I am don't really understand the negative reviews of this salon. First off I have followed the owner of this place for over a decade because of the quality of his work! Where ever he goes I will follow. Not only is the quality of his work the best, he is one of the few that continues getting training to be certified in the new products on the market. If I ever don't like a color or something with my nails I let them know and they fix it. This salon is always super clean which is a top priority for me! They are not the cheapest or the most expensive. However, price is not as important to me as not getting an infection or getting hurt from someone inexperienced. I wouldn't choose a doctor because they are cheap so why would I with a salon that is taking care of my hands and feet? Best place in town hands to feet! read more

Went here due to their convenient Sunday hours.. Will not return. I had the rudest technician I've ever encountered. She definitely spoke English, would not even ask my name or small talk. I asked her to cut my toenails shorter, she rolled her eyes, and refused to. Last time I checked I was the paying customer. I paid extra for the "callus care"... She made me hold my own foot up.. Was $33 for a 21 minute pedicure. Impressed with the massage chair, not this place. I have been one other time for a shellac manicure... Got a mixture of gelish and opi. He then proceeded to file the seal of the finished nail due to lack of a superior product. I will stick to my usual place and go when they are open instead of wasting my money again. read more

The first two visits were ok . I was nearby so i swung in today . Today the customer service was horrible . They sat me in the chair but didn't start the pedicure for Atleast 30 minutes . Then once she started , she got a phone call and got up and left for five minutes a then came back and kept texting ! Once she finally stopped... she finished the pedicure . They were super busy & I walked in an hour before they closed. I offered to come back the next day & they said if I didn't mind waiting they would take me. They did a great job on my fill & they were out of the polish I picked so Tony asked me if I wanted him to try to put a similar top coat on top of my 2nd choice color (which was an extra step at closing time). After he did one he asked if I liked it, which I did & he said he would take it off if not. They seem to be very interested in making clients happy. I picked the shellac off one of my nails so I went to have it fixed & when I pulled out my wallet the woman said I was all set. That was very impressive. Do not go here. The nail tech told us if we didn't like the way she did our nails, not to come here. Then, she left to go and take care of another customer without painting my nails after filling in the acrylic. Waited 25 minutes for someone to come and finish my nails, and then she tried to charge me AGAIN for the shellac. Very rude. Very disrespectful. The owner said we have to pay for the absolutely horrible customer service or else his kids don't eat, which is completely inappropriate to say in front of customers and throw that in their face. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I came to get a manicure, and the polish job was not great at all... But then the very next day it completely chipped off on three different nails. I went back the next day to see if they could fix it, and I was given an earful on why I should have gotten a gel mani instead of a regular manicure. They then, proceeded to just paint over the chipped part.... it was such a disaster! Unfortunately when she cut my nails she cut him straight across didn't ask if I wanted them rounded even though what I came in they were rounded my nails look like I had done them at home they are typical price of $30 for a basic pedicure read more

I've been here several times for manicures and pedicures. The establishment is clean and they have a good selection of colors. I've done both gel and regular lacquer. I highly recommend the gel as it lasts quite a while. Prices for pedicures are a bit high, but seem to be comparable to what I've seen at other salons. Overall the service is quick and the staff is knowledgeable. I actually love that there is no uncomfortable small talk! read more

I went here with a group of girl, we called ahead for three pedicures. Got there , waited 45 mins the water got cold. They Rushed the service on all three of us. It's been a few days now and two out of the three girls polish is chipping . They also were rough on our feet , and didn't take all the nail polish off our skin . Won't be going back . Lisa did an amazing job on my pedicure. My feet feel so smooth. I went with a blue polish and she asked if I wanted a flower on the 1st toe. I just had the best pedicure ever. Thorough, relaxing, and long...no chatter from the nail tech. It was fantastic! The 4 stars are due to the towel being TOO HOT after the leg massage. I called at 5 to see if they had room for 2 mani pedis. They said "how about 6:30" and i said no thank you. They then proceeded to tell us come now and we would be seen. Upon arrival my friend and i were asked to sit at manicure stations. No time or warning to roll up our pants or take off shoes and socks For the pedis following. Our manicures lasted less than 10 min. I had my whole top of my fingers filed versus just the nail-my friend was not given a top coat and neither of us lotion or cuticle oil. When we went to go into pedis my pants were rolled up to my ankle and then she tried to get me to submerge my feet. I said i didnt go there to be rushed and my nails were wet so i couldnt fix my pants and therefore id skip the pedi. I then stood next to my friend while she had a pedi as we were there to chat-my manicurist then came and stood next to me and insisted on awkwardly putting lotion on my palms-as my nails were still wet- both standing in middle of the pedi room. They rushed us out the door and no apology or anything. Not relaxing and a terrible manicure. I will add that i have been here several times before and when they take their time- I had great results- this will keep me from returning. read more

