Nader's really took care of me in my car buying process. I worked closely with Lisa and Armando. They were open to hearing about, and fixing any issues that arose or that I noticed, like a stain in the interior I wanted removed, as well as some mechanical issues that my mechanic told me needed fixing after I purchased it. They did their best to fix it for me as quickly as possible, and I am grateful that they took the time to help me with those issues. I love my car so far! So here we are in 2020 and in mist of all the insanity. I have had my truck for a few months now and I am completly and totally happy with it. Jerry and Michelle very nice. They where working with me and my financial status which they did not need to. They where very good about resolving issues. 2 of them where minor and 1 was a bit more....Windshield leak being the bigger issue. They called Atlas Glass right around the corner and they replaced it for me. Everyone can complain and blast for every little thing. But remember we are buying used cars, you should be checking them for issues anyways before buying them. They let me do exactly that without hesitation. NOW, the reason for losing 1 star. It is really not a fault of Naders Auto Sales but the partnership with Ownergaurd Extended Warranty. Ownerguard is by far the biggest joke I have come across. I have the highest package you can purchase. I had the water pump start leaking (common issue) but i checked and found the thermostat housing also had a leak. I verified the warranty prior to getting it repaired. When the shop called it in they denied the thermostat housing leak though it is cleary covered in the warrany documents. They said it was a non related issue therfore not covered. Really it is part of the cooling system and clearly related. it was only $103.00 dollars but when money is tight $103.00 is a lot of money. Sorry, but here is where I add my attitude, A call center rep that has probably never touched a motor saying that a thermostat is not related to the cooling system. I was a mechanic for the military and for Sears Automotive back in the day. The shop that repaired the truck .even was trying figure out the statement. I had a great experiance with Naders Auto Sales and I have sent a few people to them and they are happy with the vehicles they purchased as well. read more

Okay, man, this is so sad that I went from a 4 star rating, to a three star, and now down to a two star. I give them 2 stars instead of one for the fact that they were at least nice (with the exception of lying to me about the condition of the car I purchased from them). After having my car for a few weeks I noticed the car started vibrating when I touched the brakes going over 70 mph. I took my car to a family trusted mechanic who said the rotors were completely shot to hell, and I needed brake pads. The woman at Naders told me the car had been carefully inspected and that everything was in perfect working order. I guess it served me right for not having MY OWN mechanic look it over first. oh well, they bought my 2001 Grand Am off me that needs a head gasket replaced. My mechanic told me it would be about 3 grand worth of work. He also told me it was only worth scrap, and that even if I get it fixed, it will continue to have problems. Carmax offered me $1000 for it (I got lucky and they never detected the problem) and then Naders bought it fmor me at that price, so I guess i got the better end of the deal. BUT.......... HERE IS THE DIFFERENCE...... I, unlike them, never lied about the condition of my car. I never told them it was in great running order. I just handed them the quote from Carmax and my keys. So, here is a warning to car buyers in Redlands: if they are selling a 2001 black Grand AM with over 160 thousand miles on it, DON'T BUY IT. LOL. read more

Mike and Tony remind me of the good cop and bad cop. Tony is very blunt and honest and Mike is very mellow and soft spoken, Haha. But if they say they can get you in a car they mean it!! I went to 5 different dealerships that all claimed they could help me and they all said they couldn't once I got there. I went to naders, and they very next day Tony called me and said I was approved!! Now dont get me wrong, the Interest is a little high but that's what you get when you dont have great credit. These guys really helped us out and continue to offer advice about car purchases even if it's not with them. I will give them my business again when the time comes:) read more

Found the exact car I was looking for online at their dealership on Wednesday. Contacted them, and all sounded great. I completed the credit app online and they said they can get me financing. I waited all day, didn't hear back. So I called back the next day for an update and was told they hadn't even ran my credit yet. They said they would submit it to the bank and let me know by the end of the day Friday. I called back Saturday for an update and was told they hadn't heard back from the bank yet. I waited and finally heard back on Monday. Was told they could sell me a different car that cost $2000 more than the one I wanted but not the one I wanted. No thanks. Took my business elsewhere. read more

One star is one to many! I bought my first car from them and trusted the. They knew I had a new baby. I had electrical problems with the car and took it to them several times. Three months later the car caught fire. Nader's auto picked the car up from the junk yard before I could get any pics. They are very disrespectful and talk in thier foreign language in front of us and laughed. What's so funny about a car catching fire with a 3 month old baby on it. This establishment is NOT a place any ethical person who works hard for their money, would care to do business with. We placed a small deposit on a car that we wanted to test drive for a half a day. No purchase contract was signed. Our check was to remain in a hold status during this period. Prior to picking up the car, they deposited our personal check without our knowledge nor consent. Bad place to buy a car! I purchased a car here last year and the car has been nothing but problems. I had my eye on one car and they said it had too many miles and would be hard to finance me. They kept suggesting my car I have now and insisting it had just been checked and is in pristine condition. My guess is they wanted it out of their lot ASAP because of the condition they were lying about. I'm broke because of my car payment for a car I can't even drive right now because I have no more money to fix it. I've only had the car for about 8 months and I've been to the mechanic over four times since then! They are thieves and liars here. Avoid this place at all costs, they are shady people selling shady cars! read more

On September 8th 2014 I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion. On October 12th 2014 the cars lights on the dash board started flashing and the car cut of mid way into my parking space. A couple minutes later it started up a couple hours later it started up. On October 13th 2014 I preceeded to drive my normal routine to take my kids to daycare, school and, myself to work via the freeway. As we exited the complex and crossed the street light the car cut off. I called for roadside service and they can tow up to 5 miles and the rest of the 14 miles I had to pay for. I Asked Nader Auto to request that they pay for the tow since they would look at the car. They are telling me they can not pay for the tow. I haven't even had the car that long. I have two kids and if we were on the freeway when this happened something serious could have happened and it scares me. I have contacted BBB and I will make sure to contact a lemon law lawyer in the morning. I really do hope that this one time they do the right thing. When thinking about getting a car here please think twice even three times. read more
