This place is what nightmares or SNL skits are made of. Getting in and out of the parking lot was an off roading adventure. Walking into the restaurant we saw a dirty condom and used tampon applicator. The deck was rotting (visible hole), the floors of the restaurant we slimy and slippery. The menus were filthy and the waitress greeted us with a pink camel toe, which was disgusting. Your leggings should not be accentuating the folds and contours of your genitalia while waiting tables!! The food was very bad. We got nachos and a burger. The meat was gross. Neither of us could eat the burger. The nachos were also gross. It was drenched in bad queso, small amounts of gross beef, and barely any lettuce. Would not recommend going here. However the service was good. read more

The building needs a lot of work. Coke was flat, even in the can (that tells you something about inventory control). We were charged a 20% service charge. The initial drink order was for a small run and coke but were presented with a large. They told us they would not charge us for the first drink, but we were charged. The food was not good at all. We asked for queso dip and the dip was something from a tostito jar. The drinks were horrible and their tipping is outrageous. For three drinks and queso it was 56$, they added a 20% tip. I would not recommend this place. read more

Food was decent but watch out for their tipping practice. They put the check face-down on the table, took my card and swiped it, then handed me the card reader which prompted me to add a tip. They almost got away with it too - I checked my bill and noticed they added a 20% service charge for our group of 4 people. We are visiting Lincoln and stopped by Nachos Mexican Bar and Grille. It is a beautiful night and they offered indoor and outdoor seating when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and made sure that our experience was one that we will never forget! While the service was a little slow because it was sooooo busy, it was certainly worth the wait. The food was fresh and words cannot describe how well it tasted! I saw a little sign that says - all orders are made fresh - please be patient. That sign was 100 percent accurate!!! TL:DR - Mexican people making white people Mexican food. After coming here I realize why I've missed it all these years, this place is pretty small. Ambiance wise, there are a good number of muted TVs while you listen to 80s music. Service, they were pretty attentive though not overly so. Food wise, I think you can tell this restaurant is in a tourist spot in northern NH. The burger section of the menu is pretty much just as big as the Mexican selection, and the Mexican selection is pretty mild. Tangy pork? Pork in a sauce made of bbq and ketchup. I had a Three Amigos and everything was pretty meh. I was also unimpressed with the size of the burrito and chimichanga. There are signs everywhere saying they're not fast food Mexican, but in spite of their insistence that they make everything to order, the flavors aren't far from the fast food Mexican chain. I'm sad that this is the Mexican you can find in Lincoln, it lacks most resemblance to that bold cuisine. read more

The service was def ran by barely non speaking folks who got the order wrong when asked for additional tortillas, they also were talking amongst themselves in their language. My burger was not a patty, but broken into pieces, the cheese used for both the burritos and tacos tasted like it came out of a squeeze bottle, and being charged for refills on the salsa and chips that were offered to us free of charge when first sitting down is not my idea of nice meal with family. When our check came there was an already 20% tip added and this was the first time we knew that the chips and salsa refills were an additional charge. We watch every table eat clear and remain empty. 15 more minutes goes by , we ask " how much longer?" She responded 5 mins but after 10 mins we walked out and would have rather just had McDonald's at that point. Big miss here. -Food was mediocre. Tacos tasted like they came straight from the grocery store. "Tangy" pork was straight up bbq. The burger burrito was...not delicious. For a place that claims everything is "made fresh to order" it definitely didn't seem that way. - 20% gratuity automatically added and service was sub par (staff never checked in once, just delivered the food and ghosted). It was just over an hour for our food to be served which is ridiculous for Mexican food. The food was not your typical Mexican with no refried beans and strange little chimichangas. My husband and I had a great experience at Nachos! We both ordered house margaritas and they were great. The fajitas are amazing, the portion size is huge and easily enough for two meals. The enchiladas were also incredible. My husband has celiac and did not have any reaction from his meal after ordering the enchiladas. The service was very fast, and the waiter was very attentive. We will 100% come back to Nachos the next time we are visiting Lincoln. read more

