I went yesterday afternoon with my daughter. We loved the pedicures but the acrylic nails left a lot to be desired. They didn't have the color I used which wasn't a big deal, but I received a refill which was an overlay on my real nails. They drilled my real nails underneath so there is little to no natural nails left. My daughter asked for coffin, they also didn't have the color she picked off their own color charts, she did not receive coffin. What I assumed was the owner offered us a 5.00 coupon after spending over 150 and a box of chocolates. The price was standard for the area, again awesome pedicure but the acrylic nail service left a lot to be desired. I would probably come back ONLY for the pedicure but was looking for a place closer to home to receive nail services for my daughter and myself. The total cost for two pedicures, a refill for myself, and a color change(charged more than a full set) are reflected on the receipt. Edit: they did offer for the same lady to redo the shape after my daughter had already came with the shape she wanted, but my daughter did refuse because she didn't want the same lady. Nail fungus is what I got from this shop! I went to Money & Ben when my regular nail tech was out of town. My natural nails were long and healthy under the dip powder. After 4 visits to the salon I now have a bad fungal infection on 3 nails. Nothing organic about that! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Had an appointment for 4 people, when we got there they claimed they "accidentally" got double booked. We came for a birthday pamper session. They would only let two of our group get their nails at a time. Meaning two of us had to wait outside while the first two girls went in. 45 minutes later - they hadn't even started on the birthday girl. No you did not compensate us at all so stop with the lies. Again ladies and gentleman these people are customer service friendly and that's fine not accommodate you for their failures, I'm tip op that I really felt insulted after speaks with the manager because she allowed the nails tech to storm off with even making things right exterior expressing to her I was not happy. I asked her before cutting my perfect set of nails off why do you need to cut all of my nails. Proceeds to tell her if can not duplicate what's on the picture do not touch my nails. She looks at them and said that's it would me lol peloton duplicate. But she failed after it started getting close to them closing and the she started to rush and do what she felt to my nails I kept telling her I do not like it at all. She contorted to tell me that it okay let me finish one hand so you can see if you like it. Again I told her I don't like it she stoned off and got some one else to try and finish her botched job the nail tech Hanna started and fails at. So please do not spend your money here it is not worth it. And your time also to add to that she took more than two hours waist of time and money. FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. I came in to get a full set and spent over $70 just for them to pop completely off a week later. I got my nails done on 03/20 and on 03/29 they all popped off out of 10 nails I only have ONE on!!! I called spoke to Christina and informed her I just had gotten my nails done on Sunday 03/20 and explained to her what happened and how I had no nails left but one and she said I can come in before 04/04 to get them fixed and NO COST. Well I go in today 03/29 and the manager tells me I have to pay 50% of what I paid... I informed her that's not what I was told and she said well I'm sorry but Christina Dosent know but you do need to pay as our policy is only 9 days and they can fix for free I asked her if she can show me where that is written and she says I'm telling you that's what it is. Horrible service and don't keep their word never coming back. Couldn't even honor what I was told over the phone just wanted me to pay again for something that wasn't done right or even lasted. Today was my first time to visit this salon. I was very pleasantly surprised. This place had a great positive vibe. My technician was Kathy. She was sweet, talkative and paid great attention to detail while doing my pedicure. I had picked out a color I ended up not really liking. I picked it and was just going to roll with it. She knew I wasn't crazy about it even though I did not complain. She insisted on redoing my polish using another color I would be happy with. That has never happened! The young man motioned to me that he'd be right with me. I didn't have an appointment so I had about a 7 min wait before I got in a chair. All of the staff were so polite and explained everything in detail. I appreciate they are taking COVID precautions with masks required and hand washing when you arrive. Should have made appointment ahead of time but decide to stop by since they are next to PJ coffee shop. Wow! I got taken care of real quick and in timely manner by the lady in the front: Courtney. The staff is very friendly and walked me through the menu with different options of basic to luxury pedicure also got a compliment margarita! Got my nail done by Alec. He is the bomb. Very skillful, creative, professional and friendly attentive. I could not decide what I want for my fullest since it's a transition from Winter to Spring and he helped designed mine. After ten minutes and asking once again for assistance he started taking care of other people we left. Then a lady chased out after us and offered us 30 percent off we declined. He told me $12 I said no, because most salons it's only a 5 dollar fee . Then he asked me again I told him what I wanted then he said 10, and was no no worries because you get 20% off for the grand opening *rolls eyes* NO. Then he asked me again! *rolls eyes* I told him and then he said $7 and then said the same thing you get 20% off NO! Now he's back again same scenario now it's $5 *rolls eyes*! He went from 12 to 10 to 7 to 5! *rolls eyes*! Then once my pedicure came time for the polish I waited another 10 minutes because the lady who was doing mine stopped on me and went and started on someone else and I had to wait for another lady to come polish my toes! *rolls eyes* The worst part of my experience was the fact that I wasn't offered anything to drink! I have tried several nail salons in SCR and this is the first time I felt like I found my spot. They are suuuuper clean, have more color options than I've ever seen. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Ben did my nails, I usually don't trim my cuticles bc 9 times out of 10 the tech cuts me. He was so gentle & love how he did my nails. Many customers were there, however with many technicians working at the salon, there was little to no wait. I was offered a free drink (water, coke, margarita, etc.) while choosing my manicure and pedicure options. Maddy, the technician who worked with me, was friendly, attentive, soft-spoken, and professional. She listened to me and helped me choose my options and color. She voiced that she needed to get home to her baby to feed, well the techs all started working on her and once she left they all started laughing and I felt horrible. The colors look nothing as I wanted... color, length (I told him short, and after he clipped he said he was gonna file). I know I should have spoke up but 2 hours later I wanted out of there.
