I get a gel pedicure and dip powder. First time was ok nails chipped but I came back again, came in for the second time nails chipped again lol. Thinking maybe it was me. So I came a 3rd time. And I spoke to the owner she was cool and very understanding. But I got another dip powder on my nails and Tony did I F up job, I mentioned to the owner she was like tell him to file them down, I was like really nah it's not about filing them down it was the whole manicure! sloppy, fast and look like s! he didn't care. I called and Emily was easy able to schedule a same day appointment for me. When I walked in I was immediately seated and asked if I would like some thing to drink. Anna did a wonderful job and I even got a design. I would recommend her if you like getting designs because she does a great job. She was even telling me on how she enjoys making the most intricate designs. She made sure that I loved the shape of my nails and asked me if everything was going good every step of the way. I'm a bit confused how they decided to raise prices not by a dollar or two, but significantly raise prices during a pandemic where millions of people have lost their jobs. I understand that getting a mani/pedi is a luxury but this seems beyond insulting to customers who are trying to help our local businesses not go under. I give this place a 1 star review due to the ugly customer service, not from the employees but from the owner. I drive all the way from Palmdale to come have my nails done here, but the last two times I went, I didn't like the service when I got my gel manicure. I was not happy with how it came out, it looked like a little kid did them. After TWO days my gel manicure started peeling off...I said to myself, OK, this is not what a gel mani should look like in just two days. I emailed and reached out to them to have them fix it. We agreed on date (since right now they are only opened from Wednesday to Saturday) when I was able to come in, and normally when you go to a nail place/spa if they mess your nails up or if you are not happy with them as a courtesy they are supposed to fix them ALL! So here I go... I come in I literally have only 4 nails that have the nail polish and 6 nails no longer have the gel or the gel is half peeled. So the Technician is only fixing the 6 nails. I asked her I wanted to change my nail polish color. She said ok. Then I noticed she left the other 4 Nails's as is, I asked her, "Hey are you going to fix the these 4 nails too?" She said No. I said I, "Well I want you to re-do my whole manicure how am I going to have 4 nails not done and 6 nails a different color?" She said ok. She went to go talk to the Owner. The owner came up to me and said the following. " Hey, normally we only fix the nails that are messed up we don't redo the whole thing again, due to us not having the time for it, if you wanted your gel manicure re-done we do charge for that." I told her " well, normally if someone messes up your nails, all the other places I have been to they will redo the whole thing for me as a courtesy." & she said, " THATS BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER PLACES YOU HAVE PROBABLY GONE TO ARE NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS WE ARE" (for me not to cause a scene I was like oh ok, I wasn't aware of your policy). She said, so today it's on us, but next time this happens you will need to pay. I was so LIVID, like who the hell does she think she is, making me feel as if I couldn't afford to go to her nail salon, there are so many high end places I have been to and never have I ever been treated like this. If the owner wants to keep her customers happy she needs to fix her attitude or her clients will just find a new place to have a better experience. read more

