Not a Damn Chance Burger absolutely rips. This is exactly what I want from a burger joint: small menu, zero bullshit, and they clearly know what they're good at. The NADC Burger is two 3oz Wagyu patties with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, jalapeños, and their secret sauce. It hits every note -- salty, savory, a little spicy, messy, and ridiculously good. The patties had that beautiful hard sear around the edges while staying juicy, the grilled onions brought some sweetness, and the jalapeños gave it just enough heat without taking over. And somehow that soft bun holds the whole glorious mess together. Then there are the Beast Mode Fries. Cheese, secret sauce, pickle and jalapeño relish, and seasoning piled over fries cooked in beef tallow. Completely unnecessary in the absolute best possible way. The whole place has a stripped-down skate/punk vibe that fits the food perfectly. No massive menu, no trying to be everything to everybody. Even the giant "NOT A DAMN CHANCE!" on the wall tells you exactly what kind of place you walked into. Vegas has plenty of places selling expensive burgers because they stack some ridiculous gimmick on top and call it gourmet. NADC doesn't need any of that. Give me two properly smashed Wagyu patties, melted American cheese, grilled onions, pickles, jalapeños and sauce and get the hell out of the way. One of the best burgers I've had in Vegas. Went to NADC this weekend trying to do a ranking of the best burger spots in VEGAS. NADC is located in downtown Las Vegas. It's kind of basically on Carson in Las Vegas Blvd.. The space itself doesn't really have any sort of decor or culture from what I remember. It was just like dark inside with a menu. The branding on the boxes and stuff was cool though. The menu itself is very small. There's only one burger on the menu and then you can customize it. The burger is $16 and it is a double but it has all of the toppings already on it like pickled jalapeños and their burger sauce. I also got regular fries and the loaded fries. I think the regular fries are great-- nice flavor, crispy. Aside from that, I believe they just had fries than a version of loaded fries, a selection of drink drinks and then a cookie for dessert. The burger itself was good, very good actually. They use Wagyu beef so it is really rich and flavorful, but also fatty and greasy. It's a very indulgent burger. Definitely not something to have multiple times a week. I personally would have liked a component that was fresh like maybe the jalapeño being fresh to balance all the richness. My big turn off was the customer service. I feel like the person who takes orders at the front or is the first interaction with the customer is really important and it was definitely lacking here. I remember inquiring about cookies since I wanted to try everything and they did acknowledge, I didn't see it on the order so I asked again, they didn't acknowledge, and when they came to let me know my food was ready there was no cookie. Maybe they ran out for the day but a simple "we're out of cookies for today" would have been great. Also having to answer a Tip question, which I obviously tipped, when they couldn't bring the food to the table is also a turn off. What exactly was the tip for I'll never know. Good burger but bad first impression. Regardless, food alone, I thought it was a very good burger, I'd say in my top five of these smash burger types of spots even though they don't say they are smash burgers. read more

