Within hours he responded back promptly, asking specific questions about the issues at hand and communicating was no problem at all. The next day, he arrived and checked up on everything and had them fixed. I've rented in many places and to have management that is this responsive was refreshing! Last month, husband and I made the decision to move out and we contacted Rick but due to the current pandemic, there was a slight delay in him getting back to us. He dealt with it professionally, apologizing for the delay and explaining his current situation and ensuring us that the leave would be done smoothly and properly -- which indeed has been so far.
