Not sure why it cost so much for my pedicure ($38) No foot/leg rub. Bottom of my feet feel as rough as when I sat down. I went on Friday when the nail salon I normally couldn't take me as I didn't make an appointment so my bad. They said they could me right away but I waited 15 minutes to be sat. The pedicure massage was like 30 seconds and I thought the gel manicure was fine but it's Saturday and chipped! Can't decide if I even want to go back to have them fix it. Go to Mod Nails! read more

I am really changing my idea about this place, because same situation happened again, it seems like only they care about the amount of people they give service to, the quantity not quality.. and service is that they are not paying attention to details.. they just do it fast so they can jump in to another customer..and i tipped them $5 each, but i should have not I regret.. because if they dont care why should a customer care right? Literally the best acrylics I've ever had in my life. Staff is super friendly. Vincent did my nails and he is amazing. He took the hideous set I had done at another salon, filled them and made them look beautiful!!! I've finally found a nail salon in my neighborhood that I can stay loyal to! They are accommodating customers with an outside set up under shade tents right now due to covid. It's actually really nice getting your nails done outside in the fresh air. read more

Amy runs a happy efficient place with great technicians, my favorite is David the nail artist of the Valley. Colors and equipment were great but Dianne made my nails so thick with the polish that my nails looked like glob-like. Was not impressed.

I went back again today. I had a different person giving me a pedicure this time, but it was the same rush. The foot massage lasted MAYBE 20 seconds. There's just zero pampering. The best thing I can say about this place is the massage chairs are amazing. The pedicure is nothing special, and the lack of pampering is a bummer. I only came because Nail Time in Burbank is currently closed for renovation, but they are reopening soon. I should have waited. read more

If you're into a 19-minute pedicure, this is the place for you. In and out, not much attention to pampering. And anyone who said this place is clean has never been to a truly clean nail spa. (We'll get to that in a minute). I arrived on a Wednesday for my 2:30pm appointment at 2:25pm. I was greeted by a woman and ushered to a large (and very comfy) pedicure chair in the back. The chair had some kind of nail dirt on it so I wiped it off before sitting in it. It looked like nail file dust of some kind but there was enough of it to necessitate a wipe down before I sat there. She asked me what I wanted and I confirmed that I wanted a pedicure with callous remover. She said fine and went away leaving me in the chair for about 5 minutes -- She never turned the chair on (it was a nifty massage chair, which I came to find out on my own at the END of my pedicure). She also didn't fill the basin with water for my feet to soak. Finally, the lady who was going to do my pedicure came over and filled the tub with water and introduced herself. She -- also -- didn't tell me I was sitting in a deluxe massage chair. She gave me the FASTEST pedicure I've ever had. From start to finish it was 19 minutes. No footy massage, no callous remover, nothing but a foot soak, cuticle trim, nails cut and lightly filed and then painted. Every product she put on (even some exfoliator scrub) was on my foot for all of 20 seconds. It was sooooo fast. When I paid, I said I didn't think I got the callous remover and she said no one told her I wanted it so there was a communication gap there. Finally, the view from my very comfy and cool massage chair that no one told me was a massage chair, was of a dirty floor with someone else's nail clippings all over the floor and another person's long fake fingernail remnants and a few pieces of stray hair and something that appeared to be a straw wrapper. It was pretty gross. They should take the time to do a cursory sweep between clients. I got a VERY fast and efficient pedicure. My nails looked good. But I didn't get the callous remover I ordered and I wasn't offered it during the service from the technician who wasn't told I wanted it in the first place and my feet needed it. The chairs are super comfortable and once they're turned on they give an awesome massage. It would have been nice to have known about the massage factor BEFORE my service, rather than at the end when my nails were drying and I discovered it myself. All in all, I will go somewhere else. read more

I popped in for a mani/pedi and the place looked nice at first. The woman who was working on my feet asked me if I wanted her to rub my legs....obviously I said yes. She then asked if I was in a rush and said somewhere to go or would I like her to rub for another 10 minutes? I said I was waiting for traffic to die down before returning home and that would be awesome! She later presented me with a $70 bill. $34 for the mani/pedi and the remainder was from a thai leg massage that I apparently was getting and HAD NO IDEA! Super rude and sneaky. Another woman was disputing a bill with the manager while I was there. I won't be back. Most expensive mani/pedi I've ever gotten. read more

My roommate sees Chris who is great! Although I've never been able to book with her. I usually see Calvin, however I had to change my appointment. The person they assigned to me was inexperienced and did not care about what they were doing. He did a poor job and even took a call while doing my nails. I was hoping for more professionalism as I got from Calvin. Unfortunately the experience has turned me off from returning back to the salon. If you can get Chris or Calvin you'll be ok. read more

David might be the only reason to be coming here. Like some of the other reviews point out, the owner, Amy is rude, phony and the most uncaring human being. The only people she is nice to are celebrities. One can see the difference when a "famous" person walks in... I stayed there for many months, only because of david, but then decided that I don't want to give my money to such rude, non worthy people.. DO NOT GO !! There are other GREAT nail salons to go that the staff is actually NICE !! read more

I had a great experience here. The girls did a good job and they were super friendly and accommodating. They have nice message chairs, a clean facility, and really sweet people working there. Not the cheapest spot and parking can be a pain since its on busy Ventura blvd, but they did a good job and my pedicure lasted a long time. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for years. They do a great job on my nails but I am getting really sick of my recent nail tech constantly complaining that I have paint on my nails as well as complain about other stuff. My old tech Lilly is no longer there so I now have Anne who does do a great job but needs to learn how to keep her mouth shut. Also, every time I tip her, and I always tip her more than 20% she barely says "thank you" saying it under her breath in a tone as if I gave her a horrible tip and she sometimes has even rolled her eyes. She constantly questions me why I like my tips thick, which is non of her business although I have told her why many, many times yet she keeps asking me why. And again, she constantly complains if I have paint on my nails (which is only on my right hand) because I paint things in my house and it takes her only a couple of minutes to remove the paint from my nails yet she makes a big deal about it every single time she does my nails. read more

5 stars for Chris at Nail Boutique. I've been going to Nail Boutique forever! Over the years there, I've seen a few different nail techs, but this past year I found Chris, and now I'll never see anyone else. She is by far the BEST! She's a perfectionist and won't let any of her clients walk out the door without flawless nails. If there's even the SLIGHTEST imperfection, she'll insist on perfecting. She takes her time with each client, which is just one of many reasons why her clientele keep coming back to see her specifically. My daughter (age 11) and I often go to Nail Boutique on Mother/Daughter dates and Chris gives my daughter the same high end manicure she gives all her clients. That says a lot! Chris is the only one I've found who doesn't rush through my daughters manicure based solely on her age. The majority of manicurists who see a girl/pre teen don't provide them the same service as they would an adult. Because of Chris's amazing artist skills and her attention to detail, my daughter also only asks for Chris. Chris is not only very kind, but also very patient. From palm tree designs to Rainbow Nails, Chris CAN do any design you ask for. She's a true artist!!! read more

I literally got a gel manicure on Sat and it's Tuesday and two nails are already peeling. No good.

Always great for a gel mani. Owner is super nice and resolution friendly if something goes wrong. Pedicures aren't my fav here. A while ago, they would allow time for your feet to soak. (Feels a little rushed now) But gel manicure NORMALLY always done right and lasts. But today, it's lumpy. Important to note tips can't be left on cc's so bring cash tip. read more
