This company feels like family to me. Fair prices, wonderful service, great communication,... you really can't ask for more. They didn't judge me going through the hardest years of my life. Multiple deaths in the family and a messy divorce, I had issues with finances a time or 2 and just was not my best self. I'm writing this review just based on Brett's honesty and refreshingly open advice when I reached out for advice and a bid on replacing our fixed rate pool pump with a variable speed pump. He gave me all the pros and cons about the DIY route and the professional route with very fair pricing and avoided the "industry speak" and games which I really, really appreciate. With summer approaching, I was worried about getting our pool back to normal (especially living in San Diego) Brett diagnosed the issue as the pool pump going out. Stop looking all over Yelp, you just found your pool guy. I bought a house with a DE pool filter. I've had pools in the past but never had a DE set up. I called 3 services and left messages asking if they offered a "101" service to walk me through what I was going to be doing in terms of maintenance. Brett is the only one that actually called me back. Not only did he call me back he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions. Brett offered to come out and show me everything I would need to do to keep the pool looking good. He came out the next night, spent over an hour showing me what all the setting should be, how to clean the DE filter, made sure the vacuum was working properly and generally made me feel more confident about maintaining the pool. My wife and I bought a new home in April and were super excited about inheriting a sweet pool in the backyard! Fast forward a few weeks after un-packing and getting settled, I realized I had no idea how to care for things and needed someone to come out and show me the ropes.