A step up from Taco Bell, but not a high step. I had the Enchiladas Rojo with rice and black beans. The rice was ok when mixed with the beans. The small garnish of lettuce tomato and clearly packaged shredded cheese (still had the starchy preservative on it) was very forgettable. The enchiladas themselves were pretty tasteless. Had good amounts of chicken but that the only positive you can say about it. I also had a Grand Marnier Margarita, that was rimmed with table salt. Awful. I would never return here. Honestly I'd go to McDonalds over this place. Oh, and as a side note, the Patriots were on TV but this place had some golf tip show playing, not even a golf tournament. Ugh. While I wouldn't really describe Nachos as a Mexican spot, our post-hiking visit here was much needed to refuel after spending a whole day on the mountain. The best part of our outdoor dining experience was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We had showed up pretty late, unknowingly close to their closing time, and they were more than happy to seat us and let us take our time with our meals. The menu is a little all over the place. While there are some Mexican sounding items, like the tacos and enchiladas, there's a long list of burgers (like the Taco Burger) and dishes served with French fries. Our meals were filling, but not exactly satisfying. If you're looking for decent traditional Mexican food, this is not the place. But if you're hungry and in the mood for some cheesy or fried specials, this just might do the trick. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The food is ALMOST inedible. I also had a hair inside of my "burrito" which was a tortilla with a hamburger patty inside? But wait, there's more.... If you want your food cold with zero service go here! Asked for water with lemon and got water with no lemon and melted ice. Never refilled our drinks. Our food was served cold. ZERO STARS-- please steer clear of this place. I should've known when I walked into a Mexican restaurant that had the "best burgers in town" what I was getting myself into. Server sucked. Ordered waters and Shirley temples. She disappeared and came back to take our order without them. Soda was flat and even the water sucked... how can water suck? Food came out, and my partner and I had a few bites and looked at each other with suspicion. Something is not right with the food. Burger was grey and over cooked to say the least. The chicken with my fajita was orange and hard to chew. Condiments come in packets. No drink refills. Not one check-in from the server. When the bill was presented... $60 for 2 meals. I was baffled. And the best part was the 20% gratuity already added onto the bill. When I questioned it, the server said nothing, and pointed at the corner of the menu that reads "a 20% gratuity may be added to your bill". My father-in-law doesnt even like Mexican but for some reason, this place called to him. I wasnt that jazzed on the menu, basic options, all sort of the same but in different forms. It was early lunch, so we didn't have drinks. My vegetarian enchiladas were fine. Two people got the Three Amigos and thought the pork was fantastic. My father-in-law got chicken fajitas and declared them excellent. Service was fantastic. Meh, probably a good word. I've had better authentic Mexican living in Texas and in Southern Rockingham County. Keep a close eye on your bill if you pay with Toast. They charge the gratuity upfront and if you go to pay on the app they by default stick you with the same gratuity doubling it. If this happens, go to custom and type 0. read more

In a pinch for a time, we popped in here because there was no wait. We had wanted to go flapjacks, everyone raved about it, but they had a 45 minute wait. The food is lacking in all areas. Chef Mike (aka the microwave) did all of the work for our food. We had a small dinner plate sized order of nachos with the chicken. It was ok. Not worth $12. I had ordered the three amigos and the portions were appetizer sized. The rice is definitely uncle bens yellow rice. The black beans may or may not have been cleaned Ortega canned beans. My son was served a cold hot dog with the smallest of grill marks because the order was taken wrong to begin with. The grilled chicken and veggie plate had no seasoning. Our drinks were also made wrong. Our server was very nice, and we were greeted with a hello when we entered. That's the only star I would give is for their pleasant attitudes. Also everything is served on paper plates. So for a state that is very connected to its environment it seems like the exact opposite thing to do. If you are bringing a young family, maybe cover their ears because the radio is likely Pandora and is uncensored. I love hip hop, but my kid doesn't need to listen to post Malone at lunchtime. Terrible food and service. They automatically charged 20% gratuity even though it was a 2 person table. The worst taco salad i've ever had. It was just lettuce, tomatoes, and meat-no cheese or dressing. I asked if they had any dressing options and they said ranch. I had asked when I ordered if I could have avocado added since it was listed on other dishes on the menu. He said no. I assumed that meant they were out-but then the table next to us got guac. We had to go up to the bar to ask for silverware after our food came. No napkins were ever brought so I used the paper towel that was in the chip basket.
