She was still acting bothered and telling us they had already made the food and didn't offer anything to make it right until we brought up the salad and said "well I can refund two salads if you want". After noting it was a birthday on the reservation and having family there who had previously also had a bad experience, it is safe to say we will not be back again. Place looks very nice but management needs to learn how to handle unhappy customers and the ridiculous 1 hour wait with no food (or food with bugs!) much better.
