I did get a small nick while they were cleaning my cuticle on one hand, which made me a little nervous, but they sanitized everything right away. The trimming and clean up was okay but she was brushing my heels to get rid of the dead skin but she only did a few scrubs so after the appointment my heels was scratchy even tho it wasn't heavily dry to begin with. She def did not sand down the heels surface. Tbh, they seem a bit under trained since they both don't know where the polish goes.
