this used to be my favorite place but the last two times I went there my order was wrong or food was cold. Today it wasn't fully toasted - some was still cold - barely had any cream cheese I couldn't believe It was served like this. I could tell just by looking at it. Friendly staff but unfortunately for me it was a waste of calories. I won't be coming back. The bagels are pretty good but also this time the everything bagel looked more like a plain bagel with the lack of seeds. Maybe they had a change of ownership or cooks. Not sure

First visit! I had it delivered via uber eats. I ordered the lunch blt on an everything bagel. It was super yummy! Great portion. I will def check out the rest of the menu.

Loved this little hidden spot. Great selection of sandwiches and lunch food. We ordered two burritos and a stack of cakes. The customer service was friendly. The ladies were attentive and professional. They were on top of everything and kept the place very clean. They seemed to have great teamwork the day we went in because they just worked well together and the entire operation seemed to have good energy. The food was flavorful and good. I couldn't finish it. Very filling. The pancakes were okay. Not bad. I try pancakes everywhere I go just to see how they taste. I'm not a big pancake eater but I like to take a few bites to see if I'd come back for them. Not my favorite pancakes but they were good. I'm a little too picky. But I think most people would love them. I enjoyed the food. The quiet setting. Don't forget the wall of all the hot sauces. Worth a trip to see and try.

Came here for lunch for the first time and I was super impressed. Great burger (if you get the poutine be prepared to use some napkins and need to take a nap after) and great other sandwich too I can't remember what that was. Highly recommend. Service was great too.

The dining area is small but neat. The serve your own coffee and soft drink area are well organized and clean. I was very happy to be able to get a cup of ice and make a fresh ice coffee for myself exactly how I like it with sugar In The raw. Our breakfast/brunch at 9am was made to order and fantastic. There were over a dozen different types of sauces to choose from some I never heard of. My eggs and Philly cheese were super gooey and delicious. Boyfriend polished off his huge sandwich but struggled to finish his fries. We will definitely be back for more. The three young ladies behind the counter were wonderful. The menu was 4 tv screens of different options plus a special menu on a chalk board to choose from.

Stopped in since this is nearby Southern Hills Hospital & other medical offices. Ordered the Nova Lox Bagel which was delicious. It had cream cheese and tomatoes, served on a sesame seed bagel. The service was nice and the place is simply decorated. If I need a place for a quick bite, I shall return.

Small mom & pop spot that always has hit fresh food, friendly staff (I knew most for them by name and face). The cook always knew my order since I got the same thing often lol. They are the bacon masters not sure how but they have the best bacon in Vegas lol. Always a clean quiet atmosphere in the heart of spring valley.

Kept driving by when getting my Starbucks in the morning - looked decent and ratings on Yelp were okay! Came in at 3:30p on a Friday afternoon - one person sitting, enjoying his sandwich. It was a bit warm inside. My order was taken nearly immediately- $12.99 for a turkey avo grilled cheese. After around 5 min, I was walking out the door with a hefty sandwich. Upon bringing it home, it was a MESS! Avo spilling out the sides, cheese sliding off, turkey just piled on. It was not enjoyable to eat. Taste wise - a good havarti would've been better than pepperjack but it was okay. The avocado was definitely worth its price, however messy. I would probably return to try their breakfast, however this sandwich was a miss for me.

Looking for some succulent breakfast or lunch eats in a clean casual setting? Look no further than Munch Box! Apparently I felt the same way 5 years ago when I came to visit since I left a nice review back then as well :) For this particular visit, I built my own breakfast sandwich on a bagel with scrambled eggs, American cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and bacon. Omg Nom Nom I loved it! It satisfied my breakfast craving for sure! My husband devoured his Poutine fries, which is a favorite here. My kiddos had chicken fingers, grilled cheese, and fries. Overall, it was a very happy family brunch. Just a suggestion, I was a little bummed that I did not see the specials offerings on the sign by the door before I decided on the sandwich. I found some tasty sounding options that I would have rather ordered. Maybe mention this to staff to bring this up to customers when ordering? Attached to a Starbucks, you could miss this place, but you shouldn't. From a large menu, you order at the counter for take out or dine in, though they don't have a large amount of seats, perhaps around 20, and a couple tables outside. A friend and I had a good meal for what is now considered reasonable price, $35 including drinks, which was fresh orange juice. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and seemed to just be a smiley person even when not interacting with customers. Business was steady and they cleaned up as people left. Food was Lox & Bagel, and "Tropical" French toast. We both enjoyed our food, but I wish they had a natural maple syrup vs "breakfast syrup". What they did have was a large collection of hot sauces!