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in all the valley, and trust me, I've tried A LOT. They do an amazing job for a fair price. I've had many different nail technicians here and they all do great work. I especially like Lisa and Kathy.The customer service is unmatched. Everyone from the nail techs, the girls at the front desk and the threading woman are so warm and friendly. They have always been super clean and now with COVID they have really stepped it up even more to make customers feel safe. I usually get a dip manicure and it lasts 4 weeks! I am attaching a picture. This manicure is about 5-6 weeks old. Obviously it's very grown out but I am so impressed that they have not cracked or lifted at all!!! I cannot recommend this salon enough. I came in 1 week after for a fill and a pedi. I told Nancy that I wanted french tip and she suggested that I get pink and white powder for my fill. I was very happy with the results, they came out very well. My review is about the dishonest and not disclosing and overcharging customers. I wrote to Lucy and told her my situation and she was trying to help and at the same time trying to tell me that I am wrong, mind you i've been doing my nails since I was 18 years old... Very long time I think I know what a full set and a fill is. they said I got a full set with pink and white tip and I don't know how I did that since my nails from my previous set was on and she didn't take them off or anything. Correct me if im wrong but if im getting a fill the person has to file the nails no matter what to make the nails even. To be honest she did a so so job because my nails at not all even.... She went back and forth with me trying to convince me that it was a full set and wanted to give me back $19 back. Of course im not going to take that! The money is not the issue, its the dishonesty and trying to make the client feel stupid. I will never go back to this place and I recommend you ask for prices before they do something or else they have hidden fees. Not ok. Im a business owner myself and I would never do that... Its not ok!! Your customer is always right. Dont argue with your customer and say ill give you some money back for the misunderstanding (which there was none, I knew I was getting a fill not a full set). Bad bad bad... I was excited to walk into the salon considering I go to the Nail Supply store connected to purchase all my nail needs so I went in with high hopes. I had already done my gel polish on my toes at home but wanted my pedi done, cuticles, callus removal a small foot massage and just a a relaxing spa experience while I waited to the nail supply to open. I came in as a walk in they said they could take me in I was excited, I washed my hands and sat in the salon chair to get my pedi done, she trimmed my cuticles dipped m6 feet in the water ONCE, barely scrubbed for maybe 30 seconds on each foot, put oil on my legs and told me she was done I was in the salon for 12minutes exactly counting the time I walked in, washed my hands, took my shoes off and got my "pedi" Complete waste of $28 read more

Called this morning and they were able to get me in at lunchtime for an acrylic fill and gel paint. Violet was my nail technician and she was masterful at doing my nails EXACTLY as I wanted them. So beautiful! My only critique of the place is that they charge $16 for gel on hands, but they also charge $6 to remove the gel that was on there before. I think the extra cost for the gel is slightly higher than other places, so I wish it included the cost to remove the old one-- especially on acrylics where they are just sanding it off like it is a part of the nail anyway. Just my two cents! Will definitely return, may just not spend the extra $22 for gel as $48 every two weeks is a bit much. read more

This was my 2nd visit. I'd like to preface that my nail tech was very sweet-and had she not been rushed like a racetrack horse....this may have been a totally different review. Most rushed, inattentive and chop shop job ever, and I was attempting to treat myself as it had been 3 weeks and so have zero time. The color was not ANYTHING close to what it looked like (bright neon looking pink) Very very disappointed that a crazy lady with an attitude gets doted on, and I get a rushed manicure. I came here because I've visited 3 other nail parlors and they are not good with gel. I use to go to a different location for a whole year, but my nail lady moved. Guess what! I walk in and she's here! Lisa is truly great at doing gel. Her gel job is very clean and no lumps! I recommend Lisa, granted if she doesn't move (praying she doesn't) but if she does I still recommend this place. Prices are a bit higher than other places but it's very clean, very nice layout, it's located on the nice side of Burbank, they even have an air filter! They offer you coffee, water and wine!!! I have mixed feelings about this place because it is within walking distance from my home so it is very convenient but I've had so many different experiences here. The first time I went, I was excited because the location was new and modern. They definitely keep it very clean. They offered beverages, including wine/champagne. I opted for a glass of wine. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Pedicure was sub par, especially since they don't have massage chairs and their benches are not comfortable. But my gel lasted over two weeks so I was excited to go back. In fact, I was so excited the next time my friend and I were looking to get our nails done, I recommended we go here. I also said oh it'll be fun, we can have champagne or wine! We were greeted and the same lady who got me champagne last time who worked at the front desk, then denied that they served alcohol and said they never had! I was taken aback. It was very odd and she was clearly lying... seeing how I had been there not too long ago with the same staff. Anyway, it's expensive and the gel is hit or miss. I've been a few times now and sometimes my gel lasts and other times it chips very easily. Parking isn't great. And their eyebrow threader is also never there, unless you don't have traditional working hours. I work M-F and can never make the times she's there. read more