I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure with my daughter on May 5. The pedicures were very good. However, I was surprised when they started to work on our nails at the same time. Instead of having a relaxing pedicure, I was practically climbed over back and forth while someone else did the manicure. There was such little space she kept dropping things and was on top of the person doing my pedicure. It was sloppy, rushed with very little attention to the cuticles and hangnails. Barely too coats were quickly applied and the edges are chipped two days later. Not to mention the fact I was constantly worried the electric nail dryer would drop in the pedicure bath. Why not ask if you are in a rush and want the services combined? Poor customer service. read more

Absolutely horrible service. My friend and I went to get our nails done here and it was the worst experience at a nail salon for both of us in our lives. To start off, there was only one other customer in the salon at the time and the technicians wouldn't let my friend and I sit together even after we asked multiple times. My technician cut my nails much to short which I wasn't happy about but put my problem with her aside to have a good time with my friend. Once my nails were finished I went to go sit with my friend and she asked the technician to cut her cuticles but was told by the lady that it was "too late to cut them and that you had to ask first." This seemed absolutely ridiculous to us because the main reason you go to a salon is to get your cuticles cut. So we continued to ask them to just please cut them. At this point the male technician butted in saying that you have to ask first and this is only done as a favor. This was completely ludicrous to me because I had gotten my cuticles cut without having to ask. After a very heated back and worth ANOTHER nail technician jumped in on the conversation saying everyone's nails are different and that my friends did not need to get cut. This whole situation could've been handled without everyone getting upset by just cutting my friends cuticles to begin with. After 4 nail technicians attacking us about this "favor" they finally proceeded to take 5 seconds and cut my friends cuticles. We will NEVER be back even though my friend has been a long time costumer of them. The male technician, who I believe to be the owner, is the rudest individual with the worst customer service I have ever come upon. The guy who owns this place brags a lot about his work. He did ok. I'd say for pink and whites, he and the other man are good. But he talks too much - was asking me a lot of questions about my personal life and it was quite offensive how much he was "fishing" for information on certain things such as finances and the kind of car I drive. He talked smack about the other salons I like going to. I think that is very unprofessional. I went again on a Sunday when every salon is closed, got a woman to do my nails - she did a horrible job and slabbed on a very thick layer of acrylic and didn't drill it down to an appropriate layer. I went back another day to one man and he shook his head at her work and fixed them. The quality is ok but expensive, but I won't be back simply because he was asking me too much. read more

Honestly. I haven't had a bad experience here until lately. I used to get the pink and white ombré here and it came out amazing the few times I got it. I wanted to start getting it done again and decided to go back. It took 2 hours for her to do my nails. One nail was crooked, you could see the white line under the pink instead of it looking like an ombré, it was even close to the shape I asked for and she wouldn't put tips on when I asked. I gave myself a little time to see if I liked it and noticed when I got home they weren't worth what I paid for. It looked like a little kid did my nails. I called back an hour after getting them done to see if they could fix them and immediately get attitude saying "we won't be giving you your money back" that wasn't what I wanted at all. I just wanted them to be fixed. They said I could go back the next day so I did and nothing changed and my thumb nail had a marble like look to it? Which definitely wasn't right. If you're looking for a place to get your nails done especially for an important event I would not recommend this salon. read more

I was happy with this nail salon until last week. The sign says $18 for acrylic fill. When the girl got done she said the cost was $28. The fill is $18 plus charge to polish and gel coat. I can see a few dollars for the gel but I told her I wanted to keep them natural and only clear coat. She could of used the gel as my clear coat. I have never been charged for nail polish with a fill. In addition the edges are sharp and I had to pull glue out from under one nail because it was stuck to my skin. Never again will I go there. They miss out I am treating my daughter and daughter in law to manicures and pedicures next week. The 3 of us will not be going there. read more

The WORST nail experience I have ever had, please do yourself a favor and don't go here. I went in to get a simple French shellac, which I was told on the phone would be $25. I didn't ask for a manicure because my cuticles weren't bad as I had been only a couple weeks prior to my usual nail salon. The girl who took me started to clean up my cuticles which I thought was just a nice courtesy before the gel was applied, however dug SO deep into my skin while attempting to removal my cuticle that I was bleeding on the table. My skin continued to bleed throughout the entire experience, but the worst part was then she attempted to SUPER GLUE my cut to stop it from bleeding. Immediately I stopped her and asked her if she was trying to glue my cut and took my hand away. After this entire experience I was not offered a discount, but instead was told I owed $35 because I got a manicure! But I only asked for shellac, NOT a manicure!! I refused to pay for the manicure part as I would've been much better without it to begin with and wouldn't be worried about infection right now... I never leave bad reviews but after this experience I needed to. Please DO NOT go here, I wish I never had. read more
