I broke a couple of nails while I was in Vegas. So I decided to have a full set done. While I was at breakfast, the server recommended peter attorne venice nails. So glad that I listene. Great service and great conversation. Love meeting new people and hearing their stories. He recommended that I go with gelx, and they look absolutely amazing.

It's been a year, and I still go to this nail salon! Loanne, the owner, is amazing. She always tries her best to accommodate you, even at the last minute, as long as you communicate with them. I also love Ly and Bella they're two of the best nail technicians around! I highly recommend this place.

My daughter and I randomly stumbled on this place while grabbing Carl's Jr., and I'm so glad we did. It's tucked away in a strip mall, but once you walk in, it feels like a hidden gem. The space is clean, calm, and really cute with background music, a relaxing vibe, and a huge selection of colors (polish, dip, and gel). They have about 6 nail stations and 8 spa pedicure chairs, so it feels spacious without being overwhelming. They welcome walk-ins (which we were), offer drinks and snacks, and even have free WiFi with the password posted when you check in...those small details that make a difference. There's also free parking, which is always a plus. They also offer two levels of annual membership, which seems like a great option if you plan to come regularly. Overall, it felt easy, comfortable, and well thought out. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to. read more

I don't typically write reviews but I originally came in for just a simple gel soak off for my nails and they did such an amazing job I ended up getting my toes done as well, they took such good care of me offered drinks and snacks and were super clean and timely! Kim was wonderful and all of the gals in there were so sweet and most of all my toes look amazing and i'm so relaxed after! Today my wife and I were passing by Venice Nails, being new to the area we decided to stop by as my wife was looking for a place locally to maintain her mani's and pedi's. She inquired within and they were able to accommodate her immediately. As I was with her I decided to get a pedicure as well. Needless to say we both walked out satisfied with the service we received. Kim, Chloe, and Peter were super nice and the attention to detail was extremely nice. My experience at Venice Nail Lounge was absolutely amazing from start to finish! As this was both my first visit to the lounge and my first ever pedicure, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Kim has the most heavenly hands -- her care, attention to detail, and gentle touch made my pedicure feel so relaxing and luxurious. She suggested the collagen treatment, and I'm so glad she did because it was exactly what I needed. On top of that, she treated me to a complimentary mimosa, which made the whole experience feel even more special and indulgent. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness and expertise! Peter truly understood the assignment when it came to my birthday nail design. He kept it elegant yet spunky -- the perfect balance! And let me just say, this is the straightest set of nails I have ever received at any salon in Vegas. Not a single nail is askew. His precision and attention to detail are unmatched. Since my friend and I were the only ones in the salon, Kim and Peter made us feel so welcome. They love to hold a conversation, keep you laughing, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere. First and last time coming here. Horrible customer service. As soon as I walked in and asked for pricing, the guy already had an attitude and kept telling me everything except the final price. Once I sat in the chair, the experience only got worse. They left the water running hot for a while they could clearly see I wasn't putting my feet in and didn't do anything about it. While she was painting my toes, I got distracted for a moment, and instead of politely getting my attention, she said "hey you," which felt really disrespectful. This review is for management…read more I've been going to Social Nail Bar for about 2 years now, and Michelle does my pedicures exactly the way I like it. I can read without feeling rude, and the pedicure (with regular polish) lasts 3-4 weeks with nary a chip. My brother's wedding is this weekend, so on Friday I decided to get gel cat eye nails in addition to my regular pedicure. The pedicure was amazing as always, but the manicure was just awful. She didn't take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time, so maybe she was running behind, but there was a visible gap between my cuticle and where the polish began. I thought I could just deal with it, but when every person I met over the next couple of days pointed out the gap, I knew I had to get it taken care of. Luckily, Social Nail Bar has a 7-day repair policy posted in the waiting area, right? Nope. Every technician I showed the nails to said that's how it's supposed to look and refused to fix it. I finally just booked a gel color change to get my nails looking presentable. Don ended up fixing my nails today and explained that sometimes the cat eye polish shrinks up, and recommended some polishes that wouldn't shrink. He took extra care to ensure that my nails looked good, and was overall lovely. The front desk lady tried to help me get a discount on my services, but management refused. She was also lovely. I ended up paying $120 for a basic gel manicure and a beautiful regular pedicure. Plus, the $30 in tips because I'm not going to stiff the manicurists just because managment sucks. If they had just admitted it looked bad and offered to fix it, I would've been fine. Everyone has an off day. That's what the policy should be for. Not to mention, I asked for a repair multiple times, was denied, finally agreed to the color change, and then was told upon checkout that since I got a different service, they couldn't comp the service. Anyway, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place any longer. Which is too bad, because again, Michelle gives the best pedicures ever.

Unless I am contacted for a refund, I will proceed with my charge back! The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.

My nail artist was Amber and she was very patient w/ me while I picked inspo designs on my phone, and w/ the color and length of nails I wanted. She took her time w/ everything while doing my nails, it didn't feel rushed which I appreciated. I like the way my nails feel, they're very sturdy, and I love how they came out. Peter was super welcoming but he was realistic that there may be the potential for a bit of a wait for one of us, but they worked their magic and mobilized the troops and got us seated ASAP! My niece had a gel french manicure very carefully hand painted with a Hello Kitty charm. I got a gel manicure, beautifully done.
