I've been going here for 3 years now and it's the best salon I've been to quality wise. I've tried several other salons around Jax and either my gels don't last as long, my nails aren't filed evenly, or the powder/acrylic is too thick. I've never had that issue with this salon. I must admit, I only let Leah, Katie, or Mae (the owner) touch my nails. They do great work and Leah does amazing designs on a whim! The salon is very clean and the staff are friendly. It can get busy, but if you stick to weekdays in the evenings (after 5p) you'll be in and out. I can't speak to wait times, as I always make appointments. read more

This is a regular spot for me for manis and pedis. I've been around to a few other nail salons but this place is where I go when I know I can just walk in, get a good job done and walk out without a hassle. Today the place was full with walk-ins and appointments (Mother's Day weekend) and they still got me to a technician with less than a five minute wait. I don't go in for any frills so I can't speak for acrylics, tips, etc. I'm just a plain Jane and go for a mani or pedi with a gel coat. But they consistently do great work and that's what keeps me coming back. read more

I was referred here by my coworker and I was excited to get my first set since it's had been too long! I immediately inquired at the front desk about pricing. The receptionist informed me a gel full set is $30, as also advertised on their website. I thought this price was reasonable. I was greeted by a technician almost immediately and seated. I told the technician I just wanted a solid color, almond shape (short length) full set-gel. He did not inform me shaping is an extra $5. My nails looked great when all was said and done. We proceeded to the check out and the price was $45??! I was taken aback and asked how that was possible? He tried explaining and I still did not understand the reasoning. How was it a $15 difference from their advertised price??! I bit the bullet, paid, left a cash tip and went on my way. I came back for a fill a couple weeks later hoping this would not happen again....I was wrong. A fill ended up being $38 when it's advertised as $23!? Love this place! Been coming here to get my nails done for about 4 years now. All the nail techs are experienced and pay close attention to detail. Always get my eyebrows done here as well and have never had a bad experience. Love that you don't feel the need to make an appointment because whoever you get does an exceptional job. I always get the gel manicure which is $5 extra than normal gel color manicure making it $30 and a regular spa pedicure for $25. The prices are fair and affordable. If you get the next pedi up you have your choice of wine as well with your pedicure. With a normal spa pedicure your choices are soda or water. Never have waited more then 10 minutes on a busy day! I've been here twice now, and both times, I've been extremely happy with how it went. The first time, I went with a friend for Mother's Day, and I got a pedicure. The pedicure itself was fine, but what stood out was the "kids" room -- a little partitioned area with two Hello Kitty miniature pedicure chairs. I have three daughters, so I definitely made a mental note. I've been wanting to be able to take my oldest daughter to get pedicures, and seeing those chairs made me really, really excited. Fast forward to today, my oldest daughter's fourth birthday, and we had her birthday "party" at Nail Boulevard. I made the reservation for eight of us about a month in advance. It was mostly adults, two four-year-olds (including my daughter), and a 10-year-old girl. The staff had reserved an entire wall of pedicure chairs for us, plus the little "kid" area. I was a little worried that my daughter would be scared -- I've painted her toes myself, which she loves, but she's never had a pedicure -- but her nail tech was wonderful with her, reassuring and helped ease her into it, telling her she could splash in the water and so on. And after she finished painting her toes, she sat there and personally fanned them and touched them up when needed until they were dry. After that was done, my pedicure was still ongoing, so my daughter went to sit with my mom, who wanted to paint my daughter's fingernails, too. The staff just handed over the nail polish and let her do it -- no arguing or attempting to upsell or anything. They were seriously just amazing with the kids, both my daughter and the other two girls there. I was so impressed. As for adult pedicures, both times, I've gotten the "herbal pedicure", which includes a hot stone massage, an herbal scrub for your calves and feet, paraffin wax, a mask for your calves and feet, and the hot towel treatment, as well as everything that comes with your typical pedicure. I've gotten two different scents each time, as there are a bunch of different options. I can't remember what I got the first time, but this time it was spearmint and peppermint for "rejuvenation". It smelled great, and was great for a morning pedi -- uplifting and energizing. You also get a complimentary drink with this pedicure, which can be water, soda, or... wine! Yay! Again, the staff is great. They're friendly, talkative... not like your typical nail place where they ignore you. I didn't feel like just a number there, which is how you tend to feel at other nail salons, in my opinion. I really am a fan of this place. I live all the way in Argyle, but seriously, it's worth the drive. Check them out! read more

This shop is super hit or miss. First of all they are in a perfect very accessible location, so they are always busy. Even with an appointment, you can end up waiting up to 30 minutes, so come ready to be patient. As for the work they do, like I said, hit or miss. Never consistent. If you get a good nail tech, they will do a great job, but it's a role of the dice. They are also pretty pricey which would be ok if they were consistent. I would give them 3.5 stars. read more

I had my nails done here on 9/24/19. The tech cut me several times while getting a pedicure On to my hands I only wanted a polish change the tech didn't remove all of the polish from my last color and painted over. I obviously was never going to come back to this place. Today not even 24hrs after my nail polish is chipped. I called the shop, told them what happened and that I was pressed for time and would like to set an appointment for the corrections. Absolutely amazing experience! My mom brought me here after having a great experience and it was nothing short of that. She came in as a walk in on a crowded Sunday and they were able to seat her in a couple minutes and did a fantastic job. I came on a less crowded Monday and was sat immediately. My nail tech did a very half ass job on my nails.. he did the absolute bare minimum. Barely filed them. Shape all wrong. Told me the shape I wanted was too skinny. And of course one is already broken in less than 24 hours. This place used to be great. But it has really gone down hill. The receptionist is very pushy and unpleasant. San is an amazing nail tech! I've been frequenting Nail Blvd for almost a year now, but the past few techs didn't deliver on the massage with the pedicure. I'm so glad that I was able to have San as my nail tech today because it weren't for her, I'd take my business elsewhere. She really took her time on me, when the last few times felt rushed since Nail Blvd is very, very busy. Stan really listened and was absolutely the sweetest! The one downside to my experience today in particular is that I was put on a broken massage chair. The chair itself was sliding back and forth during my pedicure, and the "massage" was subpar. My hands hurt the entire time she worked with me, even after expressing that what she was doing was uncomfortable. Fast quality service! You can tell they really take their time as you don't feel like they're working so fast to get to another customer. Also, it was less expensive than I was expecting. Ambiance was nice, it was peaceful and the decor was very elegant for a nail salon. It was $30 for a gel french mani in addition to taking off the previous gel mani!
