Stopped here for the first time and order a bowl with spicy chicken, hot wings, and fried dumplings. Wish they had some kind of list of all of the food and sauce options with a description of what they were and tasted like for people that have never came. Never spoke to anyone until the very end when I got my order since you ordered off a kiosk. The bowl was meh and the chicken was extremely overcooked to the point where it was so dry it pretty much crumbled. The fried hot wings on the other hand were very good with a spicy sweet heat that I would definitely get again. The fried dumplings were crispy and tasted as expected and the sauce to dip in was very good. Overall not bad but would probably only come back for the wings.

I went to high school in Seoul South Korea so this place give me "home" vibes. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Quick Service! If you're ever in the area definitely stop by!

Zzam Came for a weekday lunch in a party of 4. Because of its location in a strip mall there was plenty of parking. I ordered the Korean street ramen which comes with meat option (I chose spicy pork), rice and kimchi. I also got a Thai Milk tea with boba. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Service: 4.5/5 Food: 4/5 The boba was decent. Food came out at a decent time. The ramen itself seemed to be from a ramen packet but the soup was flavorful. It came with a big portion and I had leftovers. Price: 4/5

It's next to Pet smart so it's convenient for us to get boba tea and Korean fast food. They also have ice cream and other stuff. It's in the same plaza with staples and michaels! I ordered pretty much anything and they are all good so far!! They have Korean wings to ramen soup. Plenty of choices.

It was our first time coming to this restaurant and we didn't really know what to get. The server was extremely helpful and friendly. We all ended up getting the bulgogi beef which is a dollar extra but worth it. They had so many things to choose from and so much customization available. You choose your protein than your veggies than your sauce. No matter who you are you can find something you like. As we were checking out we were enticed by the ice cream bar which looks delicious and the huge selection of boba team. I got the Virgin mojito Boba team with passion fruit Bubbles and it was wonderful. They also have different flavors of Pellegrino for you fancy folks.

It was made quickly and the staff was very helpful. I got strawberry boba tea and it was very sweet.

The waitstaff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The hot pot offerings, including meat, seafood, and vegetables, featured a well-curated and diverse selection. This place is consistent and clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is dangerously good. As many have said, you have to know what you're doing in order to make the most of this experience, and it IS an experience. You'll choose a soup base (all of them are good) which the waiters will bring and heat on your table. Then you'll hit the buffet and grab anything you want to add to your soup (they have all sorts of noodles, veggies, seafood and more). You'll also grab any meats you want to cook on your table's little grill. What I especially love is that the KBBQ and hot pot are all one flat rate, you don't have to order anything but your soup base and any drinks. I recommend getting a big plate for all of your soup add ons, and a small plate for your raw meats. They'll give you tongs to cook the meat and a giant pair of scissors to cut everything (wait to cut the meat until it's cooked). Apologies for the novel above, but maybe it will help someone. Yes it can be overwhelming if you're not used to the cuisine, but it is WORTH trying that something new. Qpot also has a full Chinese buffet, great for kids who are scared of the grill and the soup. We are truly in love with this restaurant. Thanks for always showing us a good time!

The décor is unique, beautiful, and really adds to the experience. While I was waiting for my order, I asked a few customers if they had been there before. Every single one of them said the same thing: "The food is so good, we keep coming back for more!" Once I got home and tried my meal, I completely understood why. The food was absolutely amazing! The portions were generous too--I couldn't even finish all of it! I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving it a try. 5/5 Stars!

Build your own hibachi!…read more My friend was on the hunt for an eatery that provides meat for her (omnivore) but also a satisfying plant-based meal for me (vegan). She found the perfect place. How it works: Guests are seated, given a card to denote table number, name, rice preferences and special instructions, if any. Order drinks at the table. The server gives each person a bowl which you then go and fill with raw ingredients, buffet style. Your bowl, card and sauces are left on a tray. Once grilled by the hibachi chefs, the food is put on a bed of rice and returned to you steaming hot and delicious. Pricing: Regular dinner bowls are $15. For $5 more, you can convert your order to "all you can eat" and repeat the process, as my friend did. Fountain drinks are automatically bottomless. This was a really fun way to enjoy dinner with my friend. I would love to come back with her again sometime. My only criticism is, despite the appearance of the raw food being bright and fresh, the texture and taste gave the impression that much of the produce I had in my bowl was from frozen. And although the price was quite reasonable for a filling dinner meal, it always feels strange to me to pay the same amount for vegetables as someone loading up on shrimp/ squid/ beef/ chicken, etc. I wish there was a discount when forgoing animal remains. YES: Vegan friendly YES: Family friendly

We…read morereally wanted to like this place as its a local restaurant with cute decor and friendly staff, however the food was severely amateur. We ordered goyoza, yum yum noodles, 2 bowls of spicy shoyu with pork belly and garlic cheese fries. Ohhhhh where to begin... The goyoza were from a freezer bag and weren't even good quality. They decided to fry them which made the dough hard (not crispy) and there were about 8 tiny goyoza for $8! The garlic cheese fries were frozen, seasoned, grade school curly fries with cheese whiz on them. The spicy shoyu had soba noodles not Ramen and the noodles were mushy after a couple minutes at the table. This was touted by the waiter as having "more vegetables" than the other soups but that consisted of scallion, frozen corn nibblets, frozen edamame, and kimchee. The pork belly looks like it was purchased cooked and they seared one side. The fat in the pork belly wasn't rendered correctly and the soup was not balanced. In authentic shoyu you get half a soft egg with runny yolk...the egg in this was hard boiled and sliced with an egg slicer. If you're looking for something authentic and tasty- probably skip this restaurant. Our bill was $58 and we left thinking we ate at the mall food court. It was pretty busy and I felt bad that there was only one person who was serving everyone, bartending, as well as busing the tables. I really appreciated him because he remained positive, had a great attitude, was super friendly, easy to work with and patient despite all that he had on his plate. When it came to our plates, we ordered a couple appetizers as well as entrées, and we also ordered drinks as well. We ordered the Spicy Pork Dumplings steamed, Kimbap, Japchae with bulgogi and shrimp, as well as a Bulgogi ribeye rice bowl. The food was hot fresh and super flavorful and I think my favorite bite was the pork steamed dumplings. They were so good and really spicy. Our cocktails didn't taste really strong, but I do think that mine was tasty. I ordered the CATch Ya in Seoul and it came in the cutest cat ceramic. Overall the spot is super cute and kinda intimate. I think it would be great for a date or just hanging out and catching up with friends. I would be mindful that it seems to be very popular and there may be a wait to get in and enjoy.
