7 months ago we had My Window Solutions install solid core doors throughout the house. The level of professionalism was off the charts! The installation was very labor intensive and we were impressed that the installers treated the installation as if the doors were going into their own home. Flash forward 7 months to today. My Window Solutions returned to my house to essentially rehang all the doors after the painter didn't reinstall them correctly. As promised My Window Solutions came back out and spent over 5 hours l, FREE OF CHARGE, fixing what the painter had messed up. Eddie and Woodie are exacting professionals! As I watched, I noticed how beautiful the windows looked, and the team was quick and detailed. They seemed to work together so well. I was inspired to call for a quote. I was notified the windows and slider arrived at their shop, and "My Window Solutions" patiently waited for my timeframe to install, holding onto the windows and slider with no pressure. Had them installed yesterday, on time again, by - oh my gosh - what I'm calling, "The Dream Team!" Joshua was the first to arrive and he was no less than amazing!! He went above and beyond, too. I live in a 55+ community, and he was totally 100% thoughtful with every detail, offering to help wherever he saw a need. So very kind. It highlighted how much they love their job through the detailed quality of their work, before, during, and after their supervisor left. They checked and triple checked their work. They left my home looking cleaner than it was when they arrived!! They prided themselves on leaving no debris at all, stating that they take it out of the community residence all together and dispose of it at the designated, appropriate place, not leaving it in our dumpster, nor our condominium dumpsters. Before leaving, they swept, dusted, washed the windows, and just as they had all through the day, kept their charming, happy, focused, hardworking, professionalism. They graciously welcomed my neighbors by explaining details about the double pane windows, when my neighbors unexpectedly stopped by to get information. Joshua walked me through how the windows worked before they left, sharing tips while tangibly showing me how to remove the screens for cleaning. They gave me business cards to share, which I have already done. Normally, having major work done in my home would be very stressful. To the contrary with "The Dream Team" (Joshua, Carlos, David, and Saul). They actually made the experience - fun! How does that happen? When they left, I had to call the owner to tell him about this unique experience of having such skilled, professional gentlemen working so hard in my home, while having so much fun with each other as they worked, not to mention how amazing, high quality, and beautiful the windows and slider. Donna answered, the bookkeeper, and wow - she too, was exceptionally kind. When she turned the phone over to the owner is when I understood why this team is so happy!! His team is just like him, very kind, easy to speak with, and in pursuit of high quality service, while genuinely caring. Spent my first night having my new windows. Wow! After we communicated via email and phone calls, measurements were done by Lonnie, coming out to your showroom was really helpful in our final decision to have these windows done by your company. Woody and crew showed up with several trucks and a crew of 10 or 12. This 2 story, 11 window and one slider home was done in literally 2-3 days and the one hiccup was a big stucco repair. You guys absolutely got this installation down. Worked out so well I was very surprised how quickly and efficiently your crew worked from removal to install, stucco repair, cleanup, awesome job! We have been needing windows for years for our home (original single panes from the late 70's) so we started our research by contacting Mike with MWS. He came out and walked us through each window and what would work best (but was very price conscious and made sure to keep on budget). I recently had French Doors installed in my house by My Windows Solutions. The crew they sent out - Salvador, David, Rubilo and Eddie, were exceptional. They took great pains to make sure everything was done right and were very responsive to any concerns I had. Unfortunately, there are a few glitches with the door, which is the fault of the manufacturer. This is truly a 5 star company. I called for an estimate and Mike came out and provided lot of info and invited me to their showroom where he answered even more of my questions. His was the third quote I got and felt I should go with his. He and Lonnie came out to measure my 13 windows and set a date. Six weeks early of that date, Lonnie called, the windows came in early and we can do now if I wanted. Heck Yeah! So James came with his crew to get started, followed by Sal and his men, 8 or 9 guys! James and Sal and all the guys were the best, carefully working, professional, friendly and respectful of the house and property! Goodbye to those horrible 1950 casement windows! We had been collecting quotes for months, ranging from $12k to $30k (yes $30k) for 12 windows in our house. I got to talking with our neighbors and they said they got their windows done by Window Solutions and had great feedback. Here's how it worked: Monday I called Parry. He said he would call me back. Within an hour, Donna called me, nice as can be, and scheduled an estimate for the next day at 4:30. Next day 4:30, Chuck is at my house. Measures, spends about ten minutes telling me about the brands they carry and the warrantees. He wasn't overbearing like some other contractors were and didn't push the sale (some other quotes we got, they literally wouldn't leave and pushed the sale until I told them to go). Chuck promptly responded to all of my (surely obnoxious) emails and gave me all the info I needed to make the decision. Windows ordered! I was a little nervous about the installation process. We have a dog and cats and they can get spooked and run around. The crew of four was totally understanding and made sure to get one room done and cleaned so the pets can stay in there. They did such a fantastic job with the install and clean up afterward. They were super friendly and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders while they worked so I could see how it's done! We have had the windows for a week now and we are soooooo happy. Nothing has gone wrong and we have gotten so many compliments about how clean and beautiful the install is. Some closing points: when you're purchasing something you will use for more than 20 years, you want a reputable company that will value the relationship with their customer for the long run. Some of the places that I got quotes from were reasonably priced but I felt uncomfortable calling for the THIRD time to check on my quote. They sounded annoyed, they are unfriendly. Would I feel comfortable calling them if I had a problem a few years down the line? NO. I wanted a company that I could work well with, not someone that is already rude and short with me before they have even made a sale. I got a wonderful impression from EVERY PERSON I SPOKE TO at Window Solutions. Their timeliness and professionalism was fantastic, everything I could ask for with such a big purchase. I commend this organization on their customer service and couldn't say enough about it. Side note, their price was the best of all the quotes I got and they did an immaculate job. I wish I knew about this place before but it's never too late! If you need windows don't waste your time, call them and see for yourself! Oh and in case you're wondering, I got the Simonton windows. From the visit from Mike to determine our needs to the installation of the windows by Woody and team, my overall experience was exceptional. All but one window, including sliding glass doors, were retrofits. The one that was not a retrofit was a completely new window from the ground up. Contacted to upgrade our single pane windows to double pane in our whole house. Mike came out and went over everything with us. He is highly knowledgeable and overall a really nice guy! It was such a relief talking to him because I had such a bad experience with so many other window companies while I was in the process of selling my dads house that needed window repairs that I was really scared to call yet another one. But this place is a gem! The prices are reasonable, we were able to replace all our windows and get a lovely garden box. They are always in excellent communication. These guys are so honest and detailed! We replaced two french doors with sliders. After installation, one of the workers noticed a slight crack on the frame.
