On my second visit, I brought in a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses with a broken bolt and a bent temple arm. Lyndon was very transparent and explained that trying to bend the arm back into place could potentially cause it to break. A couple of days later, he called to let me know they were ready for pickup, and I was so relieved! They turned out great, and I honestly expected the worst. He has some up to date technologies to help make it easier to examine your eyes in ways older technology does not. He also wants to make you comfortable both in the experience, and very importantly, comfortable in the prescription glasses he gives. In the past I've had optometrist who do not care about how comfortable you are with the glasses they prescribe to you and just stated their prescription is what makes you see best and does not care of it gives you headaches. Dr Wilson on the other hand will cater to make it comfortable to you. In fact he corrected my last prescription which was stronger than necessary. They are also very punctual with their appointments (no long waits) and offer weekend hours, which is great to accommodate busy schedules. They office is clean and modern. I recommend them highly if you care about your eye sight.

She thinks the way to adjust eyeglass frames is to bend them at the bridge which changes vision accuracy. I tried to tell her this but she said I was wrong. She ruined a very expensive pair of glasses. When I told her I didn't want her to bend another pair of glasses at the bridge, she rudely told me I could go elsewhere, but everyone adjusts frames this way. I won't go back which is too bad because the optometrist is very good.

They made me feel like, my mistake and I have to pay extra money for it?
