I don't usually get my nails done often because they always end up falling off by the end of the first week but its been 3 weeks and a half now and these gel x nails are still on!!! I will definitely be coming back here. The vibe is a bit awkward because its so quiet but I didn't mind it.

I've gotten my nails done before by Carrie and came back after a while. No surprise, Carrie is amazing and detail oriented. Very easy to communicate with her throughout the process and would definitely recommend Carrie to friends and family. Love the fact there are Japanese gel options and many different designs. As long as you have a picture, I'm sure Carrie is able to accomplish. I also feel my nails feel healthier when having them done by Nail Leisure compared to some other nail salons.

*WARNING gross picture attached* I usually love going here to get my nails done and never had a bad experience here. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience on my most recent visit here. While getting my nails prepped for my new set, the technician cut my side of the nail and it started bleeding. It wasn't so bad at first, but now it seems like i got an infection from the cut.... if you are coming here, keep an eye on your nails and let them know when they hurt you :(

The nail tech/ owner is rude. She always has a sour face and bad attitude. I stopped coming here because it's really uncomfortable getting my nails done with so much tension. I bought a groupon recently for lash services and didn't know it was at this nails place. They tried to upsell me on the lash services. I didn't pay the extra $ and she was done in 15 mins and didn't look like anything was done.... lash tech was nice but the service could've been better.

I always have Yaoyao fo my nails and she has been doing excellent job each time , every time I will be leaving with a satisfied smiling on my face . Nail leisure they provide good quality nail products and service , their gel nail could last for month compared to other nail salon that only last less than 2 or 3 weeks , and no matter what kinda pic you find it on web , they can make it happen on your nails like 95% similar or even better . I love this place! Designs are super cute and the Japanese gel is awesome! It doesn't create a thick nail. One of my nails were broken and she added an extension and it literally looks the same as all my real nails!! No thickness like other extension nails! Definitely recommend this place! They also have monthly specials that are super cute!!

Nail Leisure truly live up to its name. Their nails are high quality and lasts more than 3 weeks without a single one popping off. Although it's pretty pricey, it's worth it if you want to treat yourself. Unlike other nail salons, this one never made me bleed or feel any kind of discomfort. Everyone seems pretty friendly and will talk to you if you talk to them, but most of the time, they stay quiet and focus on their job. Inside the store, they have modern decorations and doesn't give off a ratchet look. My technicians are very skilled. I show them a picture of the nails I want and they replicate it really well and even giving their own opinions on it to improve the look. They only do gel extension tho. Overall, very impressed.

First time coming here and it was a great experience! The set I got was $68 and the colors can be changed to how you like it. And the girl who helped me (I think her name was Yao) was very particulate and detailed on the manicure set. I was very pleased with her overall job and will definitely come back looking for her!

The only place I trust with my nails in SoCal! I make sure to pay a visit whenever I am back home in the 626. The interior is clean, decorative, and service is great. I go to Carrie each time and I have never been disappointed. I have done both Japanese gel and normal polish here. I'm super anal with how smooth the polish is, and I have never come out with any creases or bubbles. When I chose Japanese gel, it came in a pot and Carrie used a flat brush to paint it on. I did a mini-dance in my head when she did this because it painted on so buttery smooth. I once got a gel nail set done and that lasted for 6 weeks without lifting! That is how you know they use good product. I have some friends from other shops that need to get their sets touched up in less than a month. Overall, this shop goes really far for their customers. Whenever I want to fix the shape of a nail, Carrie helps without complaint. I've also seen them do a sample nail for a customer to make sure they could recreate exactly what they wanted. Just be clear what you want and are expecting of your service. It helps both parties! I've seen some reviews concerning a language barrier, but I've never had a problem using English in the shop. They have a lot of non-Asian customers, so don't let that deter you.

