A technician started on me right away. I needed my old SNS removed, and wanted new SNS. I do wish there were a larger selection of SNS colors, particularly more light shades, but nonetheless I found a color I was really pleased with. The technician took her time removing my old SNS. They use the individual foil wrap method versus the dunking your entire hand in acetone method; I was pleased with that. The nail tech took her time on all aspects of the SNS application and gave me a fabulous manicure as well. The hand/arm massage was amazing. The atmosphere is really nice. I was offered a beverage upon sitting down. I asked for water, but they do have wine should you feel so inclined. They have chandeliers which give it a fancy ambiance, and there are a good number of spa pedicure chairs. Probably the most I've seen in a salon. All in all it was a great experience, and I plan on returning when I need another new SNS set in addition to trying a pedicure. Thank you for a great first experience. I look forward to more!

You get a discount for paying cash (or maybe now you get charged to pay with a credit card - it keeps changing), but either way - it's a good place to use your cash if you have some you need to get rid of. It's chic inside and certainly passes the vibe check. One thing I LOVE - though I haven't been doing manis much lately - they will do it at the pedicure chair while you're getting your feet done so it takes half the time! It's definitely the way to go. I hate spending more time than I need to at the nail salon so I was really happy to see it. Sometimes I get much better service than other times, but I like it enough I still return. About 50% of the time I've been offered a beverage. I wish it were closer to 100% of the time - even when I'm spending $90+ on a pedicure. Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

I was there for a pedicure and Maya was my technician. She was very good and I was happy with the outcome. She was understanding of my request to not use pure acetone at all. I brought my own polish and polish remover. The basic pedicure was $30. Services have inflated quite a bit over the years but I think that they are in line with the current economy. I've always discontinued getting regular manicures from other locations due to technicians being far too aggressive with the e-file and burning my nail beds. That definitely was not the case here! When we left, my daughter was in tears because of how bad her nails looked. In hindsight, I should've refused to pay $70 for such poor work. After we left, I took her to another nail salon who fixed them up nicely. My daughter is very sweet and well-behaved. There was no reason to be rude to a child. If you don't like working with people, then don't have a job where you work with people. We will never visit this salon again and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
