I'm only giving three stars because they are not set up to take credit cards. The manager said that it will be coming soon but they are still a new business. Make sure you have cash just in case they are not ready for credit yet. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the Greek pizza for a Super Bowl party. I also bought the 15pc wings. He gave me a cake for free because I liked the Facebook page. Everything was made fresh and it was great. I came back for the grand opening today and got a free burger and it was made to order and we if no complaints. They have something on the menu for everyone. I usually love muncheese. The muncheese sub sandwich is delicious. I haven't been there in a bout a year. I was truly disappointed when I walked in, the place was filthy. The floors, the tables had dried ketchup and other dried stuff smeared and stuck on them and don't even touch the iPad cash register screen. It was disgusting. A few things could have been better like the practice of cleanliness by the staff. One guy went outside and walked back in to serve food without washing his hands. They also kept giving me cocktail sauce instead of marinara sauce. The bottom of our strombolis were burnt and the marinara sauce is overpowering with the herbs in it. This place is VERY unsanitary. Flies are hanging out everywhere in this establishment, none of the tables were clean,and the floor looked like it had not been swept in awhile. One of the girls brought their kid into work with them and the kid was hanging out back in the cooking area with the rest of the employees. That should not be allowed?? First off: They do take cards now and actually have an ATM in the dining area. This is my new favorite hole in the wall, which is dangerous because I only live about 3 minutes away. My husband was turned onto this place by fellow soldiers at Fort Lee, talking of the new "monster burger" in town. They have the biggest burger you'll find without the tag line "monster burger". It was thick, juicy, and made to order. I couldn't wait to try it because I recognized the Mediterranean food from when I lived in Lebanon. The night we went was busy, but all the employees were very helpful, giving advice and recommendations. I noticed the glass case that's part of the counter and discovered a ton of off menu stuff. They walked us through everything. I was the first to try the "house fish", which they were really excited about and brought the chef over to say hi. It's a filet of white fish with chopped vegetables and seasonings. They cover it in foil and send it through the pizza oven. This makes it an absolute flavor explosion. The fish was soft and flaky and the vegetables were not overcooked. The woman who assembles them knows what she's doing. While we waited they brought us a shish kabob, which was the best shish kabob I've ever had. That's saying something with 2 years in the Middle East. I believe they sear it on the grill and then cook it through in foil. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. The veggies, again, perfectly cooked. My husband is picking up food from there right now! This time the pizza and shrimp kabob! Pro tip: I overheard that they don't make large to go orders until you get there after a lot of fake orders. If you're ordering take away, I would clarify that.
