I've been coming here for years!! I take my daughter here for her 6 month check up every 6 months. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They make us feel welcomed and at ease. My daughter loves going to the dentist! Any time she aches she wants me to take her.. and she's only 7! I love that she doesn't fear the dentist like a lot of us do. My daughters favorite staff member is Araceli. I had work done myself years ago here. I was supposed to come back but my fear of the dentist kept me away. I finally said I needed to go. Jessica helped me feel at ease explaining everything that she was doing and called in the Dentist when needed. Sarah accommodated me with the schedule and were able to take care of me the same day! I felt no pain at all, both Jessica & Dr. Tamer worked quickly so that I can get on with my day. They really have turned my views around regarding dentists and getting work done. I still go here. Just want to update that during the pandemic, this facility has made sure that staff and patients are very safe during each visit. There are air filters in almost every corner of the room. Each time you go, you place your items in a plastic bag they provide so as to not contaminate their space too much. I used to hate going to the dentist because of the golden bill after visit. This place made a big difference because they tell you upfront what needs to be done, how much it will cost or at least a game plan if you're not ready to get it done. They will work with you and won't pressure you. They schedule you accordingly and not like other places where one appointment becomes like a 2 hour minimum visit. You don't wait period! Very professional and very clean. I wasn't afraid one bit to go back even if it's Covid because I trust this place so much. BUYERS BE WARE... My husband and I had our exams and dental hygiene done on different days. For him, they recommended a deep cleaning as he had tartar buildup and one crown. He had the deep cleaning completed in two different days in a span of a week or so. There was an additional fee to have this completed too. For me, I was recommended a prophy cleaning and some ultrasonic scaling which is what your usual hygiene cleaning should be and two crowns. I understand I had grind my teeth but if you can avoid a crown I would rather do so. After having our cleanings done, both of us still had tartar build up. My husbands tartar build up was visible on his lower anterior and I could feel the tartar with a scaler on the distals of my molars. (Yes, I work in the dental field specialty.) I spoke to Sara at the front desk over the phone expressing that the job wasn't done right and if she can schedule us back in to have it done correctly. She had indicated to speak with the Doctor as I was having an appointment approaching the end of the week. I didn't feel comfortable keeping an appointment for fillings when my oral hygiene was not completed correctly. I went to get a second opinion to Orange County Dental Care in Orange as I was concerned regarding the two crowns that were recommended by Dr Luna. As it turns out, the Dr Ali didn't recommend the crowns. He said that we can do fillings and perhaps if one tooth starts to feel more sensitive then we can consider one crown in the near future. Dr Ali prefers a conservative approach to keep your teeth rather than be quick to do unnecessary treatment unless it's absolutely necessary. Needless to say we canceled any future appointments with Dr Luna and decided to stay with Orange County Dental Care. read more

I was making the pilgrimage to see a previous dentist for some time until I decided to try and find someone closer. On a whim, I walked past Dr. Luna's office and noticed the flexible office hours that were posted on the door. The next business day I called and made my first appointment. That was over 10 years ago! The moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with how kind, generous, and warm everyone was. She certainly surrounds herself with the best of the best. The office is very clean, comfortable, and colorful. For my first exam, Dr. Luna slid right up to me in her chair and excitedly introduced herself. She then briefly explained her career story and why she wanted to become a dentist. I never in my life had a dentist do this! She treated me like a family member she had not seen in some time. Now I was really impressed. She gave me a fantastic thorough exam and treatment plan. I had such an incredible experience I encouraged many co workers and friends who were looking for a new dentist to book an appointment asap. They all did and still see her to this day. Some even live out of state and fly in for their appointment! Dr. Luna offers a wide variety of services beyond general dentistry with flexible options to pay your bill. I was specifically looking for a Filipinx dentist, as I had before I moved here from LA. This was my time with this new dental office. The space was nicely decorated, clean and smelled great. The staff were also very nice & made friendly chit chat with me. The dental hygienist was fairly gentle as I have very sensitive gums & a dislocating jaw. They made recommendations to purchase a water pick and gargle with hydrogen peroxide to help clean my back teeth & gums. They also provided me all the paperwork I needed via text, so that was completed before I arrived and let me know via text if there was any information missing. Overall, good experience. Our first time visit today with Dr. Myra Luna was truly a wonderful experience! The staff members were very warm, friendly, and accomodating; especial thanks to Miss Juliet, the appointment coordinator and front desk, to kate the dental hygenist, Christian the dental assistant (i hope i get that right), the other staff member who handed me a cup of water when i was coughing during my teeth cleaning, but most of all, Dr Luna who was so happy to meet and greet my husband and I on our first time visit. Their dental office was very welcoming from the time you open that glass door, staff members greet you with smile, once you enter inside, you will be amazed with all the high tech equipments they have such as viewing your whole teeth in the tv monitor infront of you, while they work on my teeth, i was also able to watch my favorite shows with the tv infront of me. i was well entertained while i get my teeth done! If I can give this dental crew a 10 star I would!! I haven't been to the dentist in almost 10 years (embarrassing I know). My mom took us to Dr. Myra when we were younger & when I told her I wanted to invest in getting my teeth fixed, she referred me back here so I finally decided to give it a shot. First & foremost, I have a majorrrr phobia of the dentist. I neglected my teeth for so long because of the fact I was afraid of the dentist. HOWEVER, this staff made my visits back to the dentist amazing. I had a wonderful hygienist by the name of Mae. During & after my deep cleaning (and I mean major deep cleaning) I was ready for my mouth to hurt but after she talked me through the deep cleaning procedure, I did not need a single pill of pain relief after the numbing went away. I was in shock, I always thought going to the dentist was painful but hygienist Mae & the front staff, including the assistant who took my X-rays made me feel so good about my visits. Mae has made me feel great about fixing my teeth & with her uplifting, motivation, I can't wait to continue fixing & strengthening my teeth! I was emotional after my deep clean.
