I had service done by Mai to do builder gel. First the job was sloppy and uneven. Secondly, after 3 days, one my nails' paint pilled off! OMG. Hi Mai! You can zelle me the cost via my cell. You have the info. Thank you!

Quick, and affordable. Was able to take two pedis and manis as walk ins. Very appreciative of their work, and relaxing environment. Mom came out of town to visit and picked Nail Galleria. Her broken acrylic was fixed and was well taken care of. Only downside for my Pedi was one of my toes were knicked from the very start, and stung the whole time when alcohol was applied before and after he gel polish.

My regular pedicure with all the perks use to cost over $100 without a tip near downtown Sunnyvale. This was a rare find. Half the price for same type of pedicure. HIGHLY recommend!!!! read more

Had the pleasure of working with Jenny. I walked in on a Saturday at around 2pm. I went with a regular gel pedicure. Jenny was super fast! She was also very personable and I could tell she puts a lot of care into her work. The color I initially picked wasn't what I envisioned and she helped me the correct color right away. They offer services with trendy nail designs if that's what you're looking for. I'm interested in trying a cat's eye manicure next time. Would definitely recommend this place for its affordability and great service. Will be coming back again! read more

I had such a relaxing time at Nail Galleria this afternoon. Visiting nearby wandering around to find this hiddem gem. I had both mani and pedi. The ladies here are so friendly and their work us second to none. I love my finger nail color but especially the foot spa and the back massage were soooooo relaxing. For my sister's birthday, we decided to go to Color Me Mine (next door to this). Unfortunately, they were all booked up and we were super dissapointed. We have a few hours to kill time before dinner so we walked in Nail Galleria to get some manicures. The experience was great and the nail technitians were super friendly and just fun to chat with. Ana did such a good job on my nails. She was very meticulous. One of my nails is broken and in pain and she was very careful and offered for me to come back when it's no longer in pain and she can completely redo it for me since she wasn't able to fill it due to the pain. I was passing by San Francisco and was staying at Sunnyvale. My hotel recommended me to come to Nail Galleria to get my Mani Padi and I was so so so happy i decided to do that. The place is amazing. And what makes it even better are the lovely ladies who took care of me. Ms. MAI and Ms. HANNAH. They are both so professional and caring. I needed Gel Mani, Gel Padi and my eyebrows done. What we got: I had the regular mani and spa pedi treatment (massage, exfoliation, and regular color) and my bf had the spa pedicure with exfoliation and callus treatment. Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. Was handed the skin regimen, post care instructions, took my payment and that was that. I know during the treatment we had talked about post-care, but wasn't sure if we were to go over it again so they could potentially sell some of their products to me that were neatly aligned on the wall? My cousin's tech followed through all the way until she took my cousin's payment. To return to this location again? Maybe. Recommend to others, sure. It would be helpful to know what your skin needs so you can purchase the facial care needed.

I went for a refill of my hard gel for Christmas and ended up with an ugly manicure that started falling just e few hours later. I clearly told them I wanted to hard gel which would be powder or acrylic and then they acted like they didn't understand. Look, I think everyone goes in a salon to have some good relaxing time but I ended up stressed out and almost crying. They still charged me $30 as I was trapped in the middle of the process when I found out they were just putting manicure gel on my nails and I didn't have time nor patience to start over for dipping powder. I got mostly pissed of by the fact that they acted like they didn't understand me. Highly dissatisfied! Thanks for doing my Christmas nails, really appreciate it! Update after two days that's how my nails look, broken in the middle of my nail bed and hurting. All of my nails are having the gel falling and I can't imagine they filed my nails to the bone for just a simple manicure on top of it. I really can't believe I have to wait so many months for my nails to gain back their strength and life after what these so called nail manicurists did to them. I only wonder who gives these people a license. read more

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and pampered throughout my visit. Hannah did my full set and she did such an amazing job, I will certainly go back for a fill and recommend this salon to friends. My wife and I have been getting our toes and nails done here for several years, and we love it! The girls are always friendly and chatty, and they do a wonderful job. We both get acrylic nails and pay the extra few dollars for the shellac / gel rather than regular polish - when we go back to get them redone (because they've grown out) it's rare for the shellac to even be chipped. Jenny does *fabulous* hand-drawn nail art, and we always come away feeling relaxed and pampered. We've lived in the area for many years and been to most of the local nail salons, but Nail Galleria is by far the best. me and my daugther came to get a mani and pedi. one of the employee there keep on asking if i wanted to get my eyebrows done. I told here I've never had my brows done and don't want it done, but she keep asking and pressuring me to have it done. the employee frowned upon me when i decline the service. i felt as though they don't care about the customers, only about themselves. my daughter and i paid $40 each for mani and pedi services totaling $80 for such awful service which was done in very rushed manner. The next day my nail polish came off both on my fingers and toes. This was my 1st time here and will be my last. I do not recommend anyone going to this place. read more

I just wanted to get a mani and pedi and just relax after a long day at work, but the people there talked to me like they knew me for a long time and kept pressuring me to do a facial and eyebrow too. I didn't do the facial and eyebrows. I just wanted to come in an relax to do my nails and but felt unwelcomed there, because the people there kept on trying sell me on doing a facial and other services which i do not want. I figure when I get home the glow will go away and my brown spots will continue to show. This morning I wash up and do my usual skin cream. Still my face look smooth and the glow is still there. also, brown spots are much lighter I think I will continue to do my facial with Christine beside my regular pedicure. Thank you Christine.

Luckily, the owner ( I heard the coworkers calls her name by Loan) was so sweet to squeeze me in; even though, there was 3 ladies there getting their nails done by other nail techs. She truly understood my time crunch, and got me out of there within 35 minutes. Overall, I am completely impressed on the quality of my hybrid nails, considering the short time spent there. It's been 2 weeks now, and my nails are still holding on strong. Honestly, I've been to other nail salon before for a quick work, and my nails has never lasted past 5 days for a gel finishing, especially when I'm on a time crunch.
