We went on a Wednesday to get the Sr. discount. Service was extremely slow. Asked for wine glasses and waited 15 minutes. There were a lot of Islamic customers due to the place serving Halal meats. We had requested 2 dishes mild and 2 spicy and I believe that it was swapped. The worst thing is that the rice they use is not the expected Thai Jasmine rice. When we were relocating from Boston to Houston area, Jessica Wix is the broker who helped us find our dream home there. First, she promptly responded to our email queries about properties with detail, thoughtful, and accurate information. This, pretty much depicts the whole experience we had with her all the way to the point we bought our new house. Jessica helps us with her enthusiasm in the business, acute awareness of market dynamics and market trends, and wholeheartedly willingness to help strangers like us from far away. One example is, when I did not know what exactly we could do being 2,000 miles away from Boston to Katy(west of Houston), I asked her if we could try a "remote" offer to a house we somewhat liked. She responded with a surely "Of course we can try that!" She then did the whole set of paperwork as if we were actually buying the house - preparing offer, contract, etc..., and submitted to the seller. We did not get that house, but we learned how the actual process would be like as if it was a real and acceptable offer. So, after we flew down to Houston, Jessica got us to see so many houses, and we made multiple offers, with pricing variations based on our preference/priority of those houses. Eventually we bought our "Wow!" house, which is the expression we had when we first saw that house. We really love this house! Jessica kept on helping us with the process from inspection to the end of closing, all happened when we were not even there because we only stayed in Houston area for a week or so. I can't say enough good things about this place! My husband and I used to go every Tuesday for ladies night for 6 months straight after getting married. The food is always made to perfection and the owner is so unbelievably accommodating. He always checks up customers to make sure food and service are up to par. Once the pandemic hit we started ordering from here at least twice a week because we missed it so much. We no longer live in NJ but always look forward to visiting just have have takeout from here. We order a variety of things from here but our favorites are black pepper chicken, pad see ew, green curry chicken, drunken noodles and coriander garlic chicken. Worst service ever! We were served water AFTER we had placed our order. It was a struggle placing our order. We were told by the waitress to wave to get attention or else no one will come to us. We had to wave three times to get our drinks and twice to get our food. My son asked for mild spices and he was served extremely hot. I asked for hot and was served mild. This place was amazing. The size were plentiful and refreshing. I loved the chicken satay with the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce gave the chicken this sweet but also grilled taste. The pineapple rice was big enough for two people to share. The vegetable pad Thai was also really good. My brother had the Chili basil rice but he didn't want chili in his rice so basically it was basil rice. He enjoyed it but I thought that maybe the chili sauce would give the rice this great taste.
