Needed to repair a consumer grade printer. Via phone person generously spent several minutes of his time patiently trying to troubleshoot. In the end he advised that it was probably not going to be worth the cost of parts and labor to repair -vs- purchasing a new printer. Not once did he attempt to collect any compensation for his over-the-phone service. Although not resolved I really appreciated his patience and guidance in his attempts to try and correct the issue. Out of the 4 businesses I messaged, 1 didn't answer and 2 said they don't do house calls. Didn't want to risk transporting my computer and damaging it more.
