My favorite place in Spokane. Ok, yes it's in the mall so take away my foodie card. BUT FIRST go there and have the Chicken Osaka and one of their really, really good creative cocktails. This used to be a stand alone restaurant, now it's in a mall. It still has the food and feel of a stand alone restaurant. Even the rice is really good. I've eaten great Asian food all down the west coast and there are many better places, but this is the best in Spokane and worth a trip to the mall for. read more

Living in Kettle Falls, my girlfriends and I eat at the Mustard Seed every time we travel to shop in Spokane. The food is always amazing and very delicious. The servers are very polite and engaging, they go out of their way to make sure we have the best dining experience. Our favorite server is Zack! Lazy front of the house staff, spends more time talking than working. There's only a couple good wait staff, but compared to where else we eat, it's despicable to see them be the only ones working and not the rest. That does not fly in my restaurant read more
