The "fra diavolo" sauce had no kick to it at all. They might as well have called the dish mussels in marinara sauce. I should have sent it back immediately, but I took my first bite and then signaled for the iPhone obsessed server. I asked him for the manager and he panicked as if he did something wrong. I assured him the problem was with the food, although I should have reported him for his inability to put his iPhone down and do his job. She agreed that the club sandwich was very much in need of its main ingredient -- turkey. She apologized and took my plate and said she would order me another. About 20 minutes later, our iPhone loving server returned with a new turkey club with the appropriate amount of turkey on it. We were offered no compensation for the first embarrassed turkey club which was almost sans turkey, not that we were looking for some type of compensation, but any type of gesture would have been nice.