I always pass this place because of Starbucks and always wondered what they had. Omg. I'm so glad I took the time to try this place. The Philly cheesesteak was sooo good. Without a doubt my favorite breakfast place. They are following all COVID-19 guidelines and are very clean. I've been coming here for about a year and never have had a bad bad experience. The owner, his wife and the amazing staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The food is not overpriced at all + it is SO amazing. What's up with the quality? I get we are going through a pandemic but when I order a B.L.T. I would think I get a sandwich not a bunch a containers with the ingredients for a sandwich. I could have saved the 40 bucks worth of food and made a my own sandwich at home. Not cool at all. read more

I have been drooling over photos of Munch Box's french fries for months. I finally got the chance to try them. I ordered a jalapeno cheddar bagel plain and french fries. The bagel was okay. It was a little too toasted for my liking, but my main complaint is the lack of flavor. There was no cheddar taste, and I only had one tiny jalapeño. I needed some sort of flavor. The fries were very fresh, but the photos deceived me. I thought the fries would be super soft and almost floppy (that's how I prefer my fries). The fries were crisp. They would be really great for some people. They just aren't my preference. My husband ordered the full breakfast, and he didn't love it. The orders are huge, but he said the pancakes and eggs were just mediocre. This may be a good place to grab bagels or bagel sandwiches for the office. Kids also really seem to like it. read more

My fiancé went in to pick up part of our Uber eats order that was left out for the 100th time. For whatever reason some small female decided input herself in the convo and start to scream obscenities calling him broke and kept threatening him to bring me up there so we can fight not to mention an additional female Employee decided to put her hands on my fiancé which is not needed ever. I'm not sure what ghetto ass staff you are employing but as the owner if you care about your customers like you claim. GET RID OF HER... talk about broke but you work a breakfast spot. Don't like it quit. This is completely unacceptable especially when i frequently order from this restaurant. Karma is nasty sweetheart read more

The meat lovers breakfast bowl was meh at best. The eggs were over cooked and the meats were just low quality deli meats. The coffee was cold. Will be moving on. However, they have every hot sauce you could want to help it out. read more

Friendly breakfast spot with no frills but a lovely atmosphere. Munch Box is where you go for unpretentious, great food with friends and a friendly staff. On our latest visit we each built our own breakfast sandwiches - however the menu has lots of different options from traditional breakfast plates to pancakes to lunch food. The food is good, hardy, and made with quality ingredients. As an east-coaster I can tell you the bagels are pretty good - I left happy. It's tough to find a great bagel out West. Drinks offered are coffee, tea, and fountain drinks. This location does not serve alcohol. Service is great. Only reason this place gets 4 stars and not 5 is the price. Though I'm not a local, I found $7 to be very over-priced for a breakfast sandwich made up of a plain bagel, egg, and American cheese. The same sandwich would cost me around $3.50 or less in New York, Philly, or DC. Perhaps its in line with local prices - but it will make me think twice about coming back here. Besides that, great experience! read more

I just moved to this side of town and I'm not a yelper but def needed to leave a review for this place. The guy that works the register is a complete absurd a hole. Very condescending and rude to customers if you don't want to be there then find another job. As I was waiting for my order I noticed him time after time on his phone ignoring customers. A lady walked in who had a pick up order and he told her very rudely next time to go to the side and ask well maybe if you weren't ignoring her and on your phone... she grabbed her order and walked out fast causing I guess their broken door to stay open he proceeded to walk outside and yell at her and told her not ever come back again.. I was appalled at the way he was acting even after he came back in I over heard him tell his employee he should break the door on purpose (glass) and charge her for it. I'll never come back to this place ever again when someone acts like that maybe have respect for people and they will show you respect back! read more

Been wanting to come here for the longest and boy was it good. If Yelp allowed .5 star ratings it would be a 4.5/5 (as it shows now in their overall score). We ordered the: Everest Pancakes - Excellent value on this and full of different flavors such as sweet, salty, savory and spicy (if you add hot sauce). A crazy good blend of ingredients however the quality of each ingredient on its own is not something to rave about.... Munchbox Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich - Again a well constructed item on the menu with the only downside being the price point of around $8 after tax for a breakfast sandwich... Again the food was excellent and good enough for me to want to come back and try the other items on the menu. read more

I went into munch box with an idea that I wanted to try their Philly Cheesesteak. Every review had it pretty much listed as one of the sandwiches to try here. I liked it, but didn't love it. The shining part of the "cheesesteak" was the veggies, the mushrooms and onions were flavorful. I just didn't get the same explosion of flavor from the steak, but as a combo with the fries and drink it was priced nice and I did like it! I was present for my friend getting their poutine burger and let me tell you! I was allowed to have some of this experience! It was an experience, the gravy was on POINT! Combined with the fried egg, FLAVOR was a 5 out of 5! Would highly recommend going there to try THE POUTINE BURGER!! I will be going back in hopes of rerating this place a 5 out of 5!!! read more

