Consistent taste, size with their dumplings. They've added other items to their menu, but I have not tried them yet.

This place is well known for dumpling for ages and it is pretty good too. It located inside (or on the side, food court of) HMart. It's a stall with food pictures and prices. Also you can see the workers making the dumpling right here or through the glass windows to the inside. Their dumplings are big and filled with varies type of meat with vegetables. Plus they do have other dishes that you can an either eat in or take him. Most of the dishes just take 3-4mins to packed but some, can be up to 15mins. Service here is alway great and fast. The place is tightly and clean. They do provide free self service water (hot/cool/cold). I ordered the Shumai and it tooks 15mins to make. They brought it out and it's very delicious, packed with pork and chives and other veggies. Price wise, can be on the high end side. Mine cost $17 for 10 big size pieces. Check it out if you are into Korean dumplings.

Shaomi and spicy pork and shrimp dumplings

I absolutely love their Shaomi with pork and shrimp and their Spicy pork and shrimp dumplings. They're so bouncy, chewy, and flavorful. I have yet to try the other items next time. They're made to order, so it does take some time, especially when they have multiple orders. The staff is friendly and delivers the food to the table. Since this place is located in the HMart food court, I usually order another dish from a different stall and have these dumplings as an appetizer.

This was fantastic to eat on a cold winter day. The mandu/bao price is a bit steep - 4 for $12 but based on the size and amount of filling it's worth it. Pork and vegetable - a good bread to filling ratio. The bread was soft and slightly sweet. Red Bean - lots of red bean filling. Not overly sweet and really smooth.

Look at the egg and shallots! This is comfort food!

This location is inside the H Mart Korean market. There are lots of seats and tables. The staff is very nice and kind. I have been going here with my husband for a few years now and their dumplings are soooo good! We usually order the dumplings in the soup broth, but my husband just recently ordered the seafood soup with dumplings and the broth was sooo flavorful and delicious! Not a lot of seafood but enough like little pieces or shrimp and muscles to make it very flavorful with noodles too! The sides they give with your entree is always good, like kimchi and other pickled dishes to share like an appetizer. I would advise eating it there to be able to enjoy the sides with your soup entree. Anything you'll order is going to be very good! Each meal is about $11-16 but very plentiful and a fraction of the cost you'd spend if you went to other dumplings establishments-which I'd much rather come here than those other places. If you want drinks you'll have an abundance to choose from at the H Mart to bring to your meal :) Love visiting here at least once or twice a month-usually on a Saturday! Sundays they are closed.

Husband was in the mood for dumplings today. Yay! so we went for a late lunch. Located in the food court of HMart, this dumpling house is nestled towards the back part of the court. There are plenty of seatings to enjoy your meal. Made to order, so it will take a little time. You can wander HMart or the cosmetic shop next door, up to you. Our order: no. 1 - wang man doo with pork and veggies - 4 pieces. the bun is so fluffy and soft. the stuffing is a tender mixture of pork and onions and vermicelli. yum! The pickles that come with the order wakes up the buns. good balance. no. 4 - shaomai dim sum - 10 pieces. I love the sauce it comes with, like a soy vinegar sauce. This dish is best eaten immediately. same filling as the buns I believe. You can reheat by re-steaming at home. Service is friendly. Enjoy! These two orders came out to 27 bucks. Not cheap so be prepared. It is worth it and it does take the labor of love to make these so keep that in mind.

When they say this is the #1 Dumplings in Orange Count - THEY DID NOT LIE!!! I just wanted to eat the fresh buns by itself, it did not need the pork inside. I have to rate 10/10 and with the soy sauce, it was a game changer. This cute little store is in the H-Mart Market and once you walk in, its on the left side. You can't miss it! I will be back to try more options, but I will admit they do have the best I have ever had! The service is quick, the dumplings are fresh and everything was just made to perfection.

First of all, I absolutely love the fact that they take apple/ samsung pay, cards and cash. Their dumplings are delicious, juicy and just perfect. I ordered #3,4 and 10. Their dumpling soup is so homey and comforting. Ambiance is nice and chill, more like for a lunch crowd. Highly recommend!

Love the dumplings, especially the water dumplings. In Garden Grove Koreatown Hmart's small food court area to the left of the store entrance. Ambience as expected for a food court. Few good banchans come with it. They sell frozen dumplings to cook at home. Fast and delicious! My go to spot for beef rib soup! Always on point and the banchan with it is perfect. This vendor is right next to the Make Up store so it's easy to find in the food court. The workers are quick and deliver your food to your table when it's ready.

Very cool how this place is sort of like tucked away inside Hmart, a Korean supermarket. Although I've had better purple rice, this place was not bad for lunch considering they also provided a few side dishes. Beef soup (~$16) had a couple of decently sized beef bones, noodles, and chives.

Their pork dishes are DELISHHHH (i recommend skipping the beef brisket) and I love that they cook the meat for you so you can just DIG IN. Their meat is high quality which I think justifies the price. Combo A/B will feed 2 people and C/D/E is just enough for 3-4 people! I love the lil extra goodies they include like the pineapple, mushroom, and cheese... so yum.... For the combos, I prefer the kimchi stew over the soybean stew since the soybean is a little salty for me. Make sure to order the cold noodles too - they complement the meat SO WELL.

While we waited for the grill to get going, we snacked on the banchan. The pickled dishes and spring greens were especially refreshing and did a great job balancing out all the rich flavors to come. The highlight was definitely the meat. Everything was grilled perfectly and came out incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful. What I loved most was how many different ways there were to enjoy each bite. You can dip the pork into the garlic oil sauce, add a little wasabi, pair it with the melted grilled cheese, wrap it with myeong yi, sprinkle on some salt, or simply enjoy the quality of the meat on its own. Every combination brought out a different flavor profile, so the meal never got repetitive. The soups were comforting and packed with flavor, making them a great complement to the barbecue. Overall, this was a really satisfying KBBQ experience. The quality of the pork stood out, the variety of accompaniments made every bite interesting, and the meal felt thoughtfully put together from start to finish. The restaurant was lively!

When I received my food 45 minutes later, it was the complete wrong order. I received a rose tteokbokki with ssal tteok. I mentioned this to the kind lady behind the counter and she remade my food. However, when I got the freshly made dish, it was still the wrong order. She remade the dish with garaetteok but it was still rose, and not the grandma style. As it was approaching a whole hour since ordering, I just accepted the food, even though I tried to explain to her that what I received was the wrong order. She told me that what I got was the grandma tteokbokki, which the dish was not since it was creamy and had sausage and bacon. I would have asked for another remake, but she had posted a sign that said the restaurant closes at 1:30pm, and it was shortly after that time. I was hoping to have a good time here since the reviews are great, but this experience makes me apprehensive to give the place a try again.
