First let me say that Khan and Mary (nails and pedicure, respectively) did a great job. However, their management is awful. The owner John, a smug and rude little man working the front desk, is the most disrespectful person I've ever met. On many occasions before my visit yesterday, I have seen him arguing with other clients. Yesterday I was that lucky client. I wasn't happy with the way my nails came out, which is actually not the technicians fault at all, but John's. I had shown him a picture of the way I wanted my nails to look and asked him whether I should be choosing my color from the polish section or the powder section. I asked him this three times and he never answered me but instead kept telling me that he would make sure they looked exactly like the picture I was showing him. The problem is that while I wanted the same design I wanted a different color, which I would have liked to choose for myself. I told my nail technician this while he was doing my nails and he did his best to accommodate but he was not given the right information by John. When I told Jon at the front desk that I wasn't happy with the way my question had been ignored he kept saying that it was my fault for not being clear and not telling the technician. He said they would redo my nails to which I told him I would have to come back the next day, which is today, and he said that would be fine. Today I called to let them know I was on my way and I was told I should come in later in the week because they're too busy. I said if you're too busy to fix the nails I would like my money back and he told me that this is not merchandise that I can just return and if I'm not happy with the way my nails look there's nothing they can do about it. It's a shame really because Khans technique is very good and all the technicians are very friendly. Unfortunately this manager ruined my entire experience and wasted my time and money. read more

What can i say about Nail Ganic They are awesome!!!! Customer service was awesome when i 1st walked through the door. && thats alot coming from Me (A Nail tech herself) i look at everything. Sanitation, sterilization, and how everything is packed separately for each individual. It took a while to find a good place to get my pedicures done at. Cause i have been kicked out a lot of tgem for telling them what they are doing wrong. I never leave reviews.I went here because my normal nail shop was booked. I was so upset the whole time because I was getting a dip powder and the nail tech clearly wasn't experienced with filing my cuticle. Sure enough, i took the dip off two weeks later and had a fungus. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and never had this but the nails started lifting day 2 because the cuticle wasn't done properly although being assured it was. Now I won't be able to to get my dip again for a month or so because my nails are ruined and need to grow out. read more

So I don't do reviews. I almost never do. But I did want to comment on NailGanic. I've been getting my nails done for years, and pretty much know if a nail tech is going to be good within the first couple of minutes. I recently had to find a new nail shop due to my old nail shop having some appointment/scheduling issues, and stumbled upon Nail Ganic. Once I got there I was greeted and seated. Mind you I came in hoping that someone could be able to do my nails, as I was coming straight from my old nail shop who had just messed up my nails. I don't know what everybody else has experienced, as mine has been great. I say this because I was reading some of the negative reviews. I'm a pretty pretty picky person when it comes to my nails and hair, and Nailganic didn't disappoint. But when I tell you I'm so happy that I ran into "MONEY", one of the nail technicians there, my prayers were answered lol. When I say attention to detail, he is on it. This is my second time going and I literally was able to sit down this second time and not have to coach, Mentor, or show a technician what I wanted. He knew exactly what to do without me telling him. This is what I'm looking for in a technician when I come and get my nails done. Money is precise, accurate, and takes his time with you. I wish I could give it no stars. I came in on July 5th to get an ombré refill and brow wax. They were flies ana gnats everywhere. The lady that did my wax ended up putting wax in my hair and tried to just pull it out. At this point I'm livid. She the proceeds to tell me just leave it she'll get it.. oh no ma'am. She is also the lady that started on my nails she filed them all the way down and then walked away. In comes this lady that was obviously running late and sat down to do my nails. By day 3 my nails began to lift- all of them. I come back in on today- July 10th only to be told that I have to wait 2 hrs to get them redone. The owner asked me for my phone number and last 4 of my card. I told her I didn't have that type of time to wait and told her I'd rather a refund. She said okay let me look it up. She them back doors and says that the website says that they don't do refunds, which is not true. It's not listed anywhere. Very disappointed. Walked in and was completely ignored. So I walked up to the male attendant at the front desk about whether there was a sign in sheet I needed to sign and he told me to have a seat and he'd be with me shortly. I said okay, although I thought it strange being that it was only myself and one other lady in the wait area..there was no large group there and it was quite "slow" patronage being