A line gathered quickly and people looked excited, so we looked at the menu while we waited our turn. There were plenty of tropical flavors, including some island favorites. The gentleman serving us was a master of his craft and he knew how to hype it up! We tried a few: a guava, a POG (pineapple orange guava) and a piña colada. But he recommended some extra flavors that really took the shave ice to another level, and finished them off with a snow cap (coconut cream) and a little mochi on the side. Oh my god.. it was THE BEST! It was so smooth and the strawberries/syrup was so fresh. It was the best sweet treat to have after a long day. My friend got the matcha one (not pictured) and that one was lovely as well. Once I had finished mine I realized I should have been like my friend in the back and got the large size haha. Will come back the next time I'm in town!
