Went here for hard drive data recovery. Elliot was unable to recover anything yet still charged $50!!!! Then I went to Best Buy and they informed me that the ssd hard drive had gone bad and no data recovery was possible. Guess what? No charge since no data recovery. I don't recommend Elliot at all since he charges even when no service is rendered. And it's possible he damaged my ssd when attempting to work on it without proper equipment or anti static surface. read more

Our daughter's lap top was infected with some horrible viruses which crashed the computer the week before she had her college finals. Luckily I had seen the sign for Multiversal at a local shopping area and stopped by their store to see if they could help. Angelo told me to bring in the computer and he would recover her files asap, so I ran home, brought back the computer and a couple of hours later Angelo had the files ready for our daughter. The computer was also repaired in fast fashion, and it runs better now then it did before the virus! Not only did they fix the computer, but they also installed a new virus protection program and took the time to review what we needed to do in the future to avoid viruses. Their costs are reasonable, their service is amazing, and I can't say enough how lucky we are in Blossom Valley to have this wonderful company in our area! Multiversal also makes house calls, will set up networks and give 10 percent of their net profits back to local schools. Had a major problem where one of my computers had a serious issue and would not boot up. This was a big deal since there was a ton of info on the system that had not been backed up recently and it was imperative that I was able to get access to it. I'm pretty computer savvy but for the life of me I could not get the computer to work. The next day, I actually dropped in to Elliot's place of business first thing in the AM, with my computer in hand. Long story short, he didn't have to help me, since I didn't have an appointment and he seemed busy working on other things. However, he dropped what he was doing and proceeded to help troubleshoot and fix my nearly impossible problem (it turned out to be some complex hard drive sector issue that a normal tech would never have been able to figure out). This guy was relentless, he would not stop until he found a solution, and he did! Was very impressed. I had to stick around until he got everything up and running, and we got to talking. Very interesting guy, actually does a bunch of other things besides computer repair. Yes, he does talk a lot but he is a wealth of information and not boring at all. Best of all he is a great human being with a full spirit. Good karma happens to folks like this. End result, a $75 repair for something that a regular computer repair shop would have gouged me for 4 times as much, plus I learned how to do the repair myself (or least how to troubleshoot it in the future). All I can say is, please send your friends, family, coworkers, your rabbi, etc. to this guy for computer repair. He is absolutely worth it! read more

Elliot is AWESOME!!! My fiance broke his laptop screen, and after calling numerous places who simply said things like "bring it in for a diagnostic," we called Multiversal. Elliot asked a lot of questions, and then called around to see if he could find the screen locally since we needed it repaired ASAP (on a Saturday no less!) I took it to clickaway.com on almaden and within 12 hours, they not only wrote me a letter in great detail about what was wrong with my computer but they were very customer service friendly. I would and will go to them again and recomend them to anyone who asks. GREAT service!!!!!!!! (= (= IT took you days to tell me the computer was unrepairable and waitin almost an hour and missing my very important meeting when you shouldve been already prepared with a loaner since it was infact your idea to loan me one. I did appreciate it but it should have worked properly. why tell you when all I wanted was my broken computer at that point. I stand by my opinion. read more

I have used Multiversal twice now, and both times were great. I had a power issue which I thought was the power supply itself. Elliott could have easily taken the laptop in and changed out a bunch of expensive parts. Instead he got some power cables and we determined that it was just a bad power adapter. I happily gave him twice what he had asked for for the diagnosis (close to zero), and he even charged it up as we chatted for a while. He is an honest straight-up guy to deal with. read more

Elliot was the one who recommended that I order high speed internet when my dial up was malfunctioning, and this has helped me earn more employment opportunties. Eilliot is extremely knowledgeable and fixed my problem in less than an hour. He is a man of many talents but when it comes to computers and, in my case, configuring my All-in-One printer to receive and send faxes without interfering with my digital phone/answering machine, he is top notch! I was frustrated when my computer was not working properly (kept freezing!!!). I wasn't only frustrated because I needed it, but because I have had bad experiences in the past with bringing my computer in to computer shops, including Best Buy.
