Super friendly staff, a very clean and professional dental office. I started my treatment with Dr. Hyman, who is so experienced, very kind and I can tell he has a good relationship with his staff. He made me super comfortable during my consultation and answered all my questions. Now, I've been continuing my treatment with Dr. Parsa as Dr. Hyman has retired. My experience with him has been so great so far! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the steps and procedures. Very easy going making it a fun and comfortable experience for me!! My teeth are pretty aligned now; they aren't quite where I want them to be aesthetically but Dr. Parsa and staff have continued to go above and beyond to help me. Still a work in progress, and I am so glad to have chosen this place! Overall, 10/10 experience. I definitely will be looking forward to future visits! read more

If you're looking for an affordable orthodontist, who strive in customer service, this would be the place to come. His prices are outstanding and he has affordable monthly payments with no interest and get this!!! He does not charge for broken brackets, I have not seen this anywhere, I mother of 2 and grandmother of 4 has shopped around and most if not all charge broken bracket fees from $25- $50. His front office staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and his back office assistants go out of their way to provide excellent service which makes it a great overall experience. Dr. Parsa is the most kind hearted individual who really enjoys what he is doing and truly listens and looks out for his patients. He takes time to answer all questions or concerns. All adjectives that I feel are values of Dr. Parsa and his staff. I highly recommend this place and give it a thumbs up !!! read more

This place isn't what it used to be when Dr. Hyman was in charge. He put a permanent retainer on me approximately 10 years ago and it came loose so I came in to get fixed up. Before talking to me, they popped off the permanent retainer, putting me in a position to buy a new one. Fast forward to installation of the new one, where it was bulky and nothing like the last one - I couldn't even bite down because the retainer was in the way! So I asked for it to be removed and sat there for 30 minutes before being seen. The staff was friendly and offered me a Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience but it doesn't make up for the decline in service and complete disrespect of time. Wait times are way too long. read more

My sibling's and parents have come to this place for their braces and now i do too. I've been coming to this place for 4 years now for my braces and i honestly don't recommend. In the course of my four years i've been coming here i've had to switch multiple assisting orthodontist because they have either cut me, broken my brackets, or simply been rude to me with an attitude. I have tried to be understanding and positive towards the staff but unfortunately they have failed me. I'm towards the stage of getting my braces off which should be an incredible experience but all i've felt is stress and confusion. They have consistently moved my appointments further and further as to when i get my braces off. When asked what i'm getting done at an appointment or how i'm progressing with my braces they can never give me an affirmative answer. It always is an estimated guess or mixed responses i receive. Today i had to wait over an hour during my service to see the main doctor. The entire service took less than 20 minutes, i spent more time waiting than actually getting my service done. The entire staff is unorganized as the person working on me left without notice to work on someone else. At the end of the service they didn't even check to make sure if my wire was poking me or gave me time to check, they immediately walked me to schedule my next appointment not even listening to me. The front desk apologized and i tried to be understanding. They gave me a starbucks gift card as compensation with only $5 on it. Honestly that's insulting i can't even buy a drink with that much. My family has provided them with 3 generations of business and this is how they treat me as a customer. It's truly unfortunate as we weee good friends with the previous owner. There is no respect, organization, or communication with them. read more

I've had my braces for a little over a year now and they're starting to look great! I'd like to take the time to highly dr hymns RDAs. They're all so genuinely nice and caring, and the most important factor GENTLE. Since I started coming here, even for my consultation I just knew it was going to be a good journey for my teeth. The receptionist in the front are all so nice and patient as well. A couple months ago I had a accident with my car trying to pull into the parking lot, and Dr. Hymn and his amazing staff came outside and helped push my car into the parking lot to make sure I could get into my appointment and that I was safe. They were all so concerned and understanding and that's just not something you find anywhere. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got my braces put on November 2016. I was told I would have them on for 2 to 2.5 years. November 2021 will be 5 years with my braces on. I have never missed an appointment besides the 2 1/2 months of the closure they had during the pandemic. Every time I ask (which is at every appointment) how much longer do I have they say "by the end of year" . I paid my treatment off almost 3 years ago & I feel that my treatment has gone down the drain since they have no money coming in from me. I moved out of CA in 2020 and have been flying out to every appointment from NV. It's starting to be very overwhelming because there's no changes or progress with these braces. Another thing they are the worst at telling me what I need to do. For example I had baby teeth and was told I would need them to get extracted once the time was right. At one of appointment the Orthodontist tells me "how come you haven't got your tooth extracted" mind you I WAS NEVER told to do so. So I quickly get an appointment with my dentist & get the procedure done. This has happened twice. I've been walking around with missing teeth for a few years now with no clue of what the heck they are doing. I am so upset . I don't want to be THAT type of customer but I feel like I have no choice ! read more
