In principle, this is understandable, but in practice, the customer service felt very lacking. Typically nicer coffee shops that we have gone to have been more than happy to replace a drink if it was not what we expected. I understand their policy, but do think that they lost a chance to provide exceptional customer service, and thus lost us as customers. We won't be returning here, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if it's because CSUF just started this week, or because I came on a Friday morning, but it was really spacious and open with tons of outlets (almost at each table). Not sure how other days are, but I'd love to bring my study group friends here in the future, since it's so hard to find places with enough space for study groups!
