong material, and emailed Brent. To his credit, he responded quickly, acknowledged the mistake, and said he would notify the foreman and owner. I followed up the next morning to ask how it would be corrected, but for nearly two and a half days I received no communication while the crew continued installing the wrong underlayment. There were no calls, updates, or explanation of how they intended to resolve the issue. Late Friday, I was told they were working with the manufacturer to extend the warranty on the installed underlayment to match the warranty of the premium product I had originally purchased. While I appreciated that solution, I was disappointed by the lack of communication during those critical days. After the roof was completed, I noticed several tile corners looked rough and unfinished. I sent Brent photos, and he agreed they needed additional detail work. The crew returned the following week, and to their credit, they significantly improved the appearance of the tile corners. Before the project began, I had also shown Brent water damage and rot around a vented soffit board beneath one of my roof overhangs. Although I later learned they normally do not replace vented soffit boards because they are not considered part of the roof, they agreed to replace mine as a goodwill gesture because of the underlayment mistake. Unfortunately, the first repair was poorly done. The installer used the wrong thickness of material, installed it unevenly, and relied heavily on caulk to fill gaps. The workmanship was poor enough that I removed the repair myself before the caulk had fully cured and purchased the correct materials to replace it properly. Around the same time, I discovered numerous roofing nails and staples protruding through my eaves that had not been there before the installation. Brent agreed this needed to be corrected. A crew later arrived after dark, without notifying us, and repaired the fasteners using flashlights. While I appreciated the quick response, showing up unannounced at our home at night to perform repairs demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for us as clients. A few weeks into the project, Jason called to discuss my experience. I explained that I chose Four Peaks because of its reputation and because both he and Brent had seemed honest and trustworthy throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the execution of the project did not match those expectations. Jason apologized for the underlayment mistake and offered to have their carpenter reinstall the soffit board. I declined because I had already purchased the materials and planned to complete the repair myself. Two days later, however, my wife and I were awakened at approximately 6:00 a.m. by loud hammering outside our home. I found another Four Peaks employee reinstalling the soffit board without our knowledge or permission. To be fair, the second repair was significantly better, but the lack of communication was frustrating. Four Peaks ultimately upgraded the manufacturer warranty from 30 years to 50 years and matched it with an extended workmanship warranty, which I appreciated. They also charged me for the lower-priced underlayment that was actually installed instead of the premium product I had purchased. No other compensation offered. However, when the invoice arrived, it still reflected the original higher price, requiring me to contact Brent again to have it corrected. I was also told I would receive a project completion package after the work was finished. It is now July, and I still have not received it. After recent storms, I inspected my attic and discovered the rotted wood behind the soffit had never actually been removed. Instead, it had simply been pushed inward and covered by the new material. I've included photos showing the tile corners before they were repaired, the protruding nails and staples, the soffit repairs, and the remaining rot. Overall, Brent was responsive throughout much of the project, and several employees made efforts to resolve the issues. I appreciate those efforts. However, the repeated mistakes, poor communication, inconsistent workmanship, billing error, unfinished repairs, and multiple unannounced visits overshadowed the positives. I hope my experience helps future homeowners make an informed decision.

I check obviously for plenty of good reviews. I'm looking for professionalism, timeliness, pride in workmanship, and just overall customer satisfaction. L and R past the the reviews. Plenty of people seem satisfied. The next thing is, I check their website if they have one. Most businesses do now have some kind of online presence. Theirs was very smooth and easy to navigate. I requested a quote online, and in about 24 hours got a response. The owner, Luis, came out, climbed the roof, gave me a rundown of what to expect, should I use their services, and told me they would not contact me again or try to pressure me. They certainly followed through on that. They did send a quote. Their website makes it very easy to accept the quote and has finance options. Their contract is laid out very straightforward, full disclosure. Nothing hidden. In this online business world, where people expect more online transactional capability, you just expect businesses to offer that. But many don't, particularly in the contracting world. So, anyone who is attentive to making it easy to transact online is very focused on their business, in my experience. It's just another sign of professionalism and tells me that probably they will also be attentive during the actual construction process. That's just my general experience. It does not always hold true. But in this case, it did. After the HOA approval, I decided to use them for the roof replacement. Costs were in line with about what everyone else is charging. I paid the 50% down, and got a call from Victor the foreman to schedule replacement. They were very accommodating and got busy. There was a minor hiccup, but not their fault. The supplier delivered the wrong tiles. I'm sure that caused a bit of stress for Victor, because they have plenty of jobs scheduled. Anyway, the day after the day they were supposed to do the work, the new tiles were delivered. And then the following Monday, the tiles were loaded onto the roof. The next day they were laid and completed at the same day. I'm no roofing expert, but have some common sense. I climbed the roof before they laid the tiles just to check out their work. All the flashings were very nicely placed. Everything seemed to be high-quality. The underlayment was very nicely laid. And, each day they cleaned up pretty well. When the work was completed, they cleaned up better than I had the yard cleaned up. Victor very professional. If I need any maintenance on the roof, I definitely would consider L & R again. However, I suspect the roof will out last me and my wife.

Making the appointment with Evelyn (owner) for an inspection by Cameron introduced me to their exceptional courtesy and good product knowledge. Detailed results of the inspection with optional pricing was received the same day as the inspection via email. Their four-man crew worked quickly, confidently and congenially. I also thought I saw a cracked tile, but it was hard to tell from ground level. Evelyn promptly answered my call and set up an appointment to have Geoff come take a look. He texted about 15 minutes before his arrival and included his picture so I knew who to expect. He was exceptional! Told him the concerns about the roof plus a gutter area where water was overflowing during downpours. He walked and inspected the entire roof, found where the piece we had found belonged and put it back in place. He checked the gutters, making sure they were level and free of debris and made sure the area of concern looked like it was functioning correctly. Explained why the the spot was likely just getting overwhelmed during our downpours. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and provided very helpful info. Hopefully we won't need a roofer again until our underlayment needs to be replaced - but if and when we do, this will be the company we go to. By the way, they will come out and inspect for free - and if there's anything minor they can fix while they are there, there is no charge. Amazing!

I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.

Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.

The previous roofers gave her a 3 year warranty (WHO in the roofing business only gives a 3 year warranty?!?!) It had been 3 years and one month since her new roof was installed. Long story - but the original roofers were total jerks. AND... they would not come back out (three no-shows) to fix her roof, even though she was willing to pay.
