If I can give this dental crew a 10 star I would!! I haven't been to the dentist in almost 10 years (embarrassing I know). My mom took us to Dr. Myra when we were younger & when I told her I wanted to invest in getting my teeth fixed, she referred me back here so I finally decided to give it a shot. First & foremost, I have a majorrrr phobia of the dentist. I neglected my teeth for so long because of the fact I was afraid of the dentist. HOWEVER, this staff made my visits back to the dentist amazing. I had a wonderful hygienist by the name of Mae. During & after my deep cleaning (and I mean major deep cleaning) I was ready for my mouth to hurt but after she talked me through the deep cleaning procedure, I did not need a single pill of pain relief after the numbing went away. I was in shock, I always thought going to the dentist was painful but hygienist Mae & the front staff, including the assistant who took my X-rays made me feel so good about my visits. Mae has made me feel great about fixing my teeth & with her uplifting, motivation, I can't wait to continue fixing & strengthening my teeth! I was emotional after my deep clean. I was specifically looking for a Filipinx dentist, as I had before I moved here from LA. This was my time with this new dental office. The space was nicely decorated, clean and smelled great. The staff were also very nice & made friendly chit chat with me. The dental hygienist was fairly gentle as I have very sensitive gums & a dislocating jaw. They made recommendations to purchase a water pick and gargle with hydrogen peroxide to help clean my back teeth & gums. They also provided me all the paperwork I needed via text, so that was completed before I arrived and let me know via text if there was any information missing. Overall, good experience. Amazing staff! I've always been afraid to go the dentist until I started coming here. Now, i can't wait to visit the dentist lol. They are like an extended family. Always so nice and very accomodating. Kelly is very good at what she does and has a steady hand even when I make her laugh lol. I am a new patient and I had missed my first appointment for a cleaning, but the front desk staff (Sarah) was super nice and understanding and quickly booked me within the same week with no hassle (-: Upon arriving, the staff was really welcoming and gave me a tour of the office! Every staff member I encountered was was really professional and friendly, and they were super thorough and clear about every procedure they did before they did it! I'm also new to the area so I definitely came in really shy and not sure of everything I was doing but they made my visit really calming and easy to go through. I found Dr. Myra C Luna and read all the positive reviews and decided to call for an appointment. The minute I walked in they welcomed me and made me feel at ease, especially during Covid. Everything was very clean and I felt that everyone's safety was their number 1 priority. The front desk staff was very friendly from my phone call inquiry to the day of questions. Araceli gave me a tour of the place before doing my xrays and made me feel relaxed, she talked to me like we've known each other for awhile. Dr. Luna came in and we just started talking about life, general questions, family etc...it was nice to know that she wanted to know about me, as a person, not just a patient. She discussed with me what needed to be addressed right away and what can be done later down the line. My next stop was Jessica for cleaning, she explained to me everything that she was going to do and always stopped to asked how I was doing.