We love Munchbox; both locations are great. We really appreciate how friendly and welcoming the staff always is in both locations. Munchbox is super kid-friendly so it's an easy breakfast spot. We really like everything we've ever ordered and the kids meal options are appealing to adults, too! Food is quickly prepared but still a higher quality than any chain breakfast. I guess you could describe Munchbox as a quick service place? We always build a breakfast sandwich and like the option of adding avocado. The poutine is really good and you should plan to share because it's a big serving! You can try a lot of different hot sauces that are kept up front. We've found a few new favorites! read more

My colleague and I had a quick lunch break and were looking for something healthy and fast to grab either there or to-go. I quickly turned to Yelp and found Munchbox. We definitely had to giggle at the name, but we decided that had the best rating and was the closest to us. It is located in a big plaza and has tons of parking. We found a spot right out front. It was a busy time for lunch but we didn't have to wait long to order or to get our food. The menu was extensive and it was hard to choose. A lot of good options. I ended up going with a turkey avocado sandwich with a side salad and my girlfriend got a breakfast burrito. We got them to-go but decided to eat there because we had plenty of time. Everything was so fast. Prices are reasonable, and everything was good. It isn't a fine dining experience, and it has a very low-key environment. There is one bathroom there and about 10 tables. I would definitely go back here again if I needed a quick bite to eat and I was in the area. read more

All I can say is WOW!! These were both incredibly high quality sandwiches with ingredients stacked to the brim. The pastrami was thin and flavorful and perfectly complemented by the coleslaw and dressing. The rye bread has the perfect amount of rye flavor, soft bread with a chewy crust. I also ordered the arugula salad which is simple with arugula, parmesan cheese, pecans and a lemon vinaigrette, it was delicious and complimentary to the sandwiches which bursted with flavor. We love these sandwiches so much last weekend that we visited again this weekend and I tried the Liz Lemon which is their pastrami with added turkey and potato chips and it is divine. They have converted me into a sandwich eater! My daughter loved the prime beef and cheddar sandwich said the potato chips with the best she's ever had

At the cash register, I was greeted by Kevin, who provided excellent service throughout my meal. In the kitchen, I observed Lewis, Norma, and Lucero working diligently to prepare the delicious dishes. For my meal, I decided to go all out and ordered the Munchbox Ultimate. This delectable creation included fresh eggs, hash browns, ham, and cheese, all sandwiched between my choice of bread. I opted for over-easy eggs, American cheese, crispy bacon, and a brioche bun. The real star of this sandwich was the roasted garlic sauce, a fantastic recommendation from Kevin. It's important to note that this sandwich can be a bit messy due to the runny eggs, but trust me, the mess is worth the incredible flavors. I also added some tomatoes and lettuce to make it even more delightful. In addition to the Munchbox Ultimate, I couldn't resist trying the Tijuana Hot sandwich. This mouthwatering creation featured eggs, cheddar cheese, jalapeno cream cheese, and my choice of meat. I went with the everything bagel turkey sausage and over-medium eggs. The combination of flavors was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, there was a minor hiccup as my sandwich initially came out with an over-easy egg instead of over-medium. I brought this to Kevin's attention, and he promptly rectified the mistake, ensuring I received the correct order. Overall, my experience at Munchbox was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service, with minimal wait times for my food. One word of advice: if you opt for over-easy eggs on your sandwich, be prepared for a bit of a mess. I recommend either bringing wet wipes or using utensils to eat. Despite this minor inconvenience, I have zero complaints about my visit. The food was simply outstanding, and I'm eager to return and try more items from their menu. I go there every Sunday for my favorite food, locks and bagel cream cheese onion and tomato. The nova lox is the freshest I've ever had I could eat it every day from there. All the food there is just delicious social distancing. As I was sitting there every time somebody got up they totally disinfected the table and chairs I was very impressed. The place has great pancakes French toast eggs and some terrific sandwiches. Place is very clean nice people that work they're very considerate you could tell they care about their place. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to have some nice fresh breakfast or a nice lunch.. They have a very extensive menu for a smaller place. anytime time I've been there everything's been really fresh delicious and filling. Big portions of any of the food you get. read more

I had a strong craving for a breakfast sandwich around 3pm, so I decided to explore my options on UberEats. That's when I stumbled upon Munch Box. After checking out their menu, I opted for their popular Breakfast sandwich with jalapeno bacon. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The accompanying hashbrown was noticeably smaller than what I'm used to. Overall, the food at Munch Box was decent, but it didn't stand out or offer anything extraordinary. Been here a few times, and it's never a let down. Tried the lox, which is a favorite of mine and it was delicious. My girlfriend had the French toast meal, always consistent in taste and always hot! Plain coffee but not a big deal since they have Sbucks right next door if you prefer a fru fru coffee. Great location, nice neighborhood joint. The employees are always cheerful and welcoming. Definitely worth trying if you haven't been here before! read more
