I would leave zero stars if I could. Dropped my daughters off to get their nails done and came back to my youngest having nails so short I could see the skin underneath. And a horrible paint job. And she had been cut. I complained and said I can't even imagine how painful and why would he cut them that short. He lied and said he didn't that they were that short already. I got assigned the owners husband... Do not go to the owners husband!!! He is really really bad at nails. I doubt he's licensed. I talked him through the entire process and my nails still came out terrible. Oh and I got yelled at and blamed for my polish sliding off my thumb several times do to HIM putting so much cuticle oil on it. The absolute worst full set I've ever gotten. Came here recently I was in desperate need of a pedi and mani but hadn't made an appt luckily they are currently accepting walk in Polly (I believe was her American name) did my full set and Hannah did my pedicure both were super friendly and very detailed and precise. I have been here a few times, and the service here is great. I would give this place 4.5 stars. I normally go there for waxing and eyebrow threading, and Cathy the owner is great. The nail salon is very clean, so I finally decided to come here to get my nails done... and I was pleasantly surprised. Rose did my nails, and did a great job. Another manicurist did 3D designs on my toes, and they looked great. I like that they take their time here, and their prices are pretty decent. They even personalize your experience by suggesting who is good at what: EX- they had a specialist do the 3D design, and they told me another manicurist was good at drawing flower designs. I will definitely be back! The only downside is the parking lot. It is located by 7-Eleven, and there is also a Wells Fargo ATM, so there is a lot of traffic. Come early to your appt to find parking. YAY! Clean, Good price, AND professional. After looking around at different nail places I finally found one worth coming back to. Just like many reviewers before me, I like the fact that this place was open and up front about pricing. As I sat down on the spa chair for a pedi, I was immediately given the pricing. I came right when they opened up at 9am so I was taken care of right away. I'm very impressed with this place. Operated by a Viet owner, there were many technicians available when customers came in. There were 6 masssage chairs, I think, and by 9:10 am 4 chairs were already taken as well as 2 ppl doing mani's. Wow obviously they get good business. I came in for a french white tip mani pedi with a thin pink trimming. Both of them came out great and I can tell my manicurist was fresh, and so she did a careful job with cutting my cuticles and nails. Everything came out to be $33. CHEAP! I usually get them for about $45. So I was very generous w my tip. Finally a nail place I can depend on to be clean, good customer service, and does a good job with my nails. read more

Pros: *They offer acrylics, gel wraps, mani/pedi combos, kids services (under 18), threading, waxing, and massages. *Great variety of acrylic designs. *Huge selection of high quality nail polish. *Inexpensive ($23 for a basic mani/pedi + $3 for french tips). Cons: *Cramped area ... three spa chairs and three mani tables. *Sloppy work- my french pedicure looked like a 7 year old had done them. They were uneven, not smooth, and plain disgusting. I'm not one to complain about pain because I know what to expect when it comes to caring for cuticles, nail buffing, etc. but the guy who was working on my pedicure was extremely rough and aggressive. To make matters worse, he carelessly dripped white polish onto my foot. Epic fail. My manicure was a bit more successful but the girl ripped off a chunk of my skin and it started bleeding. Well I'm still a regular here but now Amy is my manicurist of choice. She's so friendly and when I bring in pictures of how I want my acrylic nails to look, she has no problem copying them exactly. Amy gets 5 stars for sure. Tisha is good too, but a bit more rough. But I'm taking away a star because I've been getting less-than-stellar customer service lately from the manager and the younger guy who sets appointments. I've found that unless I make an appointment there's no chance, unless I only want a pedicure. And last time I went at 12 and saw they were busy I made an appointment at 2, but it wasn't honored and I had to wait til 2:15. I don't like that. What's the point of making an appointment if they're going to disregard it? I wasn't even late! I also am not a fan of the way they treat me when I walk in. I never had this problem before but lately it's happened a lot. I walk in and they look annoyed, like I shouldn't be there or something. I don't know what's going on with that. Maybe they're too busy for the size of the salon, but that's no excuse to be rude. But anyway, I keep going back because Amy is awesome and it's clean. They have all the different pretty touches you'd want on your nails, gems, studs, triangles, anything. Just so you have an idea of the prices, I got a new set with gel nail polish and a design on each ring finger for $41. And they don' t take my American Express card, only Visa/MasterCard. This review is for Kathy. Being an avid fan of fake nails, I was looking for a place that specialized in 3D artwork at an affordable price. Kathy is not only skilled, but she takes her time to make sure everything is to your liking. I remember having an appointment and some other lady tried to come in and make Kathy fix an acrylic of hers, but I was still in the middle of my design and she still took another 30-40 minutes to make sure that I liked the artwork! I also love how incredibly good their prices are! She is also very gentle and doesn't file your nails until you scream (unlike some other questionable nail technicians I've had in the past) :/ Breakdown: +1 star for good prices +1 star for an incredible color selection (and not those cheapy grandma colors! Thanks to Lauren G. for her review, I am now a regular customer here! I have been through some bad experiences recently so I was dying to find a decent salon with decent prices with polite workers. Before I go, I always call a few hours ahead to ensure that I will get helped right away. My personal favorite is Nancy - I don't do acrylics so I needed someone who could make my natural nails look just as beautiful. For a basic pedicure, the price is 15 dollars, and for a basic manicure, the price is 8 dollars. I usually get a flower on my toes, which does raise the price a few dollars, but it makes my toes look that much cuter! One thing I love about this salon is that they have TONS of OPI nail polish with all different shades. Upon sitting down to start doing whatever your heart desires, they give you a small free bottle of water (and it's usually ice cold). They take their time on the pedicures and definitely pamper you. Pedicures from here will last quite a long time and the manicures typically last about a week and a half...if you're not doing any hard labor. The one thing that made me give a five star rating is that they accept credit or debit cards. And you can even tip on the card as well. This is so nice for someone (like me) that doesn't normally carry cash - it's much safer that way. Ask for Nancy - she is a sweetheart and very good at what she does. read more