"NOT A DAM CHANCE" my thought of what this might be referring to is "not a chance" that you won't LOVE their burgers here! Just by the looks of it I knew it was going to be great, I didn't mind the wait, I was glad in-fact as it is made by order. Can't go wrong with a freshly made cheeseburger. So cheesy, the meat patty was hot and juicy!! Bun soft and buttery. It was so good, didn't need condiments, first look I didn't think of adding ketchup, took a bite and boy it was worth walking towards this side of the neighborhood. Menu can't get any simpler, all they have is the burger and fries, and price is reasonable. I won't ever miss a chance to eat here when in Vegas!!!! Went for lunch around 12pm. We ordered at the front/bar almost as soon as we walked in. The gentleman who took our orders was very kind. Very small menu, and a limited variety of bottled sodas, but that's what I've come to expect at specialty burger establishments. Not many folks inside and we were able to get a couple tables immediately. They brought their house made ketchup and NADC sauce to our group as soon as we sat down and without us asking for it, which was pretty amazing considering that you usually have to ask for condiments. Both were fantastic. They also had a great playlist going, and it wasn't too loud. We were able to carry on a conversation without yelling which was nice. Seemed like we were seated no longer than 5 maybe 10 minutes at most before our food came out. We all ordered the NADC Burger and fries. Everyone's food was piping hot, tasted very fresh, and the burgers were absolutely on point. Tender, juicy, good patty to cheese ratio, cooked perfectly, and the bun was delightful. The fries were hot, seasoned, fried to perfection, and the tallow flavor definitely came through. We were in and out in about 40 minutes tops. Came in on Tuesday night around 11 PM before going to Fremont for some birthday activities lol The menu is small. It's literally one burger, kids burger, fries ...We ordered two burgers 16$ a piece (I'm sure some people will complain about the price but worth it) the burger has grilled onions, jalapeños, pickles and we ordered beast mode fries which has cheese on them diced pickles, jalapeños, secret sauce . They have real cane sugar, bottled sodas we got one regular and one cream soda. The total was about 50 bucks. We were the only people in there so we got our food very quickly !! the burgers were delicious nice and hot. I love that they had jalapeños on the burger and they were slightly tamed. It gave an extra to the burger. The secret sauce is delicious. They also have this ketchup. It's like a jalapeño ketchup I believe fire !!!! The workers we're super friendly. Not a damn chance indeed. Serving up some of the best burgers in Vegas, NADC creates the perfect cheat meal. Their quality ingredients come through with each bite. Luckily, our Friday night visit at 10pm happened to be a happy hour of some sort. But these 3oz wagyu patties do carry a hefty price tag. I opted for the kid's cheeseburger ($8), which was plenty satisfying. It's a limited menu, but they've perfected their offerings. Tasty toasted buns. Not overly greasy. Tallow fries are VERY crisp- maybe double fried? I'm not personally a fan of the smokey ketchup, but the flavors that were offered in the food were more than enough. The jalapeño dill relish was a great touch. I finished off with a cookie ($4): freshly baked, flat, and flavorful. Decadent cookie. Service was wonderful. I would advise that they have a water station, so be careful ordering bottled water the way I did. My one and only gripe, and reason for 4/5 stars, is that the location could use some spice. It's perfectly accessible to Fremont, and there is limited space but they make do. What I'd like to see is more on the walls. Lean into the skate shop vibes. It does seem this is a new location, but I hope they decorate with time. read more

Just down the street from Sorry Not Sorry and Writer's Block. Smashburger-style and loaded fries (cooked in beef tallow) were really good + their house sauce tasted great. The chef and staff were very friendly, even treated my nephew to a free brown-butter cookie (which he really liked). They had a few seating when we came in recently for lunch, but looks like they'll have an upstairs with more space to come. There's parking nearby, street or lot. They have happy hour for combo meals too. Will try again when we're in DTLV. read more

Tried this place in downtown. I had seen reviews on TikTok and wanted a simple burger to eat for lunch. Service was amazing, staff was very friendly and attentive. I loved the inside; it kind of felt like you were in LA for a moment. I ordered the single patty burger, fries, and a cola cane soda (not coca cola; they offer a brand of glass bottles). I really enjoyed their burger. Their house sauce and ketchup were very unique in taste and made the burger different than other smashburgers in town. However, it tasted like a basic burger. The downside (for some people) is that their patties are not cheap. They are wagyu and, as expected, are pricey. I believe each additional patty added is $8. So if you prefer a more meat in your smashburger, just be aware it won't be a cheap burger. Nonetheless, I still recommend trying out the place and talking with the staff! read more

First off this place burgers and fries are amazing!!! Definitely worth the trip. If you go though. Do not expect anything special. The inside is very basic and the customer service is not horrible but very bland. Kinda like here is the menu. No conversation, no smile, just order and leave tbh. They also have no drinks. Just water and you have to get it out of a tub. Once you get your food. Great things start to happen. Burgers are seasoned to perfection, very juicy, the fries have a crisp and the sauces are very good. My recommendations are that they hire someone with customer service to run the front and let the cooks stay in the back and just cook. Please get a contract with Coca Cola or Pepsi or someone to provide drinks to your customers. If they fix the customer service and provide drinks. This review would be a 5 star. read more