I love this place. I came here to get gel nails done for my prom and I got them two days before prom. The quality was great, I play volleyball and it didn't chip at all. There was also great service, the girls there are so nice and friendly!! I don't understand why anyone would rate them to be bad as the place was neat and coordinated. I got so many compliments from my friends on my nails, and every single time I got my nails done there I would receive a lot of compliments. read more

Great service. Awesome quality. No more worries. I found this place on Yelp randomly cause it had great reviews, close by, and was open late enough for me to get rid of my horrible nails. Last month I got my nails done at a place my sister referred me to - first and last time I'll ever go to that nail salon. They took a short cut that took a toll on my nails. A week later I had to get rid of them cause they were just soooooooo uncomfortable.... Luckily I found Nail Leisure! I got to the shop and Carrie helped me out quite a bit. Made my nails feel better and knew she couldn't remove all of the horrifying glued on acrylic + hard gel cause it would just be BAD for my nails. I got matte hot pink nails and they looked great!! Usually after a week the edges would peel. Not this time! It's been 2.5 weeks and I just went back cause most of the left overs were ready to be taken off. Thank goodness! I asked to have two sun flowers drawn and she nailed it! Carries painting skills are awesome and she's super experienced. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. This was a great nail spot, great decor inside but quality of the nail service wasn't that great. I got a regular pedi and a gel mani. The pedicure is perfect. But during my gel manicure the nail technician cut me multiple times. One of the machines to shave down my previous acrylic ending up cutting under my finger and my hand due to her lack of attention. read more

I've been to nail leisure for about half a year now and this review is long overdue. My designated nail technician is Una and I absolutely love her work. She's very attentive and spends time working on your nails to make sure you're completely satisfied! I am so glad I found her. I come with my mom every three weeks to get our nails done by Una! Their pricing is on the higher end, but the quality is also much much higher than your average nail salons. There are so many ways you can save money, to name a few....they have "designs" that are cheaper or you can join their membership which offers discount. read more

I have been here twice already. Very cute salon and convenient location close to my job. Very impressed with the many different designs to choose from. Talk about a 5star experience. The salon is clean. The staff was friendly, very fast service, mani and pedi was detailed and they both did a great job. BtwLOVE THIS NAIL SHOP BECAUSE THE NAIL PEOPLE ARE TRULY PROFESSIONAL none of them were talking not even to each other. It seems as though they have making the customer feel relaxed and at peace down. They def have it down. First shop I've ever been to where it's super relaxing like that. I get my nails done here once a month, yes, I said once a month because it last that long. All done by Fairy! today My hubby decided to have our 2 1/2 yr old daughter join me. This is her first time. Usually in the past, all the places I've gone to, the nail polish starts chipping and peeling off from the sides within two weeks. I recently walked out of this salon after they made me wait 20 minutes with my feet soaking in the tub. I made the appointment over the phone and they said yes, right? So I get in there right on time, and there were two attendants with customers. I thought, oh, maybe they're finishing up soon. Well, I waited 15 minutes (the reason I said 20 minutes previously was to account for the five minutes it took me to select a color). The two ladies that were there didn't seem like they will be finished soon, so I just walked out. I wasn't mad. I wasn't raving. I just walked out and basically got their message: I am not VIP enough for them to give me the time of day. read more

This nail job was one of the worst. I literally had to ask them to do it again because the polish never dried and came off. Plus they don't treat their customers fairly and are always talking in a different language that they think you don't know. They also think that if you are a kid they don't have to make it as perfect or try as hard. Over all I hate this nail salon and don't recommend it. read more

