My regular pedicure with all the perks use to cost over $100 without a tip near downtown Sunnyvale. This was a rare find. Half the price for same type of pedicure. HIGHLY recommend!!!! read more

Had the pleasure of working with Jenny. I walked in on a Saturday at around 2pm. I went with a regular gel pedicure. Jenny was super fast! She was also very personable and I could tell she puts a lot of care into her work. The color I initially picked wasn't what I envisioned and she helped me the correct color right away. They offer services with trendy nail designs if that's what you're looking for. I'm interested in trying a cat's eye manicure next time. Would definitely recommend this place for its affordability and great service. Will be coming back again! read more

Quick, and affordable. Was able to take two pedis and manis as walk ins. Very appreciative of their work, and relaxing environment. Mom came out of town to visit and picked Nail Galleria. Her broken acrylic was fixed and was well taken care of. Only downside for my Pedi was one of my toes were knicked from the very start, and stung the whole time when alcohol was applied before and after he gel polish. read more

Jenny and Hanna were amazing! The pedicure featured hot stones, I got a paraffin wax for hands and feet. My skin has never been so soft :) Both Jenny and Hanna were friendly, professional and so nice. I the mani and pedi were done impeccably well. High quality and a great price! I had such a relaxing time at Nail Galleria this afternoon. Visiting nearby wandering around to find this hiddem gem. I had both mani and pedi. The ladies here are so friendly and their work us second to none. I love my finger nail color but especially the foot spa and the back massage were soooooo relaxing. For my sister's birthday, we decided to go to Color Me Mine (next door to this). Unfortunately, they were all booked up and we were super dissapointed. We have a few hours to kill time before dinner so we walked in Nail Galleria to get some manicures. The experience was great and the nail technitians were super friendly and just fun to chat with. Ana did such a good job on my nails. She was very meticulous. One of my nails is broken and in pain and she was very careful and offered for me to come back when it's no longer in pain and she can completely redo it for me since she wasn't able to fill it due to the pain. I was passing by San Francisco and was staying at Sunnyvale. My hotel recommended me to come to Nail Galleria to get my Mani Padi and I was so so so happy i decided to do that. The place is amazing. And what makes it even better are the lovely ladies who took care of me. Ms. MAI and Ms. HANNAH. They are both so professional and caring. I needed Gel Mani, Gel Padi and my eyebrows done. I wanted to add on an extra manicure when I get there but I saw it was only 2 people so I ended up only do pedicure. The 2 person greeted us nicely and were able to accommodate my friend's design request. They worked through a bit rush for her and for mine they messed up on the color. I think the lady was helping me couldn't hear/understand me well even I showed her a picture and we followed the exact design for my pedicure. Overall 3.5 stars for first time trying since my design wasn't hard to do at all and I didn't want to asked her to redo bc her next appointment arrived. Excluding from the messed up color, she did a good job on the pedicure itself. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes. I've been trying a lot of salons and tbh I expected maybe a but too much? :(

I went for a refill of my hard gel for Christmas and ended up with an ugly manicure that started falling just e few hours later. I clearly told them I wanted to hard gel which would be powder or acrylic and then they acted like they didn't understand. Look, I think everyone goes in a salon to have some good relaxing time but I ended up stressed out and almost crying. They still charged me $30 as I was trapped in the middle of the process when I found out they were just putting manicure gel on my nails and I didn't have time nor patience to start over for dipping powder. I got mostly pissed of by the fact that they acted like they didn't understand me. Highly dissatisfied! Thanks for doing my Christmas nails, really appreciate it! Update after two days that's how my nails look, broken in the middle of my nail bed and hurting. All of my nails are having the gel falling and I can't imagine they filed my nails to the bone for just a simple manicure on top of it. I really can't believe I have to wait so many months for my nails to gain back their strength and life after what these so called nail manicurists did to them. I only wonder who gives these people a license. read more