Wow! They read my mind when I accidentally stumbled upon a couple months ago they were opening a permanent Vegas location. They were so successful with their pop up on the strip, they felt the need to keep one in Vegas for good. Ever since they opened the pop up I've been wanting to try them again. Let's just say I added their grand opening to my calendar.... So they're off of Fremont at a great location. You got 2 areas to grub. I looked at the patio and saw potential when its not 90+ degrees to eat outside. Skate decks on the wall and skater videos being played w/ straight up underground hip hop. It's a vibe. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners neen and did see the other owner dialing in the team. I will support these guys as they definitely take pride in maintaining a high standard doing burgers...now to the food. Double wagyu smash chreseburger w/ beef tallow fries. Absolute fire. I feel bad because I usually take some pics for the review but this time I didn't even bother. It was that DAMN good. One improvement I did notice from the pop-up, the fries were not as seasoned this time and that's a good thing. They didn't last long. First time going, and we almost missed the restaurant. Drove around the block three times. If you're already at Fremont street, then this would be a great place to walk over to. If you're coming for just the burger, it's probably not worth it. There is a parking lot just north of the building, and it's six dollars an hour. There is also another parking lot across the street for five dollars an hour. No gluten free options No lettuce wrap If you don't eat gluten it's just a burger with cheese jalapeños and pickles. Pretty steep for $17 (they should have added an extra piece of cheese for the lack of bun!) Burger was really good, tasty with a good crisp on the meat! It was just a Very small portions. Service was great, they were nice and took our order quickly. Checked twice to make sure our meal was OK. Love the inside of the building, it's fun and has great artwork everywhere! Tried NADC Burger downtown and honestly it was a letdown compared to the pop-up they had at Resorts World. The burger patty was insanely over seasoned and everything tasted way too salty. Fries came out overcooked, sent them back, and the second batch somehow came out even more battered and overcooked than the first. No exaggeration, I felt like my blood pressure spiked halfway through the meal from the sodium overload. The pop-up at Resorts World was way better overall, so I know they're capable of doing it right. I'll give it another shot once they get the actual bar fully set up and dial things in. read more

They have a very limited menu at this time (burgers, fries & water). While they are officially OPEN, it's more like a soft opening as they've only been open for less than a month now. Limited stock items and all they had was expensive water. No sodas, no shakes, no alcohol! Just water! SERVICE: The young man behind the bar was friendly and welcoming. No problems there. AMBIANCE: Very bar like with high chairs & tables with bar seating. Place can get very cramped. It's located right on the corner of 6th in Fremont. Easy pay for parking access. THE VERDICT: Good burgers & fries. I'd check out other wagyu burger spots before returning here to this location. Meals can run up the tab real high real quick. Vegas has so many other good burger spots to offer so it's still too early at this time to put NADC up there as "the best" or even top 5. WOW! What a delectable burger & fries lunch I just had! Was contemplating fast food but had came across this place last time downtown & decided yo give it a try! I was In & Out in a jiffy (yes, pun totally intended)!! The signature NADC was perfect! No room to finish fries (which are tasty too & cooked in tallow which is much better than oil)! Ok so some may say a tad spendy but I beg to differ (u get what u pay 4)! Worth every penny! NOT fast food burger, fresh fab & fast tho! Stopped in here for lunch on Thursday 6/28 and really enjoyed the meal. It's a small place, and the menu is almost comically simple, but I actually love that. It's a *burger* place, so burgers are what you get. Damn fine burgers too, easily the best smash burgers I've ever had and, that's saying something.. They said the beef is Wagyu from a particular ranch in Texas, and the fries are twice-cooked in beef tallow, which really shows in the flavor. THey were excellent. When I heard Neen started making burgers I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Having the fries cooked in tallow is a must. The double smash patty was not overcooked and its a decently sized burger. The staff was super personable and I enjoyed the chipotle ketchup a lot. I really hope this place takes off! I'd love to skate around Downtown and head over for a bite.
