i never write bad reviews but i went in there for a gel manicure , a milky white french tip , nothing crazy, the lady removing my old gel polish left some on my nail so when she started polishing my nails it was very bumpy , i told her it looked bumpy and her and another lady said it's bc the polish is milky , i said ok are you putting two coats they said yes , the lady decided to buff out my nails some more. i could clearly see how bumpy they were. when she started doing the french tip she made a very thin line i said "oh i'm sorry i wanted a little thicker french" the other lady said thicker ? your picture is a thin line , i responded and said no it's not and show them the picture , at the end of the manicure she put a total of one base three of the milky white one of the tip and two top coats , my nails were so bad i had no words , i will never come back here again, i always give people the benefit of the doubt but i told her multiple times how i didn't like my nails . as soon as i left i went down the street & got a removal . i couldn't believe how bad these came out. i will never come here again read more

Second time going to this place. The first time they did a pretty good job, only thing that happened is I accidentally got pricked on one of my toes for a pedicure/manicure. But this time I just got a manicure. (Keep in mind my drive is 30 minutes, for my girlie pop lives in the area) this time I LOVED my nails but realized when I left that my right thumb wasn't cured all the way with my gel x fill and polish. I called them as soon as they opened at 9 am to tell them what happened and get it fixed. They said yes so I drove up to get it fixed. They fixed it, yay! Though, I did ask for a minimum $10 refund out of the $50 I spent and the woman (hostess) laughed at me under her breathe and said "we dont do that here." So, then I asked for a $10 credit for next time (if they said yes I would be given them another chance for next time) and she said no and that it's mostly my fault for not putting my hand in all the way for the machine, but I did. It is their job to check if their work is done correctly. The technician male that did my nails though was kind and understanding. I agreed to him telling me what went wrong be she he was sincere and willing to fix it for me on the spot. I've had a mess up in the past years ago and got a refund without having to ask, because they understand the time, gas and money it takes to COME BACK for the technicians mishaps. If you want a professional location that will take you SERIOUSLY, don't go here. read more

Absolutely the worst experience of my life . The female technician was rough. The male technician was rude . He was eating while doing my nails and food was falling out of his mouth. I asked for square nails . I got round. I asked for the color of my hands and toes to match. They do not as you can see in the photo. The manager told me that I don't understand that hands and toes could never match since my hands had gel polish. Mind you I have been getting these 2 services done elsewhere for years and it's been perfect every time!!. Most importantly, they started polishing after 12 minutes . I have been coming here on and off for about two years now. It is always easy to make an appointment and the staff is always super friendly. The location is clean and they have a great selection of colors. I usually get gel manicure and regular pedicure. Depending on the nail technician, my gel manicure can last for about two to two and a half weeks. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this place left me feeling mixed emotions. Initially when I first came I wanted to remove an older gel manicure and get a fresh gel manicure but the nail technician pressured me into get dip nails. He took his time and the nails came out thick but beautiful. Within 3 weeks my nails had grown out and they were too long so I went back to ask for a removal of the dip nails. Right when I walked in one of the nail technicians said "oh another one" in an annoyed voice. I asked if they had time for a removal and they told me to take a seat. A female technician started working on my nails and aggressively drilled the gel off causing my nails to hurt. I pulled my hand away and told her it hurt. She packed her bag away and left. The original nail technician who had did my dip polish came and started working on my nails. He asked me where I got my nails done. I told him he did and he questioned me saying no he didn't. This happened twice. He was more careful than the woman but his drilling/ shaving of the nails also hurt. I tried to hold in my tears but eventually just let them flow. I was so frustrated. I would never go back to give them business. I wasn't given what I initially wanted and then when I reluctantly agreed to the dip polish. I was given hell to remove them. They don't wear masks and continue to accept customers even if they are busy. $81 for dip nails, regular pedicure plus tip $10 to remove read more

Even though it has a great environment and reasonable price, but their employee have poor skills. First she used ice-cold water for my feet which she did not test it, and it takes a long time to fix that. The young boy did my hand nails was very nice, but again both him and the lady made the process too painful when they push my cuticles. Not sure their tools are too sharp or what. Then she could not find or make the color I chose to work. Changes three times, finally the gentleman made it work. Nice people but skills needed improvement! He removed my nails with drill and keeps drilling and burns my actual nail with the drill is super rough when pushing cuticles back.. also never applies cuticle oil nor does he put lotion after manicure you come to salon to get pampered and feel taken care of !! And this wasn't the case at all!! Came in today after finding them on Yelp. Andy did my nails. Full set with gel polish. I like my nails thin and natural looking. Andy is very gentle and pays attention to detail. Very nice man and accommodating. The salon is clean and comfortable. Bar seating is great. Much more comfortable than low chairs and tables. I love my nails and will def be coming back. I go here very often, I stopped going because I found someone who does amazing nails but decided to go back there to get my waxing done. Every time I go it seems like it's a bother, today I got my pedicure done which the guy did great but the lady who did my waxing burnt me and was not capable of doing the job. Another guy came in to help but the lady had already hurt me and burnt me. It was such a horrible experience with her. Definitely will not be going back and I have shared my experience with everyone I know. I have referred countless of people to them and now I regret putting myself out there for this salon they don't care about their clients. I have been going to this salon for over a year now and clearly they have no loyalty to their customers. It started out great but with time and the salon getting busier they have struggled to manage that volume and their customers. I have been a regular with both Andy and Lila but each time they kept getting busier they pushed me off to one of their other nail technicians and honestly I never had a good experience with any of them. Aside from the owners none of the other nail technicians can do nails properly. I tried a couple times and refuse to spend over $100 to get a crappy job done. They have left me hanging dry twice. Once before a vacation. I always make appointments to make sure I get either Lila or Andy, well Andy didn't show up for my appointments and I tried to be reasonable and let one of their other technicians do my nails and this is what they did (picture below) I decided to give it another try because unlike them I'm a loyal customer and booked another appointment this time with Keith. Called made appointment, I arrive to my appointment and they let me sit for 30 min with soaking feet only to tell me that Keith no longer works there and that neither Lila or Andy can take me. NO APOLOGY!!!! NO HOW CAN I FIX THIS!!! NO IM SORRY!!! Just a simple he doesn't work here, we don't have you for an appointment and we can't take you now too bad.