Let's start off by saying this is my review based on my last visit. And this review is specifically on the male owner of this salon. I have been coming here for the last 15 years. I visited Saturday to get a pedicure and was serviced by the male owner (unfamiliar with his name) I receive the worst pedicure of my life. I continuously told him that it hurt when he would cut my nails and pull them and he continued and said almost done almost done. He made my toes bleed, seven to be exact. I got my pedicure on Saturday and today is Thursday and I am so in pain and unable to walk right on my left foot. When he was cutting my toenails he was cutting the edges and pulling them out. I do not have ingrown toenails nor have I ever and he cut the edges of my nails to the point where I told him stop it hurts and he would say almost done. Not to mention that they are not licensed to remove ingrown toenails. When the bleeding started to happen he would just wipe it off and put rubbing alcohol on it causing it more pain. I felt ashamed I felt embarrassed because if I said or refused to pay he would cause a scene because he's done it before with other customers. I don't know if I will be coming here anymore because he is always there. His wife the female owner is one of the sweetest nail artist I know, their daughter is also a super great nail tech and Kim is the best at pedicures. I am extremely upset and if my toes don't get better by Saturday I will have to schedule a doctors visit because I'm scared of an infection. I got dip and the color was nice. But the shape crooked, there were bumps on my nail bed and along the edges, and the polish was thick.

i wish there was a negative star..this place is horrible. first of all the guy that took off my nails tore my pink nail..then when i asked for a bandaid he insisted that it was still ok. So this lady Cathy took over, i thought that she would've done a better job or at least be gentle, but no, she was pulling my thumb my arms were getting sore from her putting my hand the way it was better for her. Then when she was filing down my set she made me bleed again!!! i was so angry, i just washed my hand and was ready to leave. so i asked her how much the service was expecting her to say "oh it's on the house" but no, she had the nerve to charge me $23. My daughter came here for her first ever nail job... She was okay with it, but was upset that the lady doing them stayed on her phone the entire time. When she got home I pointed out that 4 of the nails were crooked. The next day her thumb nail which was placed off center caused an infection... This review is for my mom who WAS a a frequent customer of this business. My mother went in today 03/07/19 and had one of the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Lets start from when she walked in. The manager assigned her to a nail tech that she had gotten before who had damaged her nails, and cut her. My mom asked if someone elese could do her nails as she explained this lady did a poor job prior. The manager fought with my mom telling her this was the first time this lady would be doing her nails. As my mom had her sister with her (visiting from the other side of the country) she didnt want to make a scene, so she sat down and let the lady do her nails. After my mom had asked for the regular pedicure/manicure for her and her sister. They tried to trick her sister into getting a more expensive service. (This is a usual habbit of this business.) When my mom asked for gel removal on her nails the told her it would be 5$. Mom asked why it was 5$ this time when it was 3$ before. The lady and the manager both started to fight with my mom calling her a lair in front of the whole store while she was simplying asking a question. The lady then for the second time distroyed my moms nails and cut parts of her upper toes open (made her bleede). Needless to say my mom will no longer return to this SHIT HOLE OF A BUSINESS that only wants to steal your money. read more
