Today the morning, Sunday May 19th. I went to that place, it was perfect and right time for me to get ready because there is not a people due it is Sunday yay! Lol Yen the awesome manager do my eyebrow wax, sns on my nail and polish my feet. she was also offer me by show the picture of drinks as wonderful offer. she learned that I am deaf before We get ready. She has no problem at gesture and show me to understand. The most common to Asian people do at nail salons. So she did really amazing job on my nail, eyebrow and feet. I will be high recommend you to go there. You will like it. Inside is pretty clean, simply and cute. Price isn't too bad it is similar to my previous one in Orlando fl. Oh by the way, acrylic is no longer. Now they will continue to serve you the sns, normal polish and other. Plus you will get a stamp/ sign card (I dont know what it call for lol) when you get ten stamp/ sign on the card you will get ten percent off! How awesome is that? Came in yesterday after calling in to reserve two basic pedicures just nail polish no gel and left feeling so unsatisfied because they upcharged us $35 each for just a regular pedicure. I would have just done it myself and it would have looked better, because $70 plus tip for a subpar basic pedicure was not it. Not to mention my technician messed up the angle of my nail shape so I have to fix them both myself. The polish wasn't dry even though they assured me it was so ended up with ugly scratches where polish never dried. I went for a manicure and had a French manicure. They only had 2 people. She put 1 thick coat white ok n tip and 1 coat clear then moved on to another customer. Less than 24 hours later 3 nails chipped. I was going out of town, so I went locally for just polish. I wrote bad review and manager told me to come talk to her. I did that yesterday. First excuse was regular polish does not last, putting hands in soap may do that, etc. I told her that was bull and she lost a customer. Did not say she would refund or give me another manicure, just came up with stupid excuses. Now I go elsewhere read more

Lovely Nails is not the cutest, most modern nail salon around, but my service has always been delightful. Mimi is pleasant and kind and gives a great foot massage. She's meticulous about applying color, and checks in several times throughout service to make sure you're happy. I'm not the kind of person to request a specific nail tech by name, but Mimi is so sweet and good at her job that I always try to call dibs on her. This was my first time here. Love that they are open on Sundays. They ask for appointments only but they were able to accommodate me immediately for an appointment. I was very impressed with their Sanitation process- they are enforcing social distancing and masks. They have clients sanitize as they walk in and check temps. This salon is currently under new management and the manager Yen is incredibly sweet and very accommodating! I personally LOVE family-owned businesses because of the personal touch they have! You get to know the face behind the business and to me it is important to know who I am supporting! Yesterday, I tried the "Jelly Pedicure"! It magically turned the water into a squishy pool of awesomeness! Usually when I leave a nail salon my toes look messy and my heels are still dry and callous-y. My feet are now very smooth, hydrated, and I feel they look beautiful! Not a lot of nail salons can do a correct shape on the "coffin nail" but this salon SLAYED it! I am SOOO extremely happy! It took an hour and a half for the man to just put SNS on my natural nails. That was frustrating, but the most frustrating part is not even 24 hours later, 2 nails fell off in the shower. 2!!!!! I wanted to like this place, I really did. I read the reviews about how there was new management and was hopeful but, the overwhelming thing I want to convey to any reader is, there are better salons just minutes away that you can go to. Moreover, my final experience (read to the end) solidified the fact that I will not return. Decor: While the decor wasn't really a factor for me, I know it very much is for some folks so be warned that the salon is very much in need of some remodeling. It is about a far from modern/contemporary/spa-like as you can get. The lamp at the station for my tech wouldn't turn on and there are children's toy rugs (the sort they race cars around) used under the polish station/reception area. Wait: I personally experienced no wait when I arrived at 10:00 on a Saturday. There were two customers at nail stations before me and one that came in for a pedicure immediately after. Everyone after us four, however, were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. What I went in for: A full set acrylic, coffin shaped. Price: I'm used to a full set being between $25-$30. Here they are $35 and, I learned after I sat down and started discussing shape that it would be an additional $5 for the shape I wanted (so $40 for my acrylic set). Nail experience: Probably the largest positive I can give this salon is the fact that, of all the places I've gone for acrylics in my lifetime, they were the first an only to have spent time on my cuticles prior to beginning. This positive was unfortunately part of the negative, however, in that my full set took over 2-hours to complete. The tech moved very slowly, as if he was not experienced, and every step seemed to take much longer than expected. He spent an excruciating amount of time just on shaping the nails and frankly, still didn't get it quite right. They were coffin shaped but more like a slightly narrowed squared off nail. In fact, when I got home I spent about 20 minutes reshaping them a bit myself. The nails also were, for some reason, very unnatural looking. Now before you point out that acrylics rarely look "natural," that isn't what I mean here. Rather, they sort of came straight out of the nail bed without the typical natural curve that a long nail should have (which is odd considering the plastics applied before the acrylic had this shape). Overall, I didn't hate the nails I left with but, with how long they took and how expensive they were, they should've been better looking for sure. The big issue: When it was time to get my fill done I decided I'd give them another chance. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe the tech would be different and more impressive, maybe something would happen to make me realize that first experience wasn't the usual way of things. Unfortunately, we will never know. Why? The salon hours, both listed here on Yelp as well as on the door of the salon itself, are 9:30-6:00 daily. I arrived at the salon at 9:29 to find the door locked. Being a minute early I didn't find issue with this but, I stood at the door, awaiting lights to come on and someone to let me in, until 9:42 before finally leaving. If any business fails to open according to their set hours, I am immediately put off. It is one thing to have a delay in maybe meeting an appointment time but, not opening when you should is just simply a deal breaker for me. In short, I will repeat what I said above... there are so many other, better salons in the area. Don't waste your time at this one and visit another. read more

