ODFL Sacramento terminal manager, Jake Hall ,and western regional manager Jason Garrison didn't even reach out to my emergency contacts to check if I was even alive. The pay is good, but the medical is a waste of time just like corporate. My benefits department called and I had to have my wife speak with them and have me agree that the tons of my PTO I have will cover my benefits.I had to have her talk to them because I was really sick. OD took the money for the back owed benefits. When I finally got out of the hospital to make contact to Jake Hall, he led me on for over a week. On the 8th day, finally he pretended I never even worked there. "Hey ODFL picture is me with double pneumonia, septic, with a ventilator and a 104 temperature".Doctor thanked me for finally coming to the hospital with that great coverage because he said I would have been dead within 2 days when I was in the ICU shortly after and my wife gave the medical insurance I had through them. About 7-10 days later, when I was coherent and able to finally get a grasp on why I'm here and what is happening, they inform me I have no medical insurance . ODFL Sacramento bosses know I would never quit, you were going to be my retirement job. I had dispatch inform me that I didn't need to call off every night. I had the PTO time available for taking that time off,I called off every night so I didn't get a no call no show and had the PTO time to unfortunately not come in. LOA informed a great dispatcher that they were going to put me on LOA even if I have PTO to cover my shifts. ODFL Sacramento employees, I miss you and the great time working with you. I was trying to get through a couple illnesses because ODFL has horrible benefits. How can I go to doctor and get diagnosed testing done? Thank you Old Dominion for cutting benefits just in time for a 11 day ICU stay and another 3 days in recovery. Fellow employees don't rely on them for much always take everything home from work you brought. You never know when your last work day will be with them. I never received a phone call, or a letter, saying I couldn't come back. I called Jake Hall to ask him about it, he said "er, I'm in the middle of something big right now, Mark". And to employees, Old dominion won't want to pay your medical bills and you have a big chance of getting let go.

Instead, it appears she mailed them back in the same box lump going back to AT&T with their modem. AT&T is now billing me for the telephone. It's $1700. I live on a fixed income, I do not have $1700 to spare. Furthermore, UPS store is telling me that I need to troubleshoot this, even though they admit that they took the phone into their possession and sent it back. I don't think this is right I don't think this is a good Customer Service... I've been on the phone with both the owner of this UPS store, the manager of the UPS store and one of its clerks, who has told me and no uncertain terms that I am responsible for clearing this mess up that they made for me. I will never use that UPS store again and I highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere! I have never been treated so poorly in that UPS store until the last few days with this whole AT&T mess. To her credit, the owner sent me the instructions and the phone number to call so that I can sit on hold waiting for a Customer Service rep from UPS for 25 minutes. And try to navigate their phone tree by the way.... Which isn't the easiest thing for a 66-year-old senior elder female who has spent her life working for the government in this town. After I wait on hold for 20 to 30 minutes, trying to navigate that phone tree., Then I get to talk to their Customer Service rep who I'm sure is going to be just as unhelpful as she was... She even said, "we have you on camera! We see you dropped off two packages! I hope that helps you!" No ma'am, it does not help me not one iota... granted, I did not have to pay to send back my AT&T products. Perhaps that is the problem if I had been paying customer from my end, maybe I would get some Customer Service but I would say the value of this particular location is less than zero as what is been done to me amounts to harassment of an elder female on a fixed income who has lived in SACRAMENTO all of her life.... I'm thoroughly disgusted.

I do not recommend this business at all…read more I moved from CA to TX. I had gone through United Moving; they turned out to be a moving broker's company. I specifically ask if they were and was told no. So, they lied because the movers who showed up was, I Relocate You. I had them store my items for about a month until I transitioned. Therefore, when they delivered, I discovered that some of my expensive items were stolen, even my sons $300 Yeezy tennis shoes out of one of our moving bins. I also received items that did not belong to me as well, A few that I gave back to the driver as they unloaded, then I had wrong boxes delivered, in which I missed several of my items. Lastly, I put in a claim, with them for the missing $1000 computer gaming system. The insurance only covers per pound, so if you have small expensive items, you're not getting back anything. I missed about $2000 worth of items, and they tried to pay me $125. This moving process was a bad experience all the way round and I will never use them or refer anyone to their company. It is shameful for the way they so hard-working people, especially a single mother like me. It has taking me a while to write this review, in which I rarely do, but I would hate for anyone else to have the same experience as me. They talk a good game to lock you in even with all the research I had done before, please do not trust this company.

