I showed the nail tech an example and chose a brown cat-eye color, but I ended up with an ugly, dusty rose light pink instead. She only applied one coat of the cat-eye gel, so I'm not sure if that's why the brown never showed up. She also wasn't drying my nails properly, which is why my pinky nail is messed up in the photo. I even asked her if the color was brown, and she said yes. The whole appointment felt rushed, and the quality really wasn't great. The best part..... I was charged $85 for this. Update from response from owner: when I had brought up the nails not being fully dried nail tech said they were and when nail color was brought up I was told it was a brown.

I thought they would be more understanding about my situation but the lady who I talked to at the front didn't even want to look at my nails at first, she just said "that's it. A regular manicure lasts days." Which is honestly such a horrible response because my toes look nowhere near as horrible as my manicure and they are both regular which I am expecting to last at least 7 days as I take good after care to maintain them. Will not be coming here again.

I had barely sat down when I was escorted to one of their new, comfortable vibrating chairs and invited to soak my feet in a perfectly warm, whirlpool bath. The shop isn't large, but it is modern, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My hostess, Ellie, soon began what turned out to be the most enjoyable and comforting pedicure my tired size 14 1/2 EEE feet have ever experienced.