And when I went to pay they charged me a certain amount, then later kept texting and calling me asking if I would pay more because they undercharged. I was seeking a safe and comfortable new nail salon in the area. I accidentally came across this place as I drove by because it seemed to be in a prime location in Burbank, for reference it's walking distance from the famous Porto's in Burbank. 1. Super clean and pretty and chic. 100% Covid safe for me. 2. Parking can be a little bit of a pain during peak hours there is parking in the back alley but it's not always guaranteed to be freed up so street parking is it and it's timed 2 hours max after 6 though you're safe from getting a ticket. Double check signs though. 3. I love the menu of services they offer but it's not always offered to new clients I gifted my friend a gift card from here and she was new I boosted the place and how they offered a menu (which for the most part nail salons usually don't & I loved this one for that) she got there and was never offered the menu. Needless to say we were dissatisfied. 4. Please hear me out. I'm all for diversity. My parents are immigrants. But it makes me feel a little uneasy when two staff members are speaking a different language right in front of me while they are working on my nails. Idk if they're making fun of me or someone else, talking business or just chit chatting. If they were translating that's a little different but this wasn't that. 5. Nail art Is pretty good last a while depending on who does it. But definitely a little on the pricey side. I gave two stars because though the work is nice, the customer services could use a little adjustments. Truly an awful nail experience. Do not come here ! Came in today for mani peti and feel like I was almost completely robbed. Pedicure was absolutely fine I must say but thats where anything good I have to say ends. Had a pretty specific manicure in mind for today. Showed the technician who was talking to another technician for a while but never was told they dont have anything there to complete this manicure I wanted. The technician starts to shape my nails and finally after shaping my entire left hand did she ask if I liked the shape. I hated the shape but they were too far gone to do a different/better shape who shapes an ENTIRE HAND before asking??? But i decided to live with it because A. There wasnt a really good solution to getting the shape I really wanted and B. The outcome of my nails was at least going to be cool/what I wanted so I stuck it out. Halfway through the service now and the technician tells me they dont have one of the three key things to make this manicure possible. Just... fully dont have it. Like... i would have just not gotten a manicure at this place at all if someone told me it wasnt possible from the start?? When i asked?? And they just said nothing?? Which to me... feels like they knew I wouldnt get the service but wanted my money unfortunately. So we tried to go a couple of different routes but ultimately was really unhappy with my nails and decided to end the service early, walking out with my nails 1/3 of the way done for what I had initially wanted. The manager played the middle man saying "i wasnt there when it happened so idk what happened" and "well theyre SUPPOSED to tell you" YEAH WELL THEY DIDNT !! and reluctantly gave me... get ready... $5 off the service. Which is wild. Truly what a horrible experience. Absolutely never coming back. I'm also a very easy going person and I typically do not leave reviews for reference! I can see why it's kinda hard to get an appointment here because this place is legit. I'm a licensed technician and aside from their clean, modern, and friendly atmosphere, this salon has very kind, energetic, and polite employees (both receptionist and technician). They offer beverages here other than water (coffee, wine, and champagne). You don't get that in a lot of salons (or at least not in the salons I have visited). Their set of tools are clean (each set comes in disinfects bag like you seen in dental offices). Their buffers and files are new per client (as it should be). And the general atmosphere at this salon is nice and gives you the feeling that you're going to get good quality service. I don't know if I wanna start a membership there because I dunno if I can get lucky enough to get a weekend appointment there. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the day and time. There are 2 hour parking spots all over the place but the reason why I say it can be tricky is due to the fact that it's near Morphe, Porto's, and other cute businesses so you gotta have an eye out for available parking spots. Technically there are plenty of parking (whether it's outside the salon or a few blocks nearby). It just depends how far you're willing to walk. read more

We treated each compliant/concern with empathy, urgency, and kindness to convert a bad moment into satisfaction; and ultimately, returned business. If it doesn't come naturally, there are countless resources on how to treat paying customers kindly. I highly recommend you take the time to self reflect and improve the way you manage conflict. It's a win-win, I promise you. Your "response" was one that sounded like a bully in a teen movie. Aside from the fact that you are a complete stranger to me, and definitely were not at my bachelorette weekend, it's rather shocking you thought it was perfectly appropriate to presume the type behavior I engaged in, based off the status of one chipped nail. Please, please, please humble yourself.
