I came here because my regular nail place was closed and I needed my nails done that day, so I yelped and came here. I will never come back again... It took her 2 hours to do my mani and pedi Zzzzz and my nails were not painted evenly...she also filed my nails at an angle so now they are super sharp and uncomfortable. The pedi was the worst... No massage chair just some cushions on benches not comfy at all. No spa for my feet...the whole time I was not relaxed at all. The place was a mess. It was very unorganized and the setting was not well thought out. I think this is more of a place to do designs on nails rather than a place for regular madi pandi. I came in for a regular gel pedicure ($35) over the weekend. It was my first time here. Overall, I would give this place two stars: one star for mediocre service and another for no waiting time (no appointments necessary). This service included: old gel polish removal, cutting and shaping of the nails, soaking of the feet, cuticles removals, having the soles of your feet scrubbed with a yellow pumice (does not include regular sand/sugar scrubs), and lotion application. I added a masque application for an extra $5. This step included the application of a minty/cool masque to my calf and feet, and let set with Saran wraps for about 10-15mins. I took off two stars for no rinsing of my feet whatsoever throughout the whole pedicure. Only a hot towel was used (like any other nail salons) for the entire process. However, another customer next to me had hers rinsed. I guess it depends on which person did your pedicure...but this is my first time encountering a pedicure with no rinses. Another star was removed for no mini massage leg/foot during the lotion application process. Probably this place does not include it like other places I've been to. My gel application came out nice. Overall, two stars for this place...and for no rinsing during a pedicure, I don't think I will be coming back. read more

I went to this salon because it's close to my house and from the decor and nail designs thought it would be a good and relaxing time. In other words I was expecting good service and I was willing to pay to for it. I arrived at my appt and they started my pedicure, then a little later another customer arrives a makes a big deal about her appt that was also at the same time. Then one of the employees comes over and asks if I was in a hurry. I said I had about to be out in about an hour. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything fancy, just a pedicure and gel nails manicure. After that, the lady that was doing my pedicure was done no lie in probably less than ten minutes and quickly rushed to attend to the other customer that arrived later than I did. Then another employee came to finish my polish, which was very low quality. To top it off they did my cuticle oil and lotion on my hands at the counter!! Such low quality service. I felt like I was in the way. During all this I was nice and courteous. Wish I would have spoken out at that time. So disappointed. Will not be going there again and I will be telling my friends about it too. All in all, this salon is way too pricy for the service they provide. I would have had a better time and quality work in a raunchy salon. Don't waste your time ladies and gents read more

I called at 6:45 asking for availability to have a fill and pedicure done, I was told to get there as soon as possible I rushed over and when I walked in I said again that I asked for a fill and pedicure and I was told that they will only do a pedicure while one of the staff members spoke like I wasn't even there and clearly stated that she would not do my fill. read more

First time walk-in for a try a year ago and I am a regular till now. This place is clean and overall all the technicians got the skills so I never ask for a specific technician when I make appointment Some people thinks this place is a bit expensive but they use Japan and Korea products and they are more the Asian style which I prefer. I needed a mani/pedi and it was 7pm so a lot of my local spots were closed. I ventured into seeing which other salons were still open. I ended up calling Nail Leisure and a team member answered my call and said they could accommodate me. I was a bit nervous about trying a new spot but I have to say I was in for a treat. Both of the ladies I was assigned did a great job because they took their time but worked efficiently. Did a nice job shaping my nails and the massage was relaxing. The salon has a modern and clean feel. Chairs were very comfortable, nice relaxing music playing in the background. Will definitely back. I LOVED this place! We didn't have an appointment and were seen right away. I have never had such perfect looking gel nails. It almost looks like a sticker because the edges are so perfect. They also have a machine there that prints pictures of whatever you want onto nails. You can even bring a picture of a family pet if you want. The inside is very clean and nice. I tried Nail Leisure a month ago as I was interested in the fact that they use Japanese products that are reportedly high quality. Carrie did an amazing job on my nails, milky-white ombre, hard gel. Beautiful, natural looking and just what I wanted. I returned yesterday for a fill, but not because I needed one, my nails still looked great, but they were getting a little long. This time I had a soft gel fill. Another fabulous job by Carrie. I have been to so many nail salons and spas where you feel part of a production line, in and out in no time with no attention to detail. Carrie really takes her time, her work is meticulous and creative and she strives hard to please. I haven't tried the other technicians but everyone working in the salon is really pleasant.
