The service was amazing; staff were very patient with us despite how long our group took to order, food came in less than 20 minutes, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The garlic fried rice with teriyaki salmon was super flavorful and the portions were amazing for the listed price, on top of the free appetizers they offered. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite Thai food spots, it did not disappoint!

3.5 Was curious about their lunch buffet special and Khanom Jeen. $18.99 pp. For starters, Chive pancakes, roasted veggies, Pad see ew and papaya salad (spicy!) were all ok. Fish cake and Breaded Chicken were dry. Food trays on warmers but don't think they kept them hot enough, like the fried rice which was cold. Had to ask about the 6 curries - weren't labeled at first. From different regions. Some had proteins like chicken feet, pork, chicken. One was fish but only saw a few pcs of halved fishballs. The peanut curry was slightly sweet and was just the sauce. One was very spicy so just took the veggies and meat. Instructions were finally posted on how to put together the curries with the noodles and toppings, which were set up on the table as well. It was a good tasting. Service was good. Preferred cash payment but accepted credit cards with added 3% fee. Decor was bright with colorful flowers hanging from ceiling etc. Space is not that big. Restroom available. Some street cleaning parking and the rest were metered along Whitney Ave.

$18.95 Khanom Jeen/rice DIY noodle weekend buffet- All of this and more. All curries and some extras

Side notes- This is for the outstanding khanom jeen lunch buffet. Also, if you don't like spicy, sour, and bitter flavors, I probably wouldn't recommend this place even though I liked it a lot. Also, some of these dishes rotate occasionally so you might not get the same dishes as me. Anyway, I went to this place a few weekends ago with a couple others for their rather unique lunch buffet serving their take on a Thai dish, Khanom Jeen; a type of rice noodle that is served with a variety of curries. For $18.95, you leave stuffed and the food here is quite authentic with curries/kaeng/gaeng from all the different regions of Thailand along with a couple extra dishes. As said, the various curries here tend to be spicy with some bitterness and some sour flavors so if you're used to primarily Massamun or Panang and other sweeter and less spicy curries, this might not be for you. Said curries also come with several toppings including greens, long beans, bitter gourd, hard boiled eggs, and pickled mustard greens where I liked primarily adding the pickled mustard greens, bitter gourd, and bean sprouts, The rotating curries included the following described the following as a translation (as Thai words don't show up on yelp,) the description, and the region: Nam Ya Kati Pla, fish coconut curry, central- Sweetest of the bunch along with the peanut chili. Had some fish balls inside which added good textures. Nam Ya Pa Dtin Gai, chicken feet curry, northeastern- Chicken feet were surprisingly tender. Nicely spicy with a lot of aromatics as expected being a jungle curry with some vegetables as well. Kaeng Tai Pla, fish entrails, southern- Strongest flavor of the curries with some vegetables to soak up the funk. I recommend a little bit of it if you're not used to it and it worked nicely paired with the other curries such as the nam ngiao. Nam Ngiao Moo On, Burmese style Thai curry with pork ribs, northern- My favorite of the bunch. Super tender pork ribs and some well cooked pig's blood for texture along with a lot of ground meat (presumably pork also.) Had a good mix of spiciness and a bit of sourness. Kaeng Khiao Wan Gai, green curry with chicken, central- My least favorite of the bunch as I'm not the biggest fan of Thai eggplant. Mildest flavor with light herbal flavor. Still fine. Nam Prik Thua Gai, peanut chili sauce with chicken, central- Least filled of the curries in terms of proteins and the sweetest. Was fine with some nuttiness compared to the other curries. Outside of said 6 curries, there was also egg fried rice (nice wok hei,) chicken pad see ew (same nice hei,) an excellent Moo Palo/five-spice pork belly with eggs, a subtle mixed sauteed vegetables which went nicely with the stronger flavored curries, a solid Som Tom/papaya salad with dried shrimp, vermicelli with seafood (didn't try,) vegetable spring rolls, and an excellent take on Kui Chai/fried Chinese chives cake which both had the usual sauces. To drink, there was pandan flavored water and there was also watermelon for dessert. It's hard to complain about a spot serving AYCE rice noodles especially when the flavors are this authentic. Come in with an open mind and prepare for a lot more flavor than usual and you'll have a very good time like we did. Would heavily recommend.

I've been dying to try this Thai buffet, after coming across of of a few of their instagram videos! Their selection is amazing for just $19! A wide array of curries, soups, rice and noodle dishes are available. I also had a Thai iced coffee with my lunch. Food was amazing and authentic. The interior is no frills, clean and cozy. Service was extremely friendly. Looking forward to bringing my family and friends back!

