I am opening a second location of my business and the new space doesn't have any alarm system in place, so after doing a lot of online research, decided on My Smart Security. I just completed the phone call with Isreal who put together my equipment order and arranged for the installation. I'm quite alarm savvy and Isreal answered all my questions about the different equipment they offered. I also use the alarm.com APP for my home gates and garage door so I like that they are parterned with them. This company offers ALL of the latest technologies which is something I was looking for, especially real-time alerts and video-monitoring. I will update my review once the install is completed and I've used it for a while so I can tell you how great it works :) I'm always so busy, I'm glad that opening the new store gave me a reason to reaserch alarm companies, so I'm sure I'll be switching over my current alarm monitoring, which barely does anything and costs more! read more

I thoroughly researched alarm companies prior to choosing My Smart Security. I was armed with many questions, wants and needs. Bryan, the president, did a great job explaining how their company differs from the rest and I have to agree their customer service is impeccable. We are not just another paying customer. We truly do matter and they care about their reputation as well as the security and well being of our family and home. The installer was very patient and kind and did an excellent job in assessing our needs without trying to oversell. We had a couple of kinks after the install which is normal with a new system and they jumped on those immediately and fixed them. Thanks for the wonderful service and peace of mind. I recently was in need of an updated alarm system when mine started giving me trouble. My, at the time current security provider, for whom I had been loyal to for years treated me like just an average customer, so I began to look around, I found My Smart Security and I was floored at how quick and efficient they were at getting my new equipment to me and installed. I now have a state of the art fantastic system and it was a painless process. Even though the company was in Florida and I am in Nevada, they really came through!! Excellent service and the system is both reliable and convenient! My Smart Security knocked on my door and I reluctantly allowed Bryan into my home. Soon there after, we had a 100% cellular alarm system (no land line needed, which is safer and saves a little money each month) and Security Networks provides immediate help and I love how their monitoring center is close by in Kissimmee. I could't believe it when they came to my door I really don't like door to door "salesman" but that's really not what they are about. After explaining how beneficial the security system they were offering was, I just had to have it. Owner is a nice guy, but he's just a reseller of Vivint, which is the worst security company ever. Terrible service. Insane amount of technical failures that YOU have to pay Vivint to fix! Contract is a total rip-off. No way out. Once you sign up you will be just another Vivint customer. BUYER BEWARE!! read more