I had the best experience at Nail Galleria! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and pampered throughout my visit. Hannah did my full set and she did such an amazing job, I will certainly go back for a fill and recommend this salon to friends. I brought in an inspiration picture for the design I wanted, and Hannah executed it perfectly! She was super skilled and paid such close attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with how my nails turned out -- they are absolutely beautiful! They also went the extra mile by letting me choose from several shades of red to find the perfect one for my nails. My wife and I have been getting our toes and nails done here for several years, and we love it! The girls are always friendly and chatty, and they do a wonderful job. We both get acrylic nails and pay the extra few dollars for the shellac / gel rather than regular polish - when we go back to get them redone (because they've grown out) it's rare for the shellac to even be chipped. Jenny does *fabulous* hand-drawn nail art, and we always come away feeling relaxed and pampered. We've lived in the area for many years and been to most of the local nail salons, but Nail Galleria is by far the best. Make sure to call in advance for an appointment - they can get pretty busy sometimes! read more

me and my daugther came to get a mani and pedi. one of the employee there keep on asking if i wanted to get my eyebrows done. I told here I've never had my brows done and don't want it done, but she keep asking and pressuring me to have it done. the employee frowned upon me when i decline the service. i felt as though they don't care about the customers, only about themselves. my daughter and i paid $40 each for mani and pedi services totaling $80 for such awful service which was done in very rushed manner. The next day my nail polish came off both on my fingers and toes. This was my 1st time here and will be my last. I do not recommend anyone going to this place. read more

I'm from Washington and came to Nail Galleria. I just wanted to get a mani and pedi and just relax after a long day at work, but the people there talked to me like they knew me for a long time and kept pressuring me to do a facial and eyebrow too. I didn't do the facial and eyebrows. I just wanted to come in an relax to do my nails and but felt unwelcomed there, because the people there kept on trying sell me on doing a facial and other services which i do not want. Is this how nail salons in Cali how do business? I just don't understand the business concept there. This was my 1st time there and don't recommend anyone getting their nails done there. read more

Nail quality sucks, they dont accept credit, they harrassed me to leave a yelp review before i left, didnt even tell me they didnt accept credit till they finished! The acrylic was wayyyy too thick, design skills suck. But they were nice. Tried to pull the sympathy card n it worked unfortunately. I paid 170 for this, pedi, my 4 yr old daughters nails and toes. The girls are very friendly, and they always remember me and greet me when I come in. I like chatting with them, but sometimes I just want to read and they are cool with that too. I've never had any issues with the quality of my pedicures, and I'm really rough on my feet but it lasts forever. I've been going to them for over 5 years and I just keep coming back. read more

I love this place. The ladies are exceptional. Friendly staff, relaxing environment and professional. I am COMPLETELY statisfied with the work i have done. My set will last as long as three weeks. For the men out there, my girlfriend has fairly high standards for a place like this and she loves it. It's a bit out of her budget for a school night pedicure so she doesn't go regularly, really only when I give it to her as a gift. It's great as random present. Easy points. read more

I said yes, and I was told the total would be $85. However, they never had me soak my feet in the jelly bath. Instead, they immediately started trimming my nails and applying the gel polish. When I asked if the scrub and other parts of the Jelly Pedicure would be done, I was told, "Don't worry, we'll do it." At checkout, I was surprised to be charged $95 instead of the quoted $85, and no one clearly explained the additional charge. After paying and leaving a tip, I ended up spending $100 for what felt like a very basic pedicure. The biggest disappointment wasn't just the price--it was the lack of transparency and the attitude. I expected the full Jelly Pedicure that was advertised and clear communication about the cost. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. I hope the salon improves its communication with customers and clearly explains pricing and what's included before beginning a service. If you ask for breakdown at the start of the service of what is included part of the basic pricing and you see them talking among themselves in non-english and giving you a wierd look.. that is first sign for you to leave...
