David the General Manager was extremely helpful and friendly ! He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with our 3 year old Pro Maxx pool sweep. Because of him, I will be back to this Leslie's! Leslie's is very lucky to have him as a General Manager !!!

1/5 -- Shockingly Bad Customer Service…read more I genuinely can't remember the last time I received customer service this bad. I walked into Leslie's for three simple things: a water test, DE, and replacement chemicals for my home test kit. The employee said hello, tested my water, printed the results, handed me the paper...and literally said NOTHING. No explanation of the results. No recommendations. No "your water looks good" or "here's what you need." Not even "anything else I can help you with?" He just moved on to another customer. So I actually had to GET BACK IN LINE to ask for the replacement test bottles I had come in for. He told me they were about $8 each. I asked what an entirely new test kit cost, and he said around $30. He then rang up the individual bottles--which totaled around $30 anyway--with zero effort to explain which option made more sense. And the DE I came in to buy? Apparently that was asking too much. He never asked about it, never rang it up, and never even attempted to find out what else I needed. Then I noticed what was open on the store computer: his homework. Suddenly the complete lack of interest in helping customers made a lot more sense. Apparently writing a paper was the priority, and customers were just an interruption. I'm not expecting five-star concierge service at a pool supply store. I am expecting someone to actually DO THEIR JOB. Explain the water test you just performed. Ask what the customer needs. Make a recommendation. Ring up the products they came in to purchase. Maybe even demonstrate some basic courtesy. The most frustrating part is that I walked into a specialty pool store specifically because I wanted advice and products. If the entire experience is going to consist of silently handing me a printout and making me repeatedly ask for help while you work on homework, there is absolutely no reason to shop here instead of ordering everything online. Truly awful customer service. Leslie's should be embarrassed that this is the experience customers are getting in one of their stores. I certainly won't be going back to this location.

It use to be a kids play area but they change into a photo booth, claw machine game room so older folks can enjoy. Their food court menu has expanded too. It use to be mostly Korean food but now you have shave ice, fruits, salad and smoothie drinks. Which is great if you're not particularly wanting anything heavy. Yes price has increased but they are also updated and expanded to make the experience more pleasant which I appreciate. It being over 6 months that I last came and was pleasantly surprised. I stop going for a while because the price increased but the facilities stayed the same and a little underwhelmed but now I'm enjoying it little bit more. It seems like everything is just a little bit better now. I see the effort.

Vibes - super relaxing , plenty of rooms that are super clean, lots of areas to nap! Food court - it's so convenient that there is a restaurant on site ! I know what you may be thinking ...can it actually be that good being that it's at a spa? The answer is YES! Hands down! We had some amazing dishes and there were no complaints . I went with 4 of my friends and this was there first time going! They loved it and were so happy they did the body scrub massage . It's worth it!! I highly recommend it. And trust me , the 6 hours goes by very fast! Perfect spa day for the girls !

I let him know what repairs others had recommended, and he confirmed that the seals and impeller needed to be replaced. However, he said the seal plate was fine, and did not need to be replaced at this time. I appreciated his honesty, as he could have charged us more for an unnecessary repair. While he was at our house, I also noted that one of the valves leaked when we ran the spa, and he quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue. Finally, after he left, I noticed that one of the connections (which he had removed to repair the pump and motor) was leaking. He ended up coming back multiple times to correct the problem (he ended up replacing a pinched o-ring), and he even checked in a few days later to ensure everything was working smoothly. Super nice guy, he was very knowledgeable (he mentioned having experience as a Pentair technician), and honest, and his pricing felt more than fair. While I hope we don't have any more issues with our pool or pool equipment, I would not hesitate to hire Marcus again in the future.

Thomas and Charla were very helpful (and PATIENT!) as we went through this process together. This was my first pool, much less my first pool remodel and I was very nervous and asked a lot of questions. They were so good about everything and helped me at every step. The cost was very affordable and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. The pool is still looking wonderful today and I could not be happier. Our 15 x 30 rectangular pool (with pour over spa) was original to the 1976 construction. Along with related plumbing and repairs the team installed: StoneScapes finish (Aqua Blue with a 20% abalone) Fujiwa Bora/Sea Colbalt & Legacy/Blue stone tile Two 2 Pentair color-changing Intellibrite lights

They re-plastered our pool and hot tub in January 2014, very fair price, very professional, we are very happy! About a month ago I noticed 2 spots in the deep end where the plaster had cracked and peeled. Not only did Thomas offer to drain the pool, fix the plaster spots, and pay the costs associated with the water company, he personally took time out of his busy day to check the entire pool to see if there were any more spots on the plaster that were defective, there was, and again fixed at no charge. We are thrilled we chose infinity pools in the first place and even more so now that they stand behind their work! Great company, great owners!