This is my very first time to try out their service. But the price is ridiculously high. -parking: there are some street parking around the area. -environment: it looks nice and clean. Maybe they are still considered as new. -service: they only focus on my nail and clean around my cuticles. No hand messages at all like other places. They didn't give any good suggestions on the color which could match the clients skin color. End up I had a terrible hot pink that looks so awkward that I wanna cry. Then she cover with another deeper color to cover mine. The quality of the gel was not very impressive with that price. I asked how much to do the glass paper gel nail. The owner heard and said out loud that $5 per each finger, I was shocked right away. $45 for basic gel nail and $50 for that extra plus tips. I felt completely ripped off. WTH. Are u kidding me? The lady who did my nail was very hard sale on the $300 package then I can get discounts. Really? Do u think I still wanna go back? Love love this place! I always get my nails done here and my girl Jing Jing never disappoints. Nail Leisure uses high quality, imported Japanese nail polish yet they charge at a fair price. zero stars!!!!…read more absolutely furious. absolutely outraged. absolutely disgusted. my sweet, respectful, polite, shy young daughter went into this salon expecting a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment. instead, she was completely ignored, bulldozed, pressured, overcharged, and treated with a shocking level of disrespect. we called ahead and specifically made an appointment for dip nails with tips. we knew exactly what we wanted. we requested dip nails with tips multiple times. there was no confusion. after putting on the tips, the technician proceeded to apply gel x instead. we immediately spoke up and corrected her. not once. multiple times. we said dip nails. we called for dip nails. my daughter asked for dip nails. instead of listening to the paying customer, this woman looked us in the eyes with her beyond evil bad energy and argued with us and tried to tell us what we should want. she acted as if our opinion didn't matter and as if she had the right to override the service we specifically booked and were paying for. how dare you look us into the eyes with your beyond evil eyes,bad energy eyes and soul and ignore a customer's request over and over again? how dare you decide you know better than the person paying for the service? as if that wasn't enough, the technician also made my daughter's nails much longer than she asked for. my daughter specifically requested a shorter length, but her request was completely ignored. when we asked for them to be shortened, the technician refused. what makes this even more infuriating is that this happened to a sweet, shy, respectful young girl. her kindness was taken for weakness. her politeness was taken as permission to steamroll right over her. she was completely disregarded while an adult continued doing whatever she wanted. we should have walked out the second she ignored our requests. the only reason we stayed was because she had already glued the tips on my daughter's nails and we felt put in a position where we had no choice but to continue. looking back, i regret not getting up and leaving right then and there, even if the job wasn't finished. no customer should ever be made to feel trapped into a service they did not want simply because the technician decided to proceed against their wishes. we clearly stated what we wanted multiple times, yet our requests were completely dismissed. once the tips were already applied, it felt like the decision had been taken out of our hands. that is not how paying customers should be treated. then to add insult to injury, we were charged even more, $60 instead of the $50 we were told over the phone when we made the appointment for dip with tips! we were charged extra for a service we did not want, did not request, and tried to stop multiple times. and the part that makes me even angrier? we actually left a tip. we should not have. after being completely disrespected, overridden, violated, robbed, and ripped off, we still left a tip out of decency, a decency that was never shown to us in return. a nail appointment is supposed to be relaxing. it is supposed to be a treat. instead, this experience left us feeling violated, robbed, manipulated, and completely disrespected as paying customers. please do not spend your hard earned money here unless you want your requests ignored, your voice dismissed, violated, robbed, and your wallet emptied for services you never asked for. i have never been so angry after a nail appointment in my life. watching my sweet, respectful, polite, shy daughter be treated this way filled me with a level of rage that words can barely express. this was completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and absolutely disgraceful. shame on this salon.

Really bad experience the girls are not qualified to do a pedicure she started using dirty instruments on me I told her and she started blowing on them to remove the dirty nail then I told her to was them then she got up with attitude to wash them I should've left but it was the only time I hade to get a pedicure she didn't know how to cut nail or massage or anything she had to call one of the girls to help her I didn't get a massage she only rub the cream on the top of my feet and cover all the bad cutting with polish I try to tell her a couple of times but she never understood what I said I hope I don't get any funges from here that's all I care for to this point please be carful we're you go to get your nails done it's not about the money it's about health it's very scary places like this be careful I do not recommend nobody here specially kids if they don't care about in adult I can imagine how the treat kids. read more

It was my first visit today and I love it! The chairs where you sit to get your nails done are so comfortable. I love that you don't have to sit in those awful vibrating chairs for your pedicure.
