I'm the most simple basic customer when it comes to nails. I only get French tip on my toes & that's it. I've been here about 2 times prior to my last visit & I got a regular pedicure with a French tip no gel & it lasted, so I thought let me try them again. This time, I asked for gel (an additional $30) but guess what, it literally only lasted for 3 days before the polish started peeling completely off. Next thing you know, I have 3 toes missing its gel polish by day 5. They are using CHEAP GEL & charging full price, I'm so upset, I want my $65 back from that scam of a pedicure! read more

I tried this place out due to its proximity to where I live and I wasn't blown away with anything but wasn't disappointed either. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 12:00 for an acrylic manicure and I was able to be seen right away. The shape was perfect to what I wanted, she was very good with cleaning but didn't verbalize enough when my nails were ready to go. I ended up chipping a little bit of it as soon as I left. I paid $30 for acrylic gel, which is about average I believe. I would definitely try again and maybe go with acrylic gel! If the acrylic gel goes well, I'll re-review! I've heard pedicures are pretty solid but I didn't get one here. read more

After reading the reviews, I was really excited to come in to get my nails done, sadly my expectations were not met at all. The service here was amazing, the couple that owns this salon are very friendly, but my actual nails came out horrible. I showed the wife a picture of how I wanted my nails to be shaped and tried to give her as many examples as possible to show her how I want them, but the shape and just the nail in general didn't come out the way I wanted at all, every nail is different than the other and the acrylic is very thick and somewhat lumpy. I'm really disappointed because now I will have to go to a different salon to get them redone. If you're coming here, I would say only come here for a normal manicure or gel manicure or pedicures, do not get acrylics. I really wanted to like this place but I couldn't :(. I came here because I just needed to get my nails done and I was doing errands that day and this was the closest one. This place is very tiny and unorganized. They have a bunch of random things scattered all around the office and it's not clean. They didn't make me wait long but they didn't file my nails down after my service and the lady that works there is very unsocial and didn't even say one word to me while she switched with her husband to do my nails. A couple days have passed and all my gel polish has come off bc they all chipped and they are sticking. If I could give this 0 stars I would. read more

The color was so blotchy and uneven layers were put on my nails. I tried to save a few dollars but that was a mistake. You get what you pay for. My mom and I have been going here for years. The couple who owns the business take care of you, listen to your needs and are quiet so you can relax while getting your nails done. I get eyebrow, facial, and paraffin waxes done here as well. I can confirm that they are very gentle and if you need them to be even more gentle all you have to do is say the word. Their prices are very reasonable and stated clearly on the wall. They don't try to up sell you and make you feel uncomfortable like some places. A kind suggestion of maybe a rhinestone has been the only solicitation they have ever given me. They are the best! Oh, I forgot...the salon never smells of strong acrylic nails! Location is great, been around for years, friendly owners/staff and clean shop! Walked in without an appointment on a mid Sunday morning for my friend and I. We both had regular manicures done, no gel or acrylics. Clean salon, nice design inside and a large-sized tv should you want to zone out while getting pampered. I come here several times a year, like it enough that I'll drive across town, I've never had to wait, she does a great job, doesn't speak in chinese with others while she's working, tittering at hidden, private jokes. Sometimes my feet get a cheese grader, sometimes a rough rock like sponge, so she changes her technique for the job. I've brought friends here and always have a good experience. The workers seem to be the owners, they show a genuine concern and care for the work. There could be more luxury, it could be more expensive, but for a day to day pedicure I couldn't recommend them more. Oh, the place has never smelled over the top like chemicals. read more

I have been here a few times in the past when there was a younger gentleman working there. Unfortunately when I went there for my wedding to get acrylics done last year I was incredibly unhappy with the job. The acrylics were thick and wide and uneven and my fingers were cut from the roughness of the technician. From that point I decided to try other nail salon but just recently decided to give them a second chance. Well that was a big mistake! Today the older man cut my big toe as he was trimming my cuticles and was not gentle at all even after expressing discomfort. My manicure was being done simultaneously by the older woman there. My nails are jagged and crooked, the edges are sharp and uneven. And to make matters worse, she took my brand new OPI nail polish and poured some substance in there to "thin it out". I explained that it was brand new and I was very unhappy with what she did, however she did not apologize and attempted to justify a reason by saying the Polish was "too thick". Unfortunately they require you to pay before you polish otherwise I would have not left any gratuity at all. I will NOT go back here ever again and I recommend to everyone reading this that you do not as well. read more

Literally the only place I'll get my acrylics done at and only by Lisa. She's such a perfectionist; she does a lot of extra work to make sure they're how you like them. My friend comes here for her pedicures too! Plus they're cheap and out of all my visits there (middle school to now, junior year in hs) I've only had to wait one time and it was only for a few minutes.