My friends and I came here for AYCE and there were three options to choose from -- premium ($49.99), ultimate ($89.99), and supreme ($129.99). We opted for their ultimate and were able to select an item each from the supreme menu. We selected various lobster and wagyu dishes from the supreme menu, which were great. Since this is a made to order place, the food doesn't come out as quickly as other AYCE spots i.e. hotpot places. However, the food is more unique and harder to prepare, so it's understandable. Despite that, our waitress is friendly and attentive. A lot of the dishes were quite spicy, but definitely still doable. My personal favorite were their garlic prawns and spicy raw shrimp salad. It was also nice that dessert and soda were included in the price. We tried one of each dessert and we really enjoyed the coconut gluttonous rice with durian and longan.

This review is for the Lunch buffet only! Positives Affordable lunch buffet Nice selection for the size restaurant Service was decent Negatives The food wasn't hot Because I'm Thai I wish the flavors were more bold, I guess it's ok for the masses but this is my opinion You have to ask for plates and rice. I understand it's a small place and there's no room but that's a negative at a buffet

We came. We saw. We AYCE-ed. Frankly, AYCE Thai was something I never knew I needed until I was presented with an iPad of choice, and now I don't know how to be okay with only getting ONE Kung Chae Nampla when I order it. *Cries in sashimi* Seriously, though, for a city (and nation) obsessed with Thai food, you'd think Na Rath would be a household name in the Big Apple. Then again, if it were, it probably wouldn't be ~$52pp for a two-hour window of eats. While certain items are off-limits and certain items can only be ordered once, that still leaves about 80% of the menu open for repeats and reruns. Here follows a long list of what we got + my $0.02s: - Wing Zaab: Perfectly spiced and crispy - Spice, fish sauce, rice powder, shallots and coriander - SomTum Tad: Just okay, not enough papaya - Raw Spicy Shrimp: Fresh, spicy and most of all....UNLIMITED. I still like Somtum Der's best, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit to eating at least 3 plates of these--all by myself - Raw Oyster Salad: Nothing beats Chalong Thai's, but this is a worthy contender. - Crispy Catfish with Mango Salad: More crispy batter with mango because there was very little fish. Still tasty. - Tom Yum Kung, Clear: Lovely and rejuvenating for cold nights - Steamed Red Tilapia with Lime and Garlic: Tender and flavorful - Duck with Kaeng Phed: Very rich and hearty, with perfectly cooked meat - Stir-Fried Squid with Egg Yolk: I don't like egg yolk, so this was just okay for me, but yolk lovers loved it - Crab Meat Thai Omelette: Not enough crab - Crab Fried Rice: Fluffy and savory, but not enough crab - Kana Moo Grob: Not enough pork pieces (like two for the whole dish), though they were cooked well - Phak Boong Fai Daeng: Very well done. It's easy to overcook morning glory, but this was the perfect balance of softened and crispy - Shrimp cake: Lovely batter and nice shrimpy filling - Crab roll: Bad. Probably the worst thing we got. No discernible crab meat and very little flavor. - Pad See Ew: For the picky eaters in your group who don't like adventure--this is everything you expect it to be and nothing more - Mango Sticky Rice: Sadly terrible. The sticky rice was not properly defrosted, so it was impossible to eat. The mango was very juicy and sweet, but without the rice, it was basically just eating grocery-sliced fruit on a bed of grains. - Taro Custard: An interesting concoction of starchy creme topped with...fried onions? Not my ideal flavor combo, but some people would think this was just peaches

How is this spot not known to everyone? Unlimited made-to-order Thai and sushi for as low as $50/person is a steal. It's not a buffet so the food is freshly made and not sitting around at a hot bar. I came here with my fiancee for dinner and made sure we were hungry! For drinks, I got Lychee Thai Iced Tea, which was alright. My fiancee ordered the Thai Iced Tea, which I liked better as they put a scoop of ice cream, enhancing the flavor of the drink. Below are some of the highlights that I tried and highly recommend: Raw Shrimp Sashimi w Spicy Fish Sauce - May be the first time I've had shrimp raw (didn't know you could eat shrimp raw) and the sauce it's marinated in was delicious. Raw Salmon Spicy Salad - If you love salmon as a sashimi or in sushi, you'll certainly love this dish. Crab Fried Rice - I took a risk here knowing crabs will fill us up fast, but this was delicious and hard to pass on. Panang Curry - Love a good Panang Curry dish, mainly because the curry is delicious. Take some of this and pour it on the Crab Fried Rice to make it epic.

