The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine.