serviced. After 20 minutes of more waiting I went back up to the desk and the guy looked at me like oh yeah sorry I forgot about you?! Really!!! This place is very disorganized and I decided to take my business elsewhere. This was my third time visiting this salon. I had a full set put on the first time, a refill the second, and I asked for a refill this last time. The person I had went to the first two times was on vacation. So I said it would be fine to go with someone else. Let me just say, she did a phenomenal job. Very thorough. At times she repeated the same steps 2 or 3 times which I thought was weird. I ended up being in the salon for about two hours, for a refill. Now I should mention I had my son with me and I am pregnant. So it was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the chair for that long and I was getting hungry. Everything was great, (besides the amount of time it took but I was ok with it), up until it was time to pay. So my first visit when I got a full set, I paid $65. The second visit I paid $35 for a refill. This time they wanted $65 for a refill. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16. I am 32. I have never paid that much for a refill and I don't mind paying more for a service. But this time I feel like I was taken advantage of. The salon was empty and it seemed like they were trying to make their money. Before me, there was a lady that complained about being overcharged. I didn't complain, I just paid and was going to leave. Then the manager comes around from the desk and whispers to me that she needs a favor from me. She said she'd like me to write a positive review on Yelp for her. She explained that advertising is way too expensive so the business asks their customers to advertise for them. She told me she gave me 10% off to write a review. I didn't realize she gave me this "discount" until after I paid. So I said I would write a review. She said ok you can sit here (pointing to a chair) and write it now! I said I will write it later. I've been in here for two hours and I'm starving. She looked at me disappointed and said ok, but don't forget!!! I thought to myself after I left that I wouldn't write a review. But thinking about the whole situation really kind of ticks me off. Seems like the are scrambling to create a customer base, and taking advantage of the ones the already have. Like treat the customers you have fairly, and those customers will continue to return and bring their friends. So where to start?, got there at 6:11pm and got out at 9:00pm, why? Well I ask myself the same question, took a sit to get my toes done and had to wait like an hour for somebody to do something, after my feet were done a lady came and asked me to sit somewhere else, I sat down and a lady arrived like 10 min after that, I expecificly said that I wanted a full set of acrylics but the lady that was doing my nails was going to apply gel polish ‍! I went there because they were supposed to have a promotion because of the opening, turns out that I ended up paying $71, not happy with that!! Don't go here unless you have 3+hrs to spare.I was excited to try this new place. However, I was VERY disappointed. So I stop in on a Tuesday at 5:30pm I wanted a pedicure and dip powder removal & a manicure. First, the manager/ maybe owner asks me to sit at a pedicure chair. I sit there for 10-15 mins until a tech is free. No water in the tub and then when they eventually filled it they didn't turn on the jets. Ok. Nail tech starts on my pedicure, now ppl are coming in and the manager realizes that he doesn't have enough employees to handle the incoming clients. So what ends up happening is all clients suffer. He is promising various ladies 20 min wait time. One person waited over an hour she got up and left & he ran after her in the parking lot and promised her who knows what and she made an appointment for the next day. I am taking in my surroundings & I see various ppl are upset with the service. I am now 1 hr in at 6:30 and no one has attended my finger nails after one hr. So the same nail tech that was doing my pedicure realized she had to do my dip removal and manicure also. Let me tell you this could have been done in a more timely fashion (as in soak my nails while doing my pedi) but it wasn't and I didn't get out of there until 7:20 and didn't even have any more time for nail polish. I let the manager know I was upset and he really didn't care. offered no discount or explanation why he just skipped over me and made me sit there for 3 hrs when I was there first. worst experience ever. i went in to get a full set done and i paid $75 which i thought was a little to pricey for what i asked for but still paid the full price. im not the type to say what's on my mind but i wish i did. after i got home can see that what i wanted looked very different from what i asked for. i called the monday after i got them done (friday. and a nice lady said i could come back the week of and she would fix them. i ended up have one busy week and wasn't able to make it but the lady said next week was definite. so i come in monday and i was seated and asked just to replace the black color bc it looked more navy blue which i didn't want. the lady that sat me down was not having it and was saying if i wanted to change anything i would have to pay for a whole new set which would have been from $75-?? no telling how much they would have charged me. seeing the way my nails looked i just wanted them to take it off and i would rather go to another place. 0/10 would not recommend read more
