So I called Venice nails and asked if they would take me in even though they were a few minutes from closing. Without any hesitation, they invited me in and left my nails, beautiful. Today my wife and I were passing by Venice Nails, being new to the area we decided to stop by as my wife was looking for a place locally to maintain her mani's and pedi's. She inquired within and they were able to accommodate her immediately. As I was with her I decided to get a pedicure as well. Needless to say we both walked out satisfied with the service we received. Kim, Chloe, and Peter were super nice and the attention to detail was extremely nice. My experience at Venice Nail Lounge was absolutely amazing from start to finish! As this was both my first visit to the lounge and my first ever pedicure, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Kim has the most heavenly hands -- her care, attention to detail, and gentle touch made my pedicure feel so relaxing and luxurious. She suggested the collagen treatment, and I'm so glad she did because it was exactly what I needed. On top of that, she treated me to a complimentary mimosa, which made the whole experience feel even more special and indulgent. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness and expertise! Peter truly understood the assignment when it came to my birthday nail design. He kept it elegant yet spunky -- the perfect balance! And let me just say, this is the straightest set of nails I have ever received at any salon in Vegas. Not a single nail is askew. His precision and attention to detail are unmatched. First and last time coming here. Horrible customer service. As soon as I walked in and asked for pricing, the guy already had an attitude and kept telling me everything except the final price. Once I sat in the chair, the experience only got worse. They left the water running hot for a while they could clearly see I wasn't putting my feet in and didn't do anything about it. While she was painting my toes, I got distracted for a moment, and instead of politely getting my attention, she said "hey you," which felt really disrespectful. And most htx salons don't have 1 beverage per service policies, because most nail salons pretty quickly (of course all dependent on type of service and level of design) and want you comfortable. This didn't live up to the real level of service I've come to expect in Las Vegas.

She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. I also asked for gel and don't think I received gel (it feels thinner than usual and has already peeled). Everyone I've showed my nails to told me it's not good and the black polish is still on my skin surrounding the nails :( . I'm afraid I won't be returning to this place because my nails have already begun to chip alongside the poor design and it has not even been a day since I received my manicure.

The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.
