I work in marketing and frequently need brochures and simple collateral printed. After trying several different print shops that either produced poor work or were way too expensive, I gave Murphy Printing a try - and it has been my go-to ever since. The shop does a fantastic job and is very reasonably priced, compared to most other vendors in the city. Furthermore, they have a pretty quick turnaround time and don't charge outrageous rush fees for something that needs to be done in a couple of days - they also send over proofs and work with you to make sure the product is to your liking. I did have to knock off a star because their communication is terrible. After sending e-mails and files to Larry, I often don't hear anything back from him and will have to call and follow up to ensure that he received the order and it will be done in time. Poor customer service is a huge turn-off and I would give them 3 1/2 stars if I could. If the product and pricing weren't so good, I would have just given them 3. read more