My recent move from AZ to CA has been a nightmare!…read more I used a broker; Top-Tier Moving Group out of Florida, who in turn contracted the carrier; I Relocate You. According to the Dept of Transpo, Top Tier should have disclosed the carrier, which they did not. If they would have I would have never moved forward after reading all of the bad reviews. On the day of pick-up the driver repeatedly called to inform me of delays. When he finally arrived, he said he couldn't fit all my belongings into his truck and would have to come back. He returned at 9:30 PM with just his wife, and the two of them loaded my belongings onto a small budget rental truck, a process that lasted until 1:00 AM. He then told me he would be charging me extra because I would be taking up more cubic feet than originally quoted, citing that my bed should have accounted for more space. I challenged the driver about the increased charges and amount of additional cubic feet he was charging me for, as well as the new contract that lacked a promised delivery date as initially indicated by the broker. As a single, 64-year-old woman, I felt I had no other choice but to comply, fearing they would unload my things and leave and I had to be out of my condo by the next day. As it turns out, the movers couldn't fit all my items on their truck, because they had other items in there from other customers. They moved the remaining items from inside my home to the garage and said they'd be back early the next morning. I told them a cleaning crew was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 AM and I needed to turn in my keys. Despite this, they did not arrive before the cleaners and called me multiple times to delay the pick-up. At one point, they even asked if I could move my belongings to the front of my garage. The remainder of my personal belongings were finally picked up at 2 PM the following day. When I contacted Top Tier Moving group the following day, they washed their hands of any responsibility and said that once the carrier takes over, they are not responsible. The initial delivery expectation from Top-Tier Moving Group was that my belongings would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. However, the driver from I Relocate You stated it would take 7 to 15 days. The actual delivery time was a staggering 42 days from the pick-up date. Each time I called for a status update, I was given vague and dismissive responses. They repeatedly said they were "hoping to load" my items, without providing any concrete information. I finally received a text message from the driver on 7/10 and was told my items would be delivered the next day. Upon delivery, I discovered several damaged items, the most noticeable being my couch. The plastic covering was ripped off in multiple areas, revealing black marks and scrapes underneath. Additionally, one of the couch cushions was missing. My light-colored headboard was soiled with marks on the top, and my paper shredder was missing. My antique dresser, which had its mirror removed during packing, was damaged and the mirror could not be reattached. Adding to my heartbreak, my golf bag and golf clubs, which were a cherished retirement gift from AT&T, were missing. The delivery drivers stated they were not employees of either company and were just contracted to make deliveries .They explained that my personal belongings had been moved from Phoenix to storage in LA, causing them to be handled multiple times and likely resulting in the damage and lost items. They attempted to give me several items that were not mine. I informed them of the mistake, and they returned the items to the truck, although this mix-up could have been avoided by checking the lot numbers on each item they were bringing in. This entire experience has been infuriating and stressful. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and care from both the broker and the moving company has left me with missing and damaged possessions. The bait and switch of the contract from the broker to the carrier was completely shady. The increase of the overall cost of the move was infuriating because you are at their mercy to just believe them, otherwise you forfeit your deposit. I am currently in the process of filing a claim for my damaged and missing items. Additionally, I have contacted the Department of Transportation to file a formal complaint against both companies involved. Furthermore, I am in discussions with several other families who have also been victimized by these horrendous companies, and together we are preparing to file a class action lawsuit. I would strongly advise anyone considering Top-Tier Moving Group or I Relocate You to immediately disengage. Do Not Sign or pay any deposit! Do NOT use a Broker!

After getting a few quotes, and having a few people contact me immediately through the app, I was about to go with a car transporter when I decided to call Brian. It actually worked out too because he was going down to Vegas. I wasn't in a rush. We kept an eye on the weather. And it just so happened to work out. Brian provided constant communication and great customer service. I can't say enough on how knowledgeable Brian is and how safe I felt having Brian take my vehicle. He gave me a closed transport for a single vehicle at a fair price. He does such a great job I could not have asked for better service. It's always great to work with an owner operator and not a broker. Highly highly highly recommend Brian for any service he offers. Thanks again Brian, it was a pleasure working with you!

I needed to get my car to Los Angeles to a trusted mechanic in a short period of time, and made the mistake of contacting a broker unkowingly. In my frustration (receiving dozens and dozens of calls and offers from brokers and not the services themselves), I reached out to a classic car group and Brian with BSB TRANSPORT LLC. was very highly recommended. And I'm so glad to have found him. Brian arrived at the exact time he mentioned, and with delicate care, loaded my beloved car, and the next call I received was from my mechanic that the car was delivered safe and sound. A few weeks later as the car was nearly done, I called Brian and he scheduled the pickup with a bit of leeway in case the mechanic needed more time. I received my car a few days ago and prior to that a detailed overview of the car before the delivery (photos, descriptions, and delivery quote via email) put my mind entirely at ease. I'm so happy having found Brian and BSB TRANSPORT LLC., a stand alone no-broker service for delivering cars with perfect ease of mind. I'll be using this service and highly recommending it to anyone needed safe, secure, peace of mind delivery at a fair and honest cost. Well done Brian.
