Well having had a good experience last month I decided to go back today. I booked my appointment yesterday and specified I wanted LyLy for my nails. She asked if I would take someone else and I specifically requested her. She said she checked her schedule and it was ok. I went in tonight and LyLy was finishing up another client. A young man gave me a pedicure and part way through she left. An older guy gave me a crappy manicure and I won't be back! If you can't provide the service requested tell the truth. I am not from the area but I couldn't go another day with my previous nail polish, they were growing out to much. Decided to go early since most people are working it won't be crowded. Walked in and there were 3 employees, one was doing a pedicure and the other was doing manicure, the third girl was sitting in a cubby hole reading. I was greeted by the lady doing the manicure, told her I wanted a pedicure, she said it would be a while, ok i'll wait. While i'm waiting another customer walks in for a pedicure too, she's told the wait will be an hour, that lady walks out. I have already been waiting 10 minutes when the lady getting the pedicure finishes and leaves, now I thought I would be next and in walks a lady that has an appointment and she proceeds to get a pedicure. I then ask how much longer and i'm told a half hour, I leave. Now I know that I don't have an appointment but they could have more employees to accommodate the walk-in. They lost two customers today and possibly forever. read more

I went to this establishment as a first time patron and was completely shocked by the customer service, or should I say lack there of, that I experienced. Upon entry I was not greeted by anyone and an employee was standing directly in front of me. I proceeded to sign in and look at polish colors. I observed one employee go in the back and another sit at a station and play on her iPad while I waited for service. I waited for 15-20 before I was preparing to leave and was asked if I needed service by the employee who was playing on her iPad the entire time. I have no problem with waiting but I think it is unacceptable to have customers waiting while you're sitting around. This was outright horrible customer service and I will never return to attempt a second chance. read more

I love this place! I have been going here for several years now and have taken daughters and friends. They even have a backroom if you want a more private spot. I also like that they put on jewels and such for no additional cost. Foot massage and leg massage has been awesome. I am seriously confused at any negative reviews. So obviously racist here!!!! I have been here twice now and I was hesitant to come back the second time because of extremely rastidt treatment towards black people. I hoped that my experience would be different the second time around but unfortunately it was not. First and last time I will be going here. My friend and I were told 20 minutes for a pedicure and it turned into an hour. By the time the lady got to me the water was cold and my friend was already done with her pedicure. I had to ask for the lady to file my nails more because they weren't even straight and still weren't when I left. They barely knew how to paint nails and left streaks on all our toes. Well this is the 3rd and last time I will come here. If you are planning on coming to this establishment cross your fingers and hope they are in a good mood. First time I did a pedicure and my daughter had a full set done. My pedicure was the worse pedicure I have ever ever had in my life and I'm not 20. The lady Lyly preceded to give me a coupon to redeem the experience sorry 5 dollars off was not even close to being redeemed. I decided to make an appointment the next time the experience was good as they were all apologetic from the last experience. Today I showed up and was greeted my Lyly evil twin. I swear this is not the same person. She proceeded to yell at me for not relaxing and pulling my hand away as she was hurting me. I can't even go into details but clearly I am fully aware that I am a very tense person I explained that I was trying but even if I relaxed pain is pain. She said it was not her fault that everyone else was okay and I was not. Clearly I'm just one person but this is my experience 3 strikes I'm done. so this was awful, when i got there I had to wait an hour to get my nails done and during the wait i accidentally dropped a nail polish and they make me clean it up they handed me a broom, a dustpan, and nail polish remover to clean it up. they also charged me 10$ for a 4$ nail polish. Also the man who did my nails was so rude and rough and when i would talk to me friend he would give us dirty looks. I asked for a refill which is 20 dollars and he actually ended up taking off all my 6 nails and re doing them and charging me 25 dollars for a full set when i specifally asked for a refill. worst experience i've ever had. i went in and asked for pink and white sns dip. all of the white was uneven and all the nails were either crooked or white part wasn't even or they weren't evenly filed. after inspecting and realizing how HORRIBLE they were i went back inside and pointed out everything wrong with them. they were fixed by another person while the original person packed her belongings and left. she was so rushed while doing my nails and wanted to go home so badly she did not care about the quality of my nails that i ALREADY PAID for. while they were getting fixed the 2nd time i notified the lady my thumb nail was literally coming off and she tried to tell me it wasn't. my nail is in extreme pain and won't stop hurting and throbbing. worst service i've ever experienced and all the staff acted like what was on my nails was normal. i will never come back here and i strongly caution anyone against coming to this establishment. i am truly disgusted and this review does not even show an ounce of my disappointment. i never write reviews but i just absolutely had to write and notify everyone else how horrible this place was in quality and in customer care. they were so rushed to do my nails because they just wanted to go home so badly. disgusting. especially since they already had my money before beginning they didn't care how horrible it was. allure nails, if you're going to give egregious service, then it should be priced as so. i hope this place gets shit down and i hope my nail that's coming off doesn't have an infection. disgusting. Please, do NOT waste your money here! plenty of great salons worth the extra gas for QUALITY nails! two days after getting my nails done I have two blood blisters on both sides of my thumb nail that was coming off and the SNS dip nail came completely off. PLEASE DO NOT come to this place, you will regret it! Instead of being called Allure Nails they should be called Allure MESS! I went in for a fill in with gel polish and had to get one nail fixed. The guy Son fucked up my nails so bad. The polish was all in the cracks of my fingernails I asked for square shaped nails and instead the nails on my left and right hand are uneven and very round and thick on the corners. I asked the lady (I guess she's the owner) to fix it and she replies "your nails are fine, very pretty but I will fix " she did nothing but make my nails more narrow on the sides and take the paint off the end of my nails acting like she was fixing it. For some reason she acted like she couldn't understand that I just wanted my nails to be square and the same length. She gets upset because I said you're not fixing anything and she hands the finger nail file over to me and says well here you fix it then. It really took all the Jesus in me not to slap the rude lady. Don't come to Allure nails bc you will leave with your nails looking like shit. read more