I've gotten mani pedis and brow waxes at other places, but this place is amazing! It's very clean and everyone is so nice. I got the jelly pedi with gel polish and SNS mani, along with a brow wax. Cindy did the wax first and did an excellent job. She also did my pedi and made sure I was comfortable the whole time (seriously get the jelly pedi, it's incredible). Took my daughter today after we spent the weekend on our feet working CIAA. Wanted to relax and get pedicures for our tired sore feet. It was anything but relaxing. The tub water was too cold. Even after telling them. They turned the hot water on but as soon as they shut it off it was cold again and only got colder as time went on. They have nice fancy bowls but they do not hold the temp. Cindy took care of my daughter and she was anything but gentle and relaxing. My guy did not have a name tag on. He barely massaged my feet or legs and when he did you could barely feel it. He did not speak English because I tried talking to him and he would just look at me and a few things I told him another girl came over and asked me the same things and then spoke to him in another language to give him my answers. So $110 later on 2 pedicures and our feet and legs are still throbbing and sore. We will not be going back. I am not sure how they have such high reviews. They were also so slow that my daughter had to tell them forget it about her nails as we had to go. read more

This place is terrible!! The staff are not experienced, but even worse they are rude! Customer service is so bad. My gel nail polish started bubbling up and chipping 3 days after I had them done. I went back to have them fixed and the nail tech, Mi Mi and the owner argued with me and blamed the condition of my nails on me! They would not fix my nails or take responsibility for the poor job. Mi Mi has a disgusting attitude! Their equipment and nail instruments are old. I tried to give a new place a try but it was a waste of time and money! There are much better options in the area. yen, is the most amazing and sweetest lady i've ever met. she always does a fantastic job with her services, the environment is very relaxing, the polish whether its regular or gel last's weeks and you also get a card that once its full (which there is 10 spots per card) you get $10 off your next service ($1 per spot per visit/service). if you get more than 1 service in a sitting ( mani and pedi for example) they fill in 2 spots not just one for your attendance! this is the most relaxing nail salon i've ever been to. they take their time, make sure you get your money's worth at the end, offer drinks (yes! drinks :) ) turn on the machines that have the relaxing scents next to you and have great attitudes! my feet are extremely ticklish and i fall asleep with my lovely nails lovely yen! read more