SERVICE 10/10 Pad Thai was amazing!! Very reasonable meal specials and the place is nice and clean. Great ambiance I will be back

All you can eat Thai and sushi for 49.99 per person for dinner. Definitely a steal. Make sure to make reservations. The place is cute with lovely flowers everywhere. My fav: Sashimi Crying Tiger Crab Tom kha Kai

First when I hear about All you can eat Thai food and Sushi, it sounds interesting and how good it will be to have both of my favorite food. The restaurant has three options for AYCE, $49.99, $89.99 and $129.99 per person. My suggestion is no matter what you should stick with the lowest price because if you can't finish your dish, they will charge you by each dish that you have left. I went for $89.99, and I don't think it is worth of money even though the potion is big but because of that, for less people in the party the food fills you up easily and you can't order too many dishes. The reason why I pick this option because of Lobster and wagyu but both of them didn't meet my expectations. - Lobster was too dried - Wagyu quality wasn't that great. - Oyster has some smell, not really fresh - Sashimi only have tuna and salmon and also not that great - Shrimp cake is only one I like Service is part good part unclear. Performance during food serving was good and polite toward the end, that when my bill came, and the server added a gratuity for a party of 2. I was wondering if it is normal to add tip to such a small party. Most of restaurant I went if they would put a gratuity to the bill, it will be a party of 5-6 up or the server has terrible judgments and ignorant enough to do that to a customer. I have no idea. Overall, this place is good for a big party (as I saw some of my friends are in their customer presentation who visited the restaurant) Thai food is good as standard, but sushi isn't great as advertised. Like I said from the beginning, the idea of having Thai food + Sushi AYCE was very interesting but if the price and the quality plus the location are invert, the business might not survive.

Located far from the city, and even a bit far from Flushing, Na Rath is the first AYCE* Thai place that I've ever been to. While they advertise you only have 90 minutes, it seems like as long as their isn't anyone waiting behind you, you can eat for as long as you like. What's strange to me was that even on a weekend night, there really wasn't a wait even though there weren't that many tables. There are two AYCE options, the $39.99 and $49.99 option. The more expensive option includes the starred options, which were fancier items. I would recommend, if you have the appetite, to get the more expensive AYCE option. You ordered which dishes you wanted to eat and they made it fresh; some of my favorites included the crab omelette and the raw salmon dishes. While fresh was nice, some dishes took an incredible amount of time to the point where we felt like we were just waiting for too long. Things to note: * Checking in on Yelp gets you a free non-alcoholic drink * Writing a Yelp review gets you 5% off your order

We tried this AYCE thai and sushi restaurant in Elmhurst and all the menu items were so yummy!! They have two AYCE options, $39.99 and $49.99. I would recommend the $49.99 as you get all the premium dishes as well. The service was friendly and fast and all the dishes were made to order (best kind of buffet in my opinion)!!

Having traveled from Pennsylvania based on positive experiences Ive been here few times before, I expected a much better experience. The service felt off from the start due to I was speaking Thai and waiter/waitress likely judged that I do not speak English. My husband heard the whole conversation and it bothered him at the moment led him to feel unwelcome, but I told my husband that I don't care what they think so we can enjoy our meal. The overall atmosphere was rather strange for an all-you-can-eat buffet. The total bill for two adults came to ~$74 We ordered two sets of pendant bread () for takeout, and we left a $10 cash tip on the table. Almost immediately after placing the cash down, the waitress approached and asked if it was a TIP making a VISIBLY DISPLEASED expression before walking away. As we were leaving, I was confronted by the owner or head manager (me and him spoke Thai) inquired what was wrong with the service. He stated that the waitress had complained about the TIP amount less than 10%. We explained that we had not included the approximately $30 takeout order in our tip calculation, especially considering it was a buffet restaurant. A quick calculation would have shown that the $10 TIP represented roughly 15% on the dining portion alone, and the waitress's primary contribution during our visit was simply providing water and choice of 'appetizers'. I gave them 5 stars on google and yelp 6 years ago (going to delete it) I have always recommended this place to my boss and colleagues from NY, NJ to PA But I will have to retract my recommendation to them after this. It is an all you can eat setup for a flat fee of around $30, with roughly 90 minutes to work through as much as you want. I will be honest -- I have mixed feelings about the time limit format. At that point it is not really all you can eat, it is all you can eat within a window. The other consideration is that the meats cook at their own pace in the BBQ pit, which naturally slows things down regardless of how hungry you are. That said, my wife and I were both satisfied by the end of the meal. We ate our fill and left happy, which is ultimately the goal. The food was genuinely good -- good enough that I actually enjoyed this meal more than some of the higher end Korean BBQ spots I have visited. That says something. I will be back.
