Friendly, quick service and availability!!! I called early Saturday morning (two weeks ago), found out they didn't have the tires my car needed but they said they would order them and have them in by noon. No BS!! I arrived and the guy remembered me and my car. The waiting room had only 2 chairs and tires stacked against the walls but I didn't care, I wasn't spending a fortune on new tires and didn't feel like I was getting cheated...and I waited less than 1 hour! The reason for the one star is not the work quality or price but rather for the recklessness in storing and handling my vehicle which was left overnight at their shop only to receive it the next day with a cracked windshield. Total cost $369 for the tires and $325 for the cracked windshield to replace. read more

They are so nice! I came in scared because I had just bought a car and already had a flat tire. I was afraid I'd have to buy a new tire because it was almost on the side of the tire but they patched it right up! They even checked the rest of the tires for me just to make sure I was good to go. It was crowded but they still managed to get everyone in and taken care of. If anything else happens I'm definitely going to them for all my future tire needs. read more

I've gone here a handful of times and they've always been super nice. The past time I paid about $600 for them to fix my brakes, etc. they sounded even worse than before...they tried to redo it instead of refunding me but 3 times later they still sound worse than when I brought my car in! They've had to keep my car so I was carless for a total of 3 days, just for brakes?? Don't get me wrong, I know things happen and they were very nice about it, as was I...but 3 times to fix brakes and they still aren't fixed? I don't recommend you take your car here for brakes. read more

Andy is a customer at my work. With as nice as Andy is outside of his business, I decided to give him a try, since the tires for my van are kinda hard to get whole of for cheap. We asked for a four wheel alignment for one of our cars and he stated he only charged us for a front wheel alignment as that was all our car needed at the time. My Parelli Run Flat Tire got a hole in it somehow. I took it to one place that said it's unrepairable and wanted to charge nearly $700.00 for a replacement. I then called a couple other tire stores who also said they would not repair it. I finally went to Yelp, and saw the great reviews My Tire Store received. I called them, and sure enough, they said they could do the repair and to bring it in right away. I brought my X5 in a short while later. The staff and technicians were extremely friendly. They finished in about 15 minutes, plus the charge was no where near what I had expected. It was a steal of a deal. They are very efficient and well priced. Highly recommend! The owner is really nice, but you need to really know what the workers r doing. I came in for a tire repair and they said the nail didn't puncture the tire and therefore wasn't a problem. So I had to explain to them again that I only had five psi pressure. In the meantime the guy was going to put the tire back on my car. So when they went back and put it in the water which they didn't do the first time they realized that there's a very large nail that had punctured the tire. These are the kinds of things my wife would never think to do so I can't send her there. There was a time a couple years ago I went in and they didn't put one of the bolts on the brake calipers so it was dragging on the rotor. thank you andy (i think that's his name) for saving my car and me some monies!!! i was visiting the parentals and the la area for the weekend and came here to get my brakes fixed. i've had noise in my car for quite some time now and other places that i brought it to said it's ok. well andy and his crew told fixed it in a jiffy! apparently my rear bearings are not so good, especially the left one. i was told that if i didn't bring in the car right now, the tire would've popped off at any moment. thanks goodness for the guys here!!! i've been driving all over the place without any knowledge of this. i'm also coming back in january to change the right rear. as i was driving back to sd sunday afternoon/night, all i could hear was my cd playing and my voice trying to sing along, yay! read more

Tires are alright price but man they suck on alignment. My car was all over the road. And when I took it back they said it was camber issue and was going to charge me another 50 when I told him from get-go that I have camber adjustment. Took it to another shop they said camber is fine it's just ur alignment. made me wait 30 mins just to tell me they can't do it today. and the best thing is that i drove by the next day and they are open. the guy wears his dirty gloves after he installs multiple tires and then hops in my car with the dirty oily gloves on and grabs my seat belt and etc. all over the steering wheel and seats. but yet he will take it off to answer his phone, cause god forbid he dirty his phone compared to the customers car. read more

This place isn't all fancy, but what a great guy. My tire pressure was low and I pulled in early one morning just for air. The guy was really nice. As he filled my tires, he explained exactly how to read the gauge and the proper pressure for my tires. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn't accept.
