The owner of this company is so kind and helpful and really wants to make sure you are happy! I have had many cleaners in the past that did okay jobs and cut many corners so I was nervous about trying another one, but when I found this company Kesha assured me that she would send a cleaner who would get the job done and not rush it and make sure I was satisfied. The cleaner she sent was great, but unfortunately the third time she was supposed to come she did a no call no show and Kesha apologized for this and gave me a discount the next time and sent one of her other cleaners. This cleaner was okay, but I wasn't completely happy with the way she did things and so again, I was sent a new cleaner. This time was great... Lisa has been cleaning my house for a couple of months now once a week and she does an amazing job. She is always on time and she cleans my house the way I clean it and she always makes sure I'm happy with it before she leaves! She is good with my animals and I am so glad I found her! Mystical Maids is highly reliable and the cleaner is a delightful person to have in your home. I initially hesitated to bring strangers into my father's home. They squashed this concern in the first few minutes. I even left the home for a few hours to allow her to clean and take my father around town. I am so happy I found Mystical Maids. When I say they cleaned my home like no other cleaner. I was a little skeptical about their promises to get the tub and shower discolorations out, and the lime scale off the bathroom and kitchen faucets, but some how they worked some crazy magic and everything looked brand new when they finished. Two cleaners showed up, who were very professional. While they were there, I asked to add on the inside of the fridge and oven, and although they were ending their time in my home, they had no problem handling it. Wow, wow, wow! When I say I am blown away by the cleaning I received today. Even on a Sunday, they were able to fit me in because I have family coming in tomorrow. They came with their own supplies and even had new rags and mop heads to clean with to avoid transferring dirt from other people's homes.
